Resumen
The boom of cryptocurrencies as a mechanism of payment and investment has reached Peru, but our country lacks a legal regulation regarding the legal and fiscal consequences of operations with Bitcoins or other kinds of cryptocurrencies. In this article, the author elaborates a legal-fiscal analysis applicable to Bitcoin-related operations in Peru: mining, exchanges for goods and services, and exchanges for other kinds of currency. The first part of this article questions the legal nature of criptocurrencies based on the Peruvian legislation in force, while also taking into account the experiences of foreign legal systems. Thus, in the second part, the author describes the fiscal implications of criptocurencies in Peru.

Resumen
International Labor Standards recognize the right to collective bargaining of public servants and officials, allowing for the exclusion of high-level employees (with policy-making power, managerial positions or positions based on trust) and members of the armed forces and police. The negotiation topics cover the conditions of work and employment, which includes salary negotiation. The principle of budget balance is a valid limit to collective bargaining.

Resumen
The right to a maximum working hours per day (or week) was recognized a century ago in the first convention of the International Labour Organization and has been included in the most important international conventions adopted by Peru. However, it has not been able to consolidate, even though its relevance has not changed. We believe that the right to digital disconnection is a confirmation of the importance of said concept, which we shall describe in this work.

Resumen
This article aims to reflect on the development of graphic communication and its relationship with the changes that Chilean society experienced in the 1970s. We focus our analysis on two types of visual communication media of great impact and prominence during that decade: the public space poster for the period between 1970 and 1973, and the print media advertisement in the press for 1975-1980. The qualitative study of the visuals revealed certain keys that show the tensions that the Chilean society experienced during that period and the role that communication played in the promotion of two economic development and modernization models for the country. In this regard, both visual elements can be understood as a product of a particular time that conditions them and as of stories that validate them and give them meaning.

Resumen
This research analyzes the innovation and social interaction strategies of European public service media (PSM) in response to the transformation and adaptation challenges entailed by the new digital communication ecology. The research methodology was based in the study of the corporations’ annual reports, a mapping of the structure of their Internet platforms and a selective observation of the websites and the users communities of the PSM of the five European countries with greater population (Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Spain and Italy). The results show that both participation and the management of such communities is still incipient, not very proactive and quite conditioned by the requirements of their parent public service organizations.

Resumen
This article shows the results of an empirical research dealing with on-screen appeal strategies calling for the use of social networks during the most-watched programmes on general DTT channels in France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom in 2016-2017. The aim is to identify how the attention of social audiences is sought while the broadcast is taking place and what form these appeals acquire in the narrative and structure of formats. The content analysis shows the resources and strategies used, the differences according to country, channel ownership and programme genre, and the hegemonic use of hashtags and the unique strategies of info-show in commercial channels.

Resumen
This article aims to analyze the differences in access, use and information, communication and online management skills of Spaniards born before 1965. It applies a cluster with age, sex, studies and income, to a representative national sample, which concludes in two profiles. Bivariate tests (X2, t Student) show intergroup differences in favor of the youngest group, consisting of more men, better income and studies, but with more internal gaps. In a few years, the elderly will be technologically more integrated although the gaps must be reduced and online participation encouraged betting on a digital communication that helps to strengthen the machine-person relationship

Resumen
This article analyses the perception that journalists and science communication professors have about the training and specialization of Chilean scientific journalists, using a mixed methodology, consisting of in-depth interviews and national surveys. Among the most outstanding results is that, although the pre-graduate and postgraduate training offer has increased in the country, the specialization in scientific communication in Chile continues to depend on self-training and labor specialization. Also, there are different levels of appreciation of this among professionals. It is concluded that this assessment responds to work trajectories, training and informational models
