The following article is of a theoretical nature and aims to present an analysis of the situation inwhich parents find themselves in relation to their adolescent children; as well as, a tool to improve this family relationship. The creation of this type of projects are important, since they present successful experiences from other countries; which, they present programs that can beapplied to avoid that the communication between parents and adolescent children is deteriorated; since they are in a very difficult stage. The methodology used was of mixed origin and three of its techniques were used: observation, bibliographic and field review. In the execution of the workshops formative activities of interest for both parents and children were carried out, which allowed developing strategies to achieve an assertive communication and in this way contribute to the integral formation of the adolescents and achieve a life project.

The purpose of this research was to apply an Action Plan aimed at strengthening coexistence and communication in a public educational institution in Venezuela through Participatory Action Research. The methodological approach was limited to the perspective of the Critical Paradigm, promoting the participation of the collective. It was carried out through four phases. In the Diagnostic, the research context was described using the survey as a technique of data collection in its form of questionnaire to students, teachers, administrators, workers and mothers, parent representatives. Discussion groups were held with the teachers, as well as field notes and photographs. The diagnosis reflects that students have little commitment to their academic responsibilities, lack of cooperation on the part of parents and representatives and non-compliance with the rules of coexistence. Once the hierarchy of needs was carried out and the SWOT matrix was applied, it turned out to give relevance to school coexistence due to its importance for communication, and integration of the entities of the educational process. The Planning phase made it possible to organize action strategies The execution phase corresponds to the application of the strategies. In the evaluation and feedback phases it was possible to conclude that each of the activities carried out within the framework of the proposed Action Plan generated a commitment to continue working towards a society that is capable and willing to relate respecting the individuality of the other, from a communication Harmonic in school coexistence.

The present investigation had as purpose to understand how the andragogic management is lived in the university education, from its praxis, examining the daily speech of the key informants, with the last aim of constructing a trialétrica plot for the andragogic transformation from the supported praxeology in communication. The study was configured in the postpositivist paradigm, framed in a hermeneutical phenomenological methodological process. The information was collected applying as a technique an in-depth interview to two (2) facilitators and one (1) participant of a public University in Venezuela, using the recorder as an instrument. The treatment of the data obtained was carried out in two phases; the first, phenomenological applying the reductions and the second through the hermeneutic turn to achieve the interpretation. All this allowed the construction of a Trialéctica plot for the andragogic transformation based on Praxeology, from which it is possible to look at the university education from a perspective of reflection and action of its protagonists, taking as referents three fundamental aspects of the individual; the human, the cognitive and the social.

Currently, Ecuador receives immigrants from several continents. Referring to Venezuelan nationality, at the beginning of 2018 approximately 547,000 Venezuelans entered Ecuador through the Colombian border that is equivalent to a daily average between 2,700 and 3,000 men, women and children. With positions in favor and against, Venezuelans have faced dissimilar difficulties in the Ecuadorian territory for their social integration; hence, the objective of this research is to analyze the intercultural relations of the Venezuelan immigrants in Ecuador. This manuscript has a quantitative approach, considering the questionnaire for “Intercultural Relations in Plural Societies” (version: Ecuadorian group) found on the official website of the Center for Applied Cross-cultural Research. 190 Venezuelans that reside in the cities of Quito and Guayaquil participated in the survey. The results showed that the biggest problems are linked to acts of perceived social discrimination and what is linked to their safety. The sociocultural competence used to inquire Venezuelans about their attitude to integrate showed significant values of interest and willingness to become part of the Ecuadorian society.

Based on a study based on descriptive-correlational methodologies and observation, it was concluded that the hotels in the city of Quito do not consider Big Data as a support tool for making decisions. In the hotel sector of the city, the use of this new technology is not yet strongly incurred, due to the use of more known and traditional tools. There is confusion between what everyday tools represent as databases and the real potential of having a Big Data. Hotels do not perceive it as something that is already really working locally; they believe that Big Data contains a great deal of information but not quality of it. However, they would like more information to help them make the best decisions. Having key information, from various sources, that allows to know customers and their behavior, can become the plus that the industry needs to attract new consumers. In Ecuador there are productive sectors that are already using this technology, however, there is a lack of trained personnel, high investment that implies its implementation and lack of structure of the information contained.

