The purpose of this essay is to reflect on the way knowledge is handled in university education considering factors of reality such as the dynamics of the internal environment of the university and the country's own external environment, as well as technical, scientific and humanistic factors within of the framework of a holistic conception. In addition to its practical value, up-to-date information on knowledge management (KM) is compiled and analyzed by considering the realities of education in the experimental universities of Venezuela. For this purpose, it is based on the document described by Morles, Medina and Álvarez (2003), on higher education in Venezuela, report 2002 to IESALC-UNESCO, which is the purpose of university experimentalism; Likewise, innovation in knowledge management at Simón Rodríguez University, in spite of it, is an issue addressed by Ponce (1998), where the innovation and updating of CG is argued, and the analysis carried out by Briceño (2003), Why do educational technology projects fail in Venezuelan universities?. Analysis of a case: Universidad Simón Rodríguez, where the relevance of the topic addressed is based.

At the beginning of a new millennium, the world civilization immersed in a conglomerate of scientific-technological and socio-cultural phenomena that surrounds them in an environment of doubts and dissatisfactions, faces new ways of thinking,  appropriation of experiences and new schemes of life and knowledge; the formation of the individual within the educational system of any country does not escape from it, its fundamental actors teachers and students are involved in deep dichotomies between the conventional and a network of new personal and collective values. This essay is a reflexive result of an educational research with a qualitative approach, expose the topic of the teaching action within the formal educational context, with the intention of weaving the reference of evaluations that the teacher constructs in his performance, about the semantics implicit in the notion of the student's dignity, in the context of the Venezuelan Education Underlies the guiding idea of ​​promoting reflection regarding respect and human coexistence among the actors. It allows to clarify the path that will follow the vision of dignity of the students in the heart of the formal education in the academic premises, and the debate of the axiological field centered in the union and the planetary coexistence. Also, the need to reflect on attitudes and positions of value, that in the personal, social and educational field have teachers and students.

This essay aims to approach the basic concepts of Holistic Education of Barrera (2010), as well as the postulates of the Pedagogy of Love, such as Pérez (2012); Freire (1995), Gallegos (2010) and a brief tour of the practice of teachers, such as Ortiz (2008) and the strategies of Morín (2000), in Education that guarantees the optimization of the educational task of primary schools, based on in the feeling of love and admit the students in its complexity from its diversity of social context, as a primary contribution to the Bolivarian educational system of Venezuela, with the purpose of providing theoretical contributions and reflections to give elements to improve the quality of educational practice of teachers in primary education based on the pedagogy of love, from everyday practice in educational institutions.

This paper explores the impact of the development of virtualization and ubiquity capabilities that information and communication technologies (ICTs) bring with disruptive characteristics to the recent approaches of strategic management. Modern technologies, especially information and communication technologies, have become the standard resource for management in any business sector. Thanks to the diversity of solutions and applications that flood the web, and the ease with which new ideas are incorporated into the growth and development of this conglomerate of information management tools, it is possible to rethink the daily routine in management activity, allowing the optimization of multiple executive functions. This is how the modern manager, faced with new or old business action opportunities, must question traditional decisions and formulate in this sense disruptive mechanisms guided by the idea that each possibility has its specification for the achievement of success, especially with the support of multiple point automatic solutions.

The present essay represents the crucial input revealing the findings derived from the evaluation of the research results. To show the hidden part of science, from a transcomplexing thought oriented in the phenomenological-hermeneutic in a reflective and interpretive critical process, the noospheric term was considered as a dimension that unravels a supracognitive knowledge of the teacher. In this sense, the theoretical-epistemological contributions of transcomplexity are reconfigured as the mother theory of complex, interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary thought from the postures of Morín (1999); and Balza (2010-2012). As reflective considerations, the omniscience of the teacher was argued, agape as a synonym of love, and intersubjectivity from spirituality.

The objective of the study was to analyze the use of communication technology as tools to support the instructional strategy applied by the teachers of the Administration Program of the National Experimental University "Rafael María Baralt" (UNERMB), headquarters of Cabimas, Zulia State, as a learning resource, framed in an analytical-descriptive typology, non-experimental design, transverse-field; using a population of 46 teachers and 115 students, applying a population census in March 2018. The data collection technique was observation through the survey, applying a questionnaire of 48 items, with five alternative answers. The validity and reliability was through the judgment of experts, and the Alpha Cronbach coefficient, reaching a value of 0.86. The data processing yielded, for average teachers 3.15 and deviation of 0.62, indicating high level of use of the instructional strategy, as a resource supported by TIC´s, for students, the average value was 2.80, with a deviation of 0.49, reflecting a moderate level. The differences in the responses between teachers and students in relation to instructional strategies and the perception of the student's metacognitive process have not allowed the consolidation of knowledge and regulatory elements that contribute to the effective management of their cognitive processes and, consequently, to achieving significant learning. This is why it is recommended to evaluate strategies in order to contribute to the achievement of significant learning.

