The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of the tariff surcharge imposed by the government through Resolution 11-2015, on imports and full employment in Ecuador. For its development, data were obtained on the level of imports and the percentage of full employment from 2007 to 2018, with an annual frequency. To determine the effect on full employment, an econometric model was proposed which included independent variables such as imports, trend and dummies variables that allow to estimate the effect of the analyzed regulation. The results show that each percentage reduction in imports negatively affects the percentage variation of full employment at 0.38%, so that the effect of the reduction in imports was an approximate loss of 304,742 full employment positions.

However, what happens when the judges who took part in the evidentiary activity, who gave their oral decision, can not intervene in the elaboration and subscription of the sentence, perhaps other judges, would have to declare the nullity of the proceedings and make a new hearing of judgment to mediate with the test, or through the recording media, other judges can elaborate the sentence. Faced with this situation, the former Supreme Court of Justice issued Resolution No. 564 of October 26, 2011, and the current National Court of Justice issued Resolution No. 18-2017 of November 22, 2017, so that , the central axis of the present work lies in determining whether the aforementioned resolutions violate the principle of probative immediacy in the General Organic Code of Processes and in the Comprehensive Organic Penal Code, addressing this problem through a critical, doctrinal, normative and jurisprudential.

Independent variables will include gender, academic semester, and academic average (GPA). The survey has 25 situational questions where the student has to choose if the act described is considered: 1) not cheating, 2) trivial cheating, 3) moderate cheating or 4) serious cheating. Results in this research show that students have a clear conceptual understanding of the general meaning of academic cheating.

Resumen
While linguists (e.g. Michnowicz 2009, 2012; Solomon 1996, 1999; Klee 2009) have described some of the unique features of Yucatec Spanish related to the lexicon , the phonetic system, and syntactic structure, but no work has focused on pragmatics in this variety. The current study utilizes semantic/pragmatic interviews to investigate four cases of pragmatic mood alternation: Suspended Assertion, Reportative Distance, Individualized Reference, and Reactional Assertions. The results examined suggest important differences between monolingual and bilingual speaker reaction to pragmatic triggers. The bilingual Yucatec Maya/Spanish speakers’ perception of pragmatic change in mood varies between the four groups of pragmatic effects; the bilingual speakers were sensitive to Reactional Assertions and Reportative Distance but not sensitive to changes in Suspended Assertion or Individualized Reference. This demonstrates a difference in pragmatic sensitivity to mood selection between bilingual and monolingual speakers of this contact variety. Specifically, bilingual speakers select mood that patterns with monolingual speakers when it is syntactically motivated, but their mood selection differs in areas where this selection pragmatically motivated.
