Resumen
Assuming the constitutionalist paradigm point of view, this paper aims to provide arguments, analyzing the international and the national legal framework, in order to justify that the views of the United Nation Treaties bodies are not mere recommendations and Spain is required to give these decisions consideration and to allow for domestic effects. It also includes proposals for the implementation of the views in the Spanish legal system.

Resumen
There is relative agreement in Chilean constitutional doctrine that the writ of protection has been transformed, irremediably, into a precautionary action. This paper attempts to put the writ of protection in perspective, asking what other variables have contributed, despite what has been said about its precautionary nature, to endow the writ of protection with an effective signaling function. To this end, we use the theory of legal mobilization to show that the low activation costs offered by the writ of protection transform it into an important source of legal opportunities. The effectiveness of its signaling function, however, depends on other conditions: this paper focuses on one of them, namely, the kind of social actor who use it. This factor, which is often overlooked in doctrinal analyses, complements the understanding of the writ of protection as a repertoire of legal mobilization.

Resumen
The article analyzes the precedents of transitional justice of the International Courts as antecedent of the Colombian model, through which the jurisprudential precedent of the Constitutional Court is supported. Glimpsing as a result, the construction of its own model adjusted to the needs aimed at ending the armed conflict and its viability within the constitutional framework, as a response to the victims of the armed conflict in Colombia, the effective fulfillment of their rights, the model of Transitional justice has been consolidated from the different State policies, going through the retributive justice model to restorative justice, in order to provide guarantees of reparation, truth, justice and non-repetition, underpinned by obtaining a lasting and stable peace.

Resumen
The growing pressure on the Mexican State to incorporate a gender perspective in its conformation led to the constitutional reform of gender parity. The federal powers have opted for different normative designs to face the challenge. However, when contrasting the normative level with the factual one, it is possible to find a considerable distance. This article seeks to explore the distance between regulations and the exercise of gender parity rights in the federal government, based on the analysis of three problems: the gap of salaries between men and women, the problem of glass ceilings, and the difficulties for women to effectively exercise power in the legislative branch.

Resumen
This paper will analyze the notion of dignity as a status raised by Jeremy Waldron and its importance in the Chilean constitutional debate, focusing on labour law. Dignity is enshrined in most of the world’s constitutions, and the importance of this notion is not without criticism, given its ambivalence. However, Waldron’s notion makes it possible to specify a minimal meaning relevant in all contemporary democracy, and that should guide the current constitutional process in Chile.

Resumen
The purpose of the control of constitutionality, by and large recognized as the most important legal instrument to safeguard the rule of law, is to evaluate the conformity of acts of authority and inferior norms with the Constitution. This article only addresses the provisions of the Mexican legal system on the judicial control of the constitutionality of the law. To achieve this objective, an explanation of the control system of constitutionality currently in operation in Mexico is offered to reflect, from the perspective of the theory of constitutional law and the law in force, on the means and the parameter of control of the constitutionality of the law, as well as the legal effects of the declaration of unconstitutionality.

Resumen
The essay reflects on the nature, antecedents and characteristics of the 1836 Constitution of the Republic of Texas. This was a Constitution copied from the United States and involved the legal interregnum prior to the incorporation of Texas into the United States. This article explains the positive and negative elements of that Magna Carta and seeks to contextualize them culturally and historically.
