Resumen
The study and treatment of the crime scene of a femicide, is very special. It must be identified whether the crime scene is the common domicile of the couple or the residence of only one of them (victim or aggressor), or even a different place. This must then be related to the instrument or instruments that were used to cause the woman"™s death. The ocular inspection that is carried out at this type of scene, in addition to being technical, must be carried out with a gender perspective. This ensures that in the evaluation of the evidence, issues stand out that, while they may also be found at other types of scenes of violence, are unique to crimes against women. In consequence, it is essential to formulate cross-sectional lines of investigation that could guide the verification of potential criminogenic factors of femicide, as well as the correct procedure to avoid revictimization post-mortem.

Resumen
The digital economy represents a new challenge for law on areas such as the regulation of information society services and electronic commerce. The innovative and rapid advance of technology has turned the economy into a very different field with distinctive characteristics from the initial framework in which regulations developed. In this context, the ruling of the Court of Justice of the European Union in 2017 for the Uber case creates new criteria regarding the legal nature of an electronic collaborative economic platform, the study of which is important to assesing the significance of the ruling.

Resumen
Public services in Cuba, including health services, is a topic that is rarely addressed from the perspective of Law. The recent promulgation of the Constitution and the extensive medical collaboration of Cuba with other countries in the region are enough incentive to investigate the legal treatment of public health in Cuban legislation. We start with a brief introduction that gives us generalities about public services. We then respond to the question "right or public service" to continue defining the structure, operation, management of expenses, citizen participation in management and perception of the quality of public health in this Caribbean country.

Resumen
Modern market dynamics have decided to incorporate into the notion of collaborative economy those practices for profit exercised by professionals, through the so called information and communication technologies. This situation differs from the initial intention with which the collaborative consumption, the genesis of the cooperative economy, arose. The situation described arises as a means of masking the commercial relationships behind the digital platforms, with the aim of freeing the fulfillment of the legislative burdens that are imposed in the normal course of commercial activities. This unjustified release of normative burdens has as its antecedent an historical search by the capitalist system to evade cumbersome taxes; all of which translates into economic operators as an unfair lowering of regulatory costs within their business processes, with the aim of finding an illegal displacement of demand in their favor and achieving high rates of profit maximization. In this context, this essay will seek to review the ways that have been used over time to avoid costs, ending with masking the methods of the collaborative economy, with a special review of these new business practices and their possible framing in unfair competition conduct, in the light of Ecuadorian legislation, particularly with regard to the specific clause of non-violation of rules.

Interview held with the lawyer and human rights defender Carlos Ayala Corao who was president of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights. Through this conversation we discuss the challenges and threats the Inter-American system of human rights must face by analyzing the development of the system and its constant problems bearing in mind past and actual issues. Moreover, we reflect about the state of democracy and the interaction with the human rights protection system in the continent and the challenges it might face in the future with special interest in the exercise of the right to freedom of press.

Resumen
This work explores the relationship between private law and unfair competition action, through an analysis of the main characteristics of the doctrine of unjustified enrichment through unfair competition in Spanish law. This analysis suggests that special unfair competition actions protects economic interests that may justify a departure from common private law. This conclusion may have important implications in the assessment of the requirements of unfair competition causes of action, particularly in legal systems where such causes of action are primarily recognized to vindicate the private interests of market actors.

Abstract:
My purpose in this paper is to point out that there is a mutual implication between two Kantian thesis: the Receptivity Thesis (our knowledge depends on being affected by objects) and the thesis of the space at a form of the phenomena; so that, a full treatment of the receptivity thesis implies Kant's transcendental idealism of space. On my reading this doesn't compromise Kant's empirical realism. In order to show this I explore here the second consequence ("b") that Kant arrives after he shows his arguments in favour of the space in the Transcendental Aesthetics.
Keywords: space, form of intuition, receptivity, transcendental idealism, empirical realism
