The purpose of this essay is to make a theoretical approach regarding the leadership and axiology of the teacher in primary education based on the contributions of Cárdenas (2017); and Hernández (2019), for which the qualities of the teacher as a leader will be addressed, as well as the axiology of the teacher, as well as the process of educating with love, from there to make significant contributions of the importance of the pedagogical and educational action of the teacher is the product of leadership in classrooms related to the elements of love, tenderness and understanding of students as human beings, unique and with diverse personalities.

The objective of this article is to theorize the burnout syndrome in the integral management of the 21st century presented by the administrative staff of the Institute of Geography of the University of Los Andes as a prolonged response to work stress in the face of fatigue or emotional exhaustion; with the intention of optimizing the performance of the workers of said institution, through the diagnosis it was observed that there are interpersonal conflicts that contribute to organizational deterioration, reason why the proposal of a comprehensive management strategy for the prevention of said syndrome focuses on channeling the emotions. Methodologically, it is framed in a qualitative paradigm, supported by ethnomethodological research as a possible solution to a practical problem. It is intended to do an investigation to measure the degree of professional or occupational wear of each employee, to evaluate this way, if the personnel has excessive negative work stress which can lead to a distress due to the accumulation of stressful situations. It was recommended to decrease using tactics to address the nonconformities of workers and in turn improve the working environment by reactivating the productive attitudes of the staff, the formation of work teams, motivation and incentives and delegation of tasks. Subsequently, it is exhorted that this proposal can be applied and disseminated in other organizations concerned about the development and performance of their staff and thus ensure their job growth.

This paper made an analysis of the Interventional Policy of the period comprised by the governments of President Rafael Correa in the period 2008 to 2017, contextualized within the framework of the Theory of Curse of Resources; highlighting the active government participation in the economy in an attempt to stabilize and avoid cyclical fluctuations, especially by the historical dependence on exports of raw materials, specifically oil, historically linked to the control of private companies. It consists of a case study, which emphasizes qualitative research with a combination of quantitative resources. For this reason, methodological triangulation is resorted to; The first, from a reflective position, provides an intimate description that makes it possible to weigh the context as the meaning of events through an ethnographic vision, without falling into a simple description and refers to different orientations that contribute to a mosaic of political and economic perspectives. While, the second, offers a perspective of the reality expressed in different statistics that have been considered, such as Public Expenditure, Gross Domestic Product and Investment.

The purpose of this essay is oriented to the exploration of the theoretical perspectives related to the educational cosmic logic applied in pedagogy. In this sense, Sagan (1987): defines the cosmos as some point between immensity and eternity, on whose understanding the future of all life depends. Likewise, Chopra's prologue in the work of Shrestha (2006): expresses that the microcosm is directed by the vibration of upper strings with resonance in the human being in energetic terms within a space-time continuum. In the educational context, Maturana (2010): proposes that it is vital to create an ethical and ecological social conscience. Additionally, Chamon (2006): emphasizes that the pedagogical is complex so it applies a phenomenological logic for its development and according to Morín (2000): a learning of coexistence. In this same line of thinking, Niño (1998): recognizes the conception of human life as a project and an endless pedagogical task. On the other hand, Gadotti (2002): proposes a Pedagogy of the Earth or Ecopedagogy. In line with this perspective, Sánchez, Peters, Márquez, Vega, Portales, Valdez and Azuara (2005): suggest incorporating new practices into education. To consolidate this vision, experiences with non-human teachers constitute one of the most innovative pedagogical alternatives. According to these considerations, it is concluded that the cosmobiological vision of education is essential to build and flow an empathic understanding among all sentient beings of the universal network.

The educational institutions are to say, the establishments where the citizenship endows with a pedagogical campus that strengthens it, is undoubtedly the most important of all. Because history speaks of education and its organisms as entities of great admiration, then, they are a refuge of great knowledge, and this includes the pedagogical. Undoubtedly, pedagogy plays a fundamental role in each educational institution, with the teacher being the person who appropriates this and links it in the best way with the students. The general purpose of this essay refers to literature and cinema as instruments or devices of a technological communication to transmit information, so that it’s creative and educational versatility allows students and professors to make a sketch of the functions and events that can be observed, comment, systematize, recreate, reflect, form and transform teaching. In the same way, that it manages to awaken new intellective faculties. In this way, only a transformation of teaching processes can ensure the improvement that is requested to education, which must resort to the communication media to save the classroom from obsolescence. For its part, technology must fill the classroom with a new spirit. Within this perspective, the ability to be in constant renovation is required to be able to renew not only the student population but the entire population.

The present moment poses different and complicated challenges in terms of creating various professions related to technological fields and, given its importance at present, the author's concern arises in the elaboration of the present essay, where postures argued by the author regarding aspects as an emerging challenge in the social scenario, given the need for competency-based training, as an educational perspective; to fulfill the duty to be in the academic-professional formation in the culture of the information from the Cibersociedad and digital competitions in the university scenes. Concluding, it is convenient to use the competency-based model to train professionals whose learning is significant even in the field in which students develop based on the need to be in academic-professional training in the culture of information based on the model for competencies that it must be complemented with the Cybersociety.

The aim of this essay is to analyze the high level cognitive processes that intervene in the teaching of students of professional practices. The study was addressed, where the essayist includes theories of interest analyzed in a referential, practical and reflective manner on the subject. Making use of the analytical knowledge proposed by Carr and Kemmis (1986); and Tallaferro (2006). In a conclusive way, it is highlighted: professional practices as a learning space come to allow acquiring and developing skills in the profession based on "know-how" and must be done throughout the career to achieve the desired scope; Negative compendiums are observed more than positive ones, diminishing expectations in the later work as a teacher, the teacher transmits more information, than effective empowerment in cognitive terms, able to admit students to highlight cognitive difficulties and solve problems, in the everydayness.

The present work is an exploratory study, has as purpose to know the perception of the Environmental Ethics that university students have and their opinion about some current environmental issues. An instrument was elaborated with 13 questions, 11 were closed questions, to have specific data and other 2 open questions, to obtain previous knowledge and the perception of the students on different topics related to environmental ethics. In the results, five of the eleven closed questions are presented, and for the two open questions, only some answers were considered due to many numbers of students who participated in the study. A total of 337 students from different careers were randomly selected to answer the questionnaire. The analysis results for closed questions are presented in an average and for the open questions were considered comments that the students were mentioned, in order to know the perception of the students regarding the different topics. The results show the interest of students for the topics, as well as the possibility of identifying some areas of opportunity to work with the university students, environmental ethics issue and environmental education to begin contributing with the Objectives for Sustainable Development (ODS) and the 2030 Agenda.

The objective of the research is to Implement Reforestation as Environmental Strategy for the Conservation of rivers and streams; specifying the reality by means of a quantitative research, supported by the Feasible Project modality and supported by a field design, complying with the phases of: diagnosis, feasibility, design, execution and evaluation. The population was made up of thirty people, taking as a sample its totality. The technique used was the survey and the instrument a Likert scale questionnaire with five alternative answers, validated by experts and established its reliability through the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient, being analyzed and interpreted by bar graphs. With climate change, it becomes evident the need to reforest the water sources that guarantee the water supply of animals, crops and, in the particular case of the Manuel Palacio Fajardo Dam. The lack of care for this natural resource justified the adoption of strategies to mitigate environmental damage and promote care. Being able to plant two hundred and fifty Bamboo trees thanks to the support and collaboration of the inhabitants when participating in the reforestation.
