Family businesses are the oldest business units in the business world, these types of businesses are of great importance within a country because they boost the economy and employment results. The subsistence of this type of long-term business is very important, however, a large part of this type of family business fails before reaching the age of 5. Therefore, it is necessary to develop and implement the network management system to identify problems and help improve, the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is the most appropriate management tool to solve problems and help manage this type of organizations. The present work is a literary review of high impact research can be determined in the BSC as the best option at the time of planning and control of activities in organizations, improving expectations of sustainability and growth in organizations.

Organizational learning is one of the most relevant concepts in recent years. It allows the generation of competitive advantages for an organization. However, its operationalization and measurement is the subject of theoretical and empirical debate. In this research, an analysis of reliability and validity was carried out through a confirmatory factorial analysis of Dimenssions of Learning Organization Questionnaire  proposed by Marsick and Watkins was carried out, one of the most used instruments in several contexts but not in emerging economies. A representative sample of workers from technology companies was surveyed and the results allowed to conclude that the instrument meets the criteria of reliability, convergent and divergent validity, however it did not show a good fit with the data.

The use of information and communication technologies in university education motivated the present investigation, whose objective was to elaborate a theoretical approach of emotional and affective logic in educational research. The nature of the research was developed under the qualitative approach, based on the interpretative-humanist paradigm. Due to its qualitative scheme, Iberoamerican University of Ecuador UNIB.E has a population of 650 students, of which the homogeneous sample selection was applied, obtaining the participation of ten (10) young people. The participatory observation guide and the semi-structured interview were used as tools for information gathering, the results were analyzed through the generalized triangulation of data and theories through the Atlas.Ti analytical software, where concluded with a theoretical approach formed by three major constructs: Cognitive influences of information and communication technologies (TIC). Emotional logic and affective bonds.

The Analucila Jewelry Design brand is a micro-enterprise created at the beginning of 2017 that has as its main activity the design and commercialization of semi-fine and fine jewels, but currently presents the need to differentiate itself from the competition in order to strengthen the image of its brand due to the constant growth of businesses that offer the same category of product, without having a marked differentiation in relation to the competition, for this reason through this research it is intended to analyze the method of external communication for the strengthening of its image, in order to project a positive perception for its current and potential external audience, for which a diagnosis will be made in order to understand its brand identity and evaluate the communication strategy it maintains with its audience; allowing in this way to discover the perception that one has of it with the purpose of guaranteeing the good performance and development of the external communication plan if required. In the development of the research, the concepts of communication, their processes, types and elements are addressed, it is also about the corporate identity, its concept and factors that integrate it. In this research, exploratory research was used, through the qualitative methodology applying the Focus Group technique and the technique of interviews with opinion leaders such as image consulting professionals, designers and fashion bloggers, among others, as well as Descriptive research is applied with the quantitative methodology using the public survey technique through social networks.

The research was conducted in Chacas - Ancash, aimed at the community and specialists in the tourism sector. The objective was to design a rural tourism potentialization plan in the district of Chacas, department of Ancash, Peru, for which a diagnosis had to be made with the support of the surveys and interviews. The study was worked with the mixed approach, a holistic syntagm, of a projective type, addressing a plan based on the identified weaknesses. The sample consisted of fifty-one residents, and three tourism experts linked to the district. In the results highlights that the villagers identify with the place where they live and participate in their customs. In this sense, the activities of crafts, agro-tourism, hunting, fishing and gastronomy are linked to rural tourism. On the other hand, there is a need for more infrastructure for tourists to spend the night and feed themselves, especially when the traditional festivities are held, such as the Virgin of Asunción. The tourist attractions lack signage. The transfer is made by land, which is costly, to which is added the lack of travel agencies that provide services on an ongoing basis. On the other hand, it highlights the existence of several tourist resources such as the Esmeralda lagoon, Patarcocha, Yana Raju, Belaunde lagoon, which have not yet been put into value. Finally, as an alternative solution, the implementation of trekking and hiking was proposed for the development of rural tourism, as well as the implementation of a web portal, strengthening of cultural identity through craft workshops, dance in children and the promotion of employment through the practice of tourist activity.