The present investigation presented as a general objective to propose environmental strategies in the ecotourism formation of the students of Primary Education, directed to the teachers of the Basic School Sebastián Araujo, municipality Pedraza, state Barinas. The study focused on the quantitative nature, using the feasible project supported by a field design. Twenty-one (21) teachers from the aforementioned institution were taken as a population. Likewise, the survey technique was handled and as a tool a questionnaire consisting of sixteen (16) items with Likert-type scaling. For the validity, expert judgment was used, using the reliability of Coefficient (α) Alpha of Cronbach, the calculations gave as value 0.86 considered reliability very high. According to the conclusions, the environmental strategies were designed according to the dimensions: (a) Environmental Knowledge, allows to know the importance of the environment in its natural component linked to the environment; (b) Socio-Environmental Tourism Linking, allows serving the geographic space and significant historical time, interacting with the family, school and community in the scenarios of coexistence; (c) Environmental Tourism Training, Training of Environmental Tourist Guides, acceding to develop the generation of attitudes from spaces that grant thoughts and reflection according to environmental, social, economic, political and educational processes and; (d) Affiliation of the Cultural Heritage in the axiom of skills and plans of reference to the local culture.

The objective of this study was to determine the factors that produce significant differences in the students who graduate from the sixth grade of the Miranda state of Mérida. The problem arises that at present there are still Bolivarian schools with a five-hour day where there are deficiencies in the areas of mathematics and language. The theoretical framework was oriented according to the Venezuelan education system, Bolivarian school, theories of learning. Methodologically, within the positivist paradigm, with a level of descriptive research applying quantitative methods. In the data collection, the following was used as a technique: survey and as an instrument the questionnaire applied to a sample of 72 students during the 2016-2017 school year. The t-student test was carried out using the SPSS program in its copy 15.0 and as a result it was evident: 1). students with an eight-hour day in the language area passed with 40% while five-hour students passed 64.3%; two). it was evidenced in the area of ​​mathematics that the students with eight-hour day have a learning with 3.3% and five hours with 26.2%; 3). The most influential factors on learning were: motivation and family reality; 4). To conclude, a series of methodological guidelines is proposed to overcome factors found.

Dance is a way of expression of the human being, it becomes a phenomenon of community representation. In this sense, the following research article is presented whose purpose was to understand the dance "The Crazy of Santa Barbara" as an intersubjective expression of popular feeling in the Santa Bárbara community belonging to the parish of Caracciolo Parra, Libertador municipality of the State of Mérida. It is carried out in the qualitative paradigm, ethnographic method. Key informants three dancers, descendants of the founders of the sector. For the collection of the information and its analysis, discourses are developed between the informants and the researcher. The results of discourse analysis explain identity as a cultural, social and religious phenomenon allows human beings to appropriate their own or differentiate themselves from what is foreign, the dancers significantly internalize their mystical expression in the Santa Bárbara dance. The study concludes from the view of the dancers an intangible value to the culture, revitalizing their ancestors, even when variants emerge, it is conserved, resurfacing every four of December in honor of the patron, the dance unites to the coexistence between own and strangers and invites the researcher to spread the knowledge of knowledge, customs and assets of the community.

The article is the result of a task of the Research Group in education and technology, developed at the National University of Education of Ecuador (UNAE), specifically of the Research Line Technology and Educational Innovation, of the research group in Education and Technology (GIET); The article demonstrates the didactic foundations of the use of ICT in the teaching-learning process; Theoretical positions are assumed that allow us to grasp the essential elements of connectivism as a pedagogical approach to the use of ICT in the teaching-learning process. In this work, different conceptions about learning are analyzed and a proposal based on connectivism and activity theory is presented. A model of the influence of connectivism for the use of ICT in the teaching-learning process is proposed, in which new relationships are established between the elements that make up the connectivism and the categories of the developer-learning teaching process, within the framework of good living, as well as, that the new features that characterize the model are described and defined as the resulting quality between the relationships of the components of the pedagogical model of Entrepreneurial Learning.