The following article aims to analyse the importance of the use of information and communication techniques in public schools in the city of Loja, as methodological strategy to improve the teaching-learning process, since it is increasingly more extensive information that can be shared by different technological supports. The methodology used includes an entire investigative process framed in inductive-deductive methods; In addition the empirical information about the object of study applied surveys to principals of public schools in the city of Loja. In the results of the research were revealed that information and communication techniques have become a powerful tool for the teaching-learning process, since it is a widely used medium in both secondary education and all educational levels; It mainly demonstrates that the use of the techniques of communication opens the possibility of increasing the level of participation, communication and socialization of knowledge in an effort to achieve meaningful learning through the use of technological resources.

Working capital is relevant in business management, since it provides firms with the necessary resources to carry out their regular operations, seeking efficient management that helps generate higher levels of profitability. The purpose of this research is to determine the efficiency in the management of working capital and its relationship with profitability in companies of the textile business sector of Ecuador, and their evolution over time. Through a quantitative analysis methodology, by means of panel data, the relationship between efficiency in the management of working capital and profitability is studied, according to size of 425 companies. It is evident that the firms that used their working capital more efficiently to generate sales were the small companies and microenterprises. Small companies show a positive relationship between the study variable and ROA, which shows that having greater efficiency in the management of working capital allows firms to obtain higher levels of profitability.

Desde Cantillon 1732 hasta las contribuciones actuales que han realizado distintos economistas para entender el comportamiento e implicaciones de emprender, permiten establecer el objetivo de la actual investigación, la cual trata de explorar la compleja relación existente entre el emprendimiento y el crecimiento económico a partir del impulso que proporcionan las políticas públicas y programas implementados en el Ecuador desde el período 2007 – 2017, siendo el corte temporal más largo con el que ha contado el país con un solo gobierno de línea política denominada socialismo del siglo XXI. Para esta investigación se ha tomado como referencia el reporte del Doing Business del 2018, el Global Entrepreneurship Monitor 2017 y las normas creadas en los últimos diez años en Ecuador que apoyan el emprendimiento. Usando el enfoque metodológico mixto (cuantitativo-cualitativo) y el alcance descriptivo exploratorio transversal y longitudinal, se revisaron y analizaron datos presentados por el Doing Businees 2018 del Banco Mundial y el Global Entrepreneurship Monitor 2017; sumándose a la revisión literaria de diferentes artículos de categoría científica y de las políticas establecidas por el gobierno ecuatoriano del período antes mencionado. Los principales resultados encontrados en torno a Ecuador evidencian la existencia de una relación positiva entre la actividad emprendedora y el crecimiento económico, a tal punto, que se puede observar como las políticas públicas tomadas desde el 2010 han generado un entorno favorable para mejorar el posicionamiento de este país en la forma de hacer negocios rentables.

The objective of the investigation was to propose information security policies for the protection of sensitive data of the company that workers frequently have in the office 365 platform, segment sensitive data documents by areas, specific users and improve access security to your email accounts, or access to mobile devices that do not have limitations in the use of organizational information. The study was based on the holistic phrase, mixed approach and projective type, quantitative and qualitative collection methods were applied. For this, three users were interviewed with the specific positions of the director, manager and head of the area; audit records were extracted with user access from external and internal environments, which helps us to know who access their accounts from IP outside the office range. It is evident that they have access to their accounts and company documents, which can be deleted and / or downloaded because they use the services in the SharePoint or OneDrive cloud. In conclusion, the information is exposed to be stolen and manipulated by external users, since the company has basic policies applied to users.

The study was released in the district of Ventanilla, with the objective of developing a plan to strengthen sustainable development in the wetlands of Ventanilla, Lima, contributing to the care and preservation of the natural area. The research is mixed focus, holistic syntagm and projective type. To make the diagnosis, surveys were applied, it was taken as sample to 116 local inhabitants and 25 visitors of the resource, also interviewed 3 professionals linked to tourism in the area. The results indicated that in the locality there is not environmental responsibility, as for the resource, the actions that are being managed are insufficient for the care of of all the natural área and avoid pollution. Therefore, visitors consider that by developing ecological practices as observing flora and fauna in wetlands would be a way to sensitize people. On the other hand, the resort lacks adequate tourist infrastructure for the tours, which means that tourists do not receive a pleasant visit. Finally, it was proposed to develop a plan based on ecotourism practices, alongside workshops aimed at residents and visitors to achieve an environmental commitment, realize cleaning campaigns, elaborate a circuit based on observing the biodiversity of wetlands to avoid damage to nature, condition the place for a satisfactory visit with signage, railings and defined paths, besides encourage to community members to participate in activities of crafts.
