Resumen
Some of the pioneers of feminism remained anchored to what has been called the discourse of domesticity, because, despite their demands for equal education for women, they continued to defend women's belonging to the domestic sphere. Gradually, the feminist movement evolved and later hinged on the demand for women's suffrage and civil and labour rights until the first feminist wave or feminism of equality took shape. The evolution of the various feminisms since then is well known. This process can be seen in the work of one of the first Spanish feminists of the early 20th century, Carmen de Burgos. This paper focuses on the analysis of the journey of this author's thought in her transit through different gender discourses that evolved from that initial position centred on domesticity to a feminist thought that already shares features with the so-called feminism of co-responsibility.

He repeatedly alludes to an order of profound principles and evidences, the light of which enables the subject to see things in their truth, goodness and beauty. The relationship between these Viquian ideas and Giussani's notion of elementary experience, on its double ontic and ontological level, is evident in the duplicity of action which, beyond its immediacy, is nourished by a vis veri, the true driving force of the individual, of that metaphysical self which is more than it appears to be

Resumen
The boom of the anti-vaccine movement in general, and scientific research and of publications that discredit vaccination in particular, represent a serious threat to public health. Since fundamental rights and freedoms may be limited in the name of public health, it might be thought that, in its name, research and dissemination of scientific material that questions the practice of vaccination could also be limited. The objective of this article will be to verify if this hypothesis would be compatible with the current regime of rights and freedoms, and to point out the best way to address the anti-vaccine discourse.

The purpose of this reflection is to analyze the content of the human right to artistic creation of individuals per se, regardless of whether their work can be framed within the cultural manifestations or characteristics of a particular collective identity. The paper also attempts to answer the question of whether the material conditions of artists should be satisfied by the market or whether some kind of duty on the part of the public authorities to enable the emancipation of the individual and the plural and democratic nature of a society.

This essay seeks to identify the conditions under which responsibility can be established in cases of collective performances, specifically when these give rise to justified judgments of symmetrical responsibility. Establishing responsibility supposes an answer to the question of what collective performance is. However, as the two cases’ discussion shows, there is no clarity regarding the answer to that question nor the importance of answering it. It is argued that, based on Bratman’s model, collective performances can be understood as shared intentions leading to shared activity. The research concludes by showing that this model can respond precisely to what is a collective performance and how judgments of symmetrical responsibility depend on its satisfaction.
