In this article, the existing relationship between the elements that compose the structure of a research: question, hypotheses, objectives and statistical analyses are analyzed. Emphasis is placed on the interrelation that each of these elements must possess, which become the foundation of each phase that is being built in an investigation. When talking about the research question, mention is made of the scientific question that arises after having identified a gap in a line of research. The next element into consideration are the hypotheses, this article deep into the hypotheses of descriptive type, correlation, comparison of groups, causality and intervention. When comes to talk about the research objectives, there will be mentioned thedegree of complexity of each verb that must be used according to the statistical analyses that will be conducted. The work is closed considering the need for an investigation which must be configured as a machinery, where each gear must allow the study executed have a harmonious presentation.

This is a text that compiles fifteen paragraphs or titles where a series of reflections is presented about the life and interpersonal relationship, the human being, as well as the psychotherapy. In a critical analysis perspective, but humanistic and hopeful at the same time. It joins other papers presented already in conferences, journals, and newspapers. Also, these topics are always presented in classes at the university and in the dialogues with patients in consultation. We hope they are likely to be of interest and lead to more proposals and studies.

Background: the large intestine extends from the cecum to the orifice of the anus. The colon is segment of the digestive system that with greater frequency is affected by tumors. Objective: to determine the behavior of colorectal cancer. Methods: a cross-sectional descriptive observational study was carried out. The universe was 106 patients with colon cancer diagnosis. The non-probabilistic sample was formed by the 87 patients who met, inclusion and exclusion criteria. The information was extracted from the medical records, procedure records and histologic studies. Results: the age that predominated was between 60-69 years, the female sex prevailed. The locations in the rectosigmoide were accentuated. The adenocarcinomas were the anatomical-pathological types that stood out. Conclusions: the group of ages between 60-69 years, of the female sex, predominated. The change in the habit intestinal was the clinical manifestation. The most frequent histological type of the lesion was the adenocarcinoma in more than half of the cases. Background: Hoffmann syndrome is defined as the combination of hypothyroidism with myopathy, rigidity, cramps and muscle hypertrophy. This form of thyroid myopathy is rare and usually accompanies patients with severe and long-evolving hypothyroidism. Objective: to describe a case with clinic, hormonal and muscle characteristics of a Hoffmann syndrome, as an exceptional manifestation of hyperthyroidism. Clinical case: 16-year-old, female patient begins to feel muscular discomfort due to pain and fatigue, which gradually increased, the myalgia became intense to the point that did not allow any physical effort, with marked asthenia and later contractions were added painful muscles, motivating her attendance to medical consultation. Associated with these manifestations were very high levels of muscle enzymes. Increased thyroid volume and symptoms and signs suggestive of hypothyroidism are confirmed, which is confirmed after dosages of thyrotropin, thyroxine and triiodothyronine. Conclusions: the presented case constitutes a characteristic example of the Hoffmann syndrome, which thanks to a detailed and meticulous clinical history showed the presentation of hypothyroidism. In recent years, many studies have focused on confrontations in the south of the Península between two significant civilizations: the cristianos and the moriscos; investigations that have deepened their antagonisms, interpreted political norms and reconstructed conspiratorial movements tending to the defense of diverse particularities.To complete this overview, we propose to focus attention on the ecclesiastical establishment. In parallel to the civil power, the Church implements a program of catechetical adhesión of the moriscos, putting in value its most consubstantial elements; among them stands out the cult and veneration to the sacrament of the Eucharist, turned into powerful and symbolic weapon against the Islamic creed and customs.

Study of a writ issued in 1573 by Philip II during the lawsuit that kept the town of Alcázar de San Juan against Pedro de Ubeda and other individuals, regarding the meadows of Villacentenos and El Acebrón. After a brief historical introduction and some general considerations on the document type in question, we carry out the analysis of the writing and the diplomatic form that were used. Finally, we offer the paleographic transcription of the document.
