Resumen
Ecuador has experienced an important advance in the field of telecommunications, a sector that continues to grow thanks to the boom in new technologies. For this reason, this study aims to analyze the perception of the quality of customer service in a telecommunications agency, in which case it has also presented decreasing production indicators as of July 2019. For this, a survey was applied to a sample of 386 clients from the city of Guayaquil, through digital platforms and telephone calls. This survey consisted of 22 questions distributed in 5 dimensions of quality according to the SERVQUAL model: tangible, trust, responsibility, security and empathy. The results show high levels of favorable perception regarding the quality of the service received.

Resumen
The accelerated industrial growth has caused the progressive deterioration of the environment. The companies, as responsible for said deterioration, have the duty to exercise friendly practices within their operations. Green marketing is one of those practices, however, it is generally perceived only as a strategy to "attract customers" and not as an environmental protection tool. For this reason, this study aims to review the most recent and relevant studies regarding green marketing, considering different approaches and highlighting the main benefits that organizations can obtain through its implementation, as well as the responsibilities they have for its management. It is concluded that, with the implementation of green marketing, the company can minimize risks of production waste, improve its image in the industry, influence the construction of the client's environmental awareness, among other benefits.

Introduction: Oral and Maxillofacial surgery is a surgical medical specialty. It deals with the diagnosis and treatment of facial trauma, facial abnormalities, lip cleft palate, infections of odontogenic origin, pathological, oncological or neoplastic processes that involving the oral cavity, face and craniofacial territory. Also it includes cervical organs and structures directly or indirectly related to them. That must be treated surgically.
Objective: The objective of this study is to determine the etiology of surgical treatments that were performed in the Metropolitan Hospital and its prevalence during the period 2015-2018.
Materials and Methods: A descriptive, quantitative, retrospective and transversal study was carried out because it collects data in a determined period of time. The sample of the research was 245 patients who were treated and surgically treated by the specialist of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the "Hospital Metropoliano" during the period 2015-2018. The information was classified based on the diagnosis, age, sex and type of surgical procedure.
Results: The prevalence of pathology of non-traumatic origin corresponds to 79.18% and that of traumatic etiology 20.82%. The dentofacial anomalies are the most prevalent in non-traumatic pathology, followed by infections of odontogenic origin, palatal cleft lip and oral pathology.
Conclusion: The highest prevalence of surgeries performed during the period 2015-2018 by the specialist oral and maxillofacial surgeon at the "Hospital Metropoliano", corresponds to surgeries of non-traumatic etiology and within this group the most frequent is surgery orthognathic for correction of dentofacial anomalies

Resumen
The trauma is defined as a physical injury generated by the application of an external force, against the human body, inside this is the facial trauma is considered one of the most frequently treated pathologies in the oral and maxillofacial surgery departments, representing these the most of the patients who have suffered some type of traumatism making this a transcendental problem for public health. Facial injuries are traumatisms that rarely become fatal, but they are considered complicated due to their proximity to important anatomical structures, which can be affected by trauma in the first place, leaving sequels that are sometimes impossible to solve.
The objective of this study is to establish the frequency of facial mass fractures as well as their etiology and relationship with age, gender, frequency, anatomical location in patients treated in the maxillofacial service of the Carlos Andrade Marín hospital, in order to provide real and updated statistical information based on the magnitude, nature, causes and management of facial fractures in the regional area and thus provide a better perception of maxillofacial trauma and its origin and thus help preventive and therapeutic measures.
A total of 432 patients suffered maxillofacial injuries of which the majority occurred between the third and fourth decade of life with a ratio of 9: 1 between men and women, the most common cause being physical aggression (28.50%) followed by motorcycle accidents (22.20%). The most frequent bill was the mandible with 32.4% followed by fractures of the maxillary zygomatic orbital complex with 28.5% and fractures of the orbital floor (14.1%).

Resumen
Maxillary sinusitis is a pathological condition in which there is inflammation of the sinus membrane that lines the maxillary sinus, there are four pairs of paranasal sinuses, of which the maxillary sinuses are the largest and those that are affected more frequently.
Possible etiologies include local and systemic conditions that can be subdivided into acute, subacute and chronic forms according to their evolution, the first two conditions are usually caused by infections or allergic causes, and the chronic form is usually associated with an odontogenic origin.
Normally both the roots of the premolar teeth and maxillary molars are separated from the floor of the maxillary sinus by dense cortical bone of a variable thickness, but sometimes they are separated only by the mucoperiosteum, due to this anatomical disposition can explain the source and development of an inflammatory process, and the relationship between the odontogenic origin and the presence of maxillary sinusitis.
The incidence of this pathology reveals the need to recognize it as an important disease with which we must be familiar to prevent or treat it when necessary.

Resumen
Objective: The aim of this case series study was to evaluate the bone resorption in the peri implant area in dental implants placed in the mandibular alveolar bone subjected to osteogenic distraction after sequela of dentoalveolar trauma, its success rate, failure and survival.
Materials and Methods: There were a total of 7 osseointegrated dental implants in alveolar mandibular crests already performed by osteogenic distraction, where the degree of bone reabsorption peri implanted under 2 times was assessed with radiographic image (panoramic Rx). The first time during the placement of the dental implants and their prosthetic load at 3 months and a second time at the control of 1 year.
Results: In a follow-up period of 3 months, both patients presented osseointegration of the implants with a 100% survival rate. In the radiographic controls of the 2 phases of the patients. In the Phase I control of 3 months (dental implants and prosthetic load), changes in the bony crest in the vertical direction were observed in the 7 implants with an average osseous resorption of 0.17 mm. In the Phase II control of 1 year (1-year prosthetic load), greater differences were observed in the bone regeneration of the 7 implants with an average peri implant bone loss of 0.65 mm.
Conclusions: The placement of osseointegrated dental implants in alveolar crests previously with mandibular alveolar osteogenic distraction is a viable treatment, with a peri-annual reabsorption degree of 0.65 mm similar average, evidenced in other studies, both in DOA, native alveolar crests or with bone grafts.
Key words: Alveolar osteogenic distraction, dental implants, jaw, period of distraction, period of consolidation, prosthetic load, alveolar crests, bone resorption.

Resumen
Idiopathic Condylar Resorption (ICR) is an alteration of the Temporomandibular Joint that causes the slow and progressive resorption of the mandibular condyle without an apparent cause. It is observed after orthodontic treatment or orthognathic surgery. Clinically Idiopathic Condylar Resorption is manifested with a progressive development of an anterior open bite, a posterior rotation of the jaw, Class II molar and canine relationship, retrognathia and TMJ pain or dysfunction. The treatment for this alteration may be orthodontics, occlusal splints, analgesics, and orthognathic surgery with or without condylar reconstruction with cost chondral or alloplastic graft once, condylar activity has ceased. We present the clinical case of a 24-year-old female patient with a diagnosis of Idiopathic Condylar Resorption. Clinically it presented open bite, laterognasia and refers to TMJ pain and bimaxillary orthognathic surgery two years ago. We performed complementary examinations. It was conclude that the condylar resorption had ceased, therefore, the patient was underwent orthodontics for unimaxillary orthognathic surgery (Intraoral Vertical Ramus Osteotomy).
