Aristotelian-argumentative assessment of the Iguala case, about the Commission for Truth and Justice

Resumen
In this investigation, the grounds for the amparo judgment in revision 203/2017 of the Iguala Case is analyzed, in its resolution to form an investigative commission of truth and justice, to clarify and resolve the case of the 43 disappeared. From the Aristotelian theory of argumentation, it is sought to study the sentence and decant its logical-argumentative results from said hermeneutical model. Finally, its rationality will be evaluated according to the triadic paradigm: analytical-dialectical-rhetorical that makes up Aristotle's logic, to see if the arguments presented are justified and convinced in themselves.

Resumen
Environmental changes, including both natural environmental disasters and the effects of anthropic climate change, are a reality that is likely to worsen in the coming decades if measures are not taken. Among its effects are the forced displacement of people to new habitats, which can cause conflict in host States. In the case of transboundary environmental displacement, current international law does not yet have a response that is simultaneously and jointly global, effective and coercive, to ensure the rights of the people affected. However, we are witnessing the progressive consolidation of a common global ethic that seems to be beginning to prevail over the lack of political will of some States.

Resumen
In this paper I will expose what I consider to be the appropriate meaning of Fuller's theses on the internal morality of law. After having argued that the thesis of internal morality of law does not say much about the connection between law and morality in the sense that this subject is normally discussed in the debates between supporters and critics of legal positivism, I will explain in what sense, for Fuller, law is a moral phenomenon. That will allow me to take a stand on the controversial question about the author’s philosophical affiliation: I will argue that Fuller's legal philosophy is the opposite of a natural law theory or a non-positivist principialist conception of the law and that prescriptive or ethical legal positivism is the legal philosophy with which Fuller can be associated.