The objective of the study was to establish the dimensions, calculate the reliability and standardize the management skills in a questionnaire for the tourism sector. We selected executives linked to the tourism activity predominating the participation of the male gender (54%), the ages oscillated between 37 and 65 years. The questionnaire was tested for KMO (.875) and Barlett (P =.000), in the fourth application the acceptable value was obtained; The Cronbach alpha Test (α =.968) and two halves of Guttman (G =.918) showed that the questionnaire was reliable. At the end, the instrument was made up of 31 items and the dimensions were: a) technical skills measured through software, language, negotiation and decision indicators; B. Personal treatment skills, like self-control, self-confidence, emotional balance and empathy; C. Conceptual skills, composed of the development of new concepts and problem solving.

The Education has benefited from the application of information and communication technologies (ICT) by creating collaborative learning spaces called virtual learning environments (EVA) where the student can share their opinions and academic content, however, The desired academic performance is not always obtained. The present investigation tries to determine that framework of relational object mapping (ORM) can be applied as a teaching tool of web programming that allows to reach an excellent academic performance of students. For the study is applied to 92 students of the systems career between the academic periods April - September 2018 and October 2018 - February 2019 at the Eloy Alfaro de Manabí extension in El Carmen University. A quantitative methodology was considered in the evaluation of an inventory control system and the valuation that was given an ORM framework used. A survey was applied whose tabulation was carried out with specialized tools for interpretation of the data; with this, it was known that Zend is the framework with the highest dropout

The objective of the research is to determine the extent to which the implementation of the entrepreneurship and microenterprise creation program develops academic competitiveness in the education sector in the district of Ate - Lima, during 2019. It is an applied research, the design of the research is experimental, quasi-experimental level, with a quantitative and cross-sectional approach. The population is 1409 individuals from the district of Ate, the sample is non-probabilistic consisting of 128 individuals. The technique used is the survey and the instrument is the questionnaire. The aim is to obtain results from the application of the entrepreneurship program and the creation of microenterprises that significantly influence business competitiveness in the educational environment in Ate, Lima. The results of the first phase of the Implementation of the Entrepreneurship Program and the creation of microenterprises, in the entrepreneurial intention dimension, concludes that: 100% of the respondents show a positive attitude toward entrepreneurship among the residents of Ate, considering the opinion of family and friends regarding the creation of companies; appreciating the desire for behavioral control in the creation of the company, and the decision to create their own company.

La investigación realizada tiene como objetivo analizar la influencia de la emisión y colocación de bonos globales peruanos en la deuda externa a través del mercado bursátil americano. El estudio se formalizó bajo el enfoque mixto, aplicándose la entrevista y el análisis documental, para la explicación del modelo se utilizó el software Atlas.ti y Eviews. Los bonos globales peruanos para su colocación están amparados bajo la normatividad del mercado americano. Evidenciándose, que el indicador de mayor relevancia es el monto de colocación; para determinar la prima de riesgo se tiene en cuenta la tasa de interés de referencia y el rendimiento del bono a 10 años de Estados Unidos. Por lo cual, la emisión y colocación de los bonos globales peruanos a largo plazo resultan ser una alternativa para obtener financiamiento, explicando así el 100% del déficit fiscal, el 58% de las reservas internacionales netas, el 6% del saldo de la balanza de pagos y el 14% del nivel de endeudamiento.

The following article is descriptive and aims to analyze the vinculated operations and the economic and financial profitability of the company A. Hartrodt. Nowadays, the companies are constantly adapting to the diverse business necessities, which is why they develop key strategies to expand and increase its profits. In this way, there are business groups that have emerged as linked companies and subsidiaries in different markets around the world. The approach that was used is quantitative, the design and method used were descriptive. It should be noted that the balances of the financial statements of the three years analyzed were used for the compilation of data; and the method of data analysis was the application of profitability ratios. The results indicate that the linked operations have incidences in the company due to the fact that allows greater fluidity in the process of the operations and optimizes the resources. However, having so much facility to execute their transactions may drift in the omission of an in-depth analysis that allows to identify if these kind of operations are effectively profitable or not.
