This paper makes a comparative study between peronism and varguism, starting from the definition about both political movements as “populists”. In this context, this work will established relations among the way that the class aliance happened in both countries, as well searching differences among the dynamics that in each country prevailed. Populism, in both cases, appears as the result of vertiginous processes of economic modernization, characteristic of Latin American geopolitics. In this sense, analyzing populism necessarily implies thinking about the incorporation of the masses into public life, but also about industrial development and the conflicts inherent to that development, from which the working class will outline an active way to participate politically and economically.

In 2018, 800,000 people die and were counted worldwide by OMS. In Latin America, the average number of people who commit suicide is 9.8 per 100,000 inhabitants. The age group in which this event predominates is in a range of 14 to 35 years. In Nicaragua, suicide figures have boomed sharply, with 2017 being the most alarming year with more than 300 registered cases. The characteristics of suicidal behavior have been identified, being predominantly in urban areas, ages between 12 - 35 years between cities in the Pacific and North Central area and subsequently to the South Caribbean. The reasons identified with young people whom I dialogue with, arise different variables that combine, between specific family conflicts, aggressive / psychological bullying, belief systems that exclude, discriminate and condemn; patriarchal cultural systems, pedagogical procedures that overlooked specific situations and without identification of a pattern of abnormal behavior, mental illnesses whose illnesses are unknown, collective imaginary not compatible with their identity, and over all self-esteem problems. The objective of the article is to bring the reader closer to the phenomenon of suicide from the voices and narratives of its protagonists, as well as to describe the epidemiological behavior in the Latin American and national region.

The development opportunities of the Central American region have been conditioned by various events of a natural, social, cultural, and political nature, a region in which its population harbors deficit social indicators in relation to poverty and social inequalities. While it is true that the fight against poverty is formally a priority on government agendas, it is relevant to analyze whether these political initiatives have become public policies and ultimately if they have an impact on the improvement of the living conditions of people in a sustainable way. During the last 15 years, the countries of this region have experienced a reduction in poverty, however, high rates of their populations remain mired in it, a more timely discussion is broken down from this overview, the role that governments have played in its programmatic agendas, and to what extent the traditional exercise of power constitutes an obstacle to face this problem. So, addressing poverty not as a strictly econometric problem, but as a phenomenon linked to the conception and exercise of political power is what guides the reflexive interest of this essay.

The study is about the house conditions and the effects on the health of the habitants of sector three of the Hugo Chávez neighborhood. The purpose is to identify the infrastructure components and to determine how that affects the health of the residents. This is a qualitative with an interpretive paradigm study; it belongs to descriptive exploratory type. For the selection of informants, non-probabilistic sampling was used, and techniques such as interviews, focus groups, observation and documentary review were performed. Among the main results were found that the roof of the house is made of zinc, but in bad conditions, allowing water filtration; on the other hand, the walls are made of zinc and the ground floor causing constant humidity; and causing at the same time affectations such as diseases, unhealthiness, stress, depression, floods, and family conflicts; These results showed that housing conditions harm the health of the population.

This document refers to a six-year synthesis of archaeological studies developed in the Nejapa region, municipality of Managua, Nicaragua. The systemicity of the studies allowed to understand how the spaces and the constructive system of the houses that make up the remains of a small pre-Hispanic village that settled on the shores of the Laguna de Nejapa were structured, which is culturally linked to Chorotegas groups. Among other things, new and substantial data were obtained to better understand the way of life developed by the inhabitants who occupied this space in times before the arrival of European colonizers in the present national territory. In the pre-Hispanic village of Nejapa, thirteen possible houses have been identified, around a small central square, built on stones and earth. Only two of these structures have been intervened through an extension of archaeological excavations, which has allowed them to be known and corroborated by some data that are reflected in historical documents of travelers and chroniclers to the moment of the conquest of our America.
