Resumen
The present study was framed in a non-experimental investigation. The universe consists of one hundred and fifty (150) professors and the sample by seventy-five (75) professors of the level of the aforementioned institution. The research design is descriptive, transversal. The data were collected from two structured questionnaires taking into account: internal communication, in its forms and types of descending, ascending, horizontal communication. The quality of administrative management, aimed at planning, organizing, integrating, directing and controlling, which was administered to the 75 professors in the sample. The research hypothesis: Internal communication is related to the quality of administrative management at the Amelia Courbis Technical High School. The results induce to reject the null hypothesis and accept the investigated hypothesis, because with the applied test statistic R of Ch2 the correlation result is shown with an index of 0.953, that is to say 95.3%, with a freedom index of 0.047 or 4.7%, which validates the alternative hypothesis: Internal communication is related to the quality of administrative management at the Amelia Courbis Technical High School, Talca.

Resumen
At present there are several investigations that are aimed at finding explanations and factors that influence the low or high performance of students, descriptive, explanatory, exploratory and correlational studies. The purpose of this article is to understand how processes and procedures of the administrative management of a high-vulnerability municipal educational institution intervene in the academic achievement of the students of the Ovalle commune, during the year 2008-2009, in the framework of the training program for management teams and teachers of vulnerable schools in the Coquimbo region. To this end, various theoretical aspects are necessary to know to achieve a comprehensive understanding of the educational dynamics focused on the administrative management of educational establishments that have been the focus of this research. The research is of a qualitative type, from which a content analysis expressed in a descriptive manner is made. It should be noted that, the conclusions allowed to promote different actions such as: systematization, conduction and involvement of all the actors of the Educational Unit. However, they showed disparate results in the evaluation of the lessons learned after the students.

Resumen
In this article, fragments about an investigation of educational practices in relation to Inclusive and Intercultural Education will be presented. Specifically, the objective of the research is to identify and compare the inclusive and intercultural practices of two centers: a Center for Infant and Primary Education (CEIP) and a Community for Infant and Primary Learning. Both are located in a small town in the Province of Barcelona. In accordance with the aforementioned purpose, an attempt will be made to highlight the comparison between the two centers, in which inclusive and intercultural practices are applied with newly arrived students from other countries. The methodology that was used was descriptive-comprehensive and put into practice from an ethnographic perspective through two information collection techniques in the centers: interviews on the one hand and analysis of official documents on the other. Significant results have been obtained, given that the Learning Community stands out for the type of inclusive education it employs, while, on the other hand, the other school does not follow any methodology or intervention in particular, reflecting the lack of inclusive practices and intercultural.

Resumen
This article investigated the impact of the variables gender, years of service and type of leadership in the organizational climate of educational communities. He wonders about the influence that the type of leadership has on the behavior of the members, if interpersonal relationships are better between ladies or between men, if the perception of the weather is better in younger teachers than by older teachers years of service and the objective was formulated to determine how the factors, gender and seniority of the members of two school communities influence and the type of leadership exerted by the management team, in the organizational climate of two educational establishments of the educational administration system of San Charles. The methodology used was the documentary review and comparison, which is why it is part of the qualitative studies. It is concluded that gender is not a relevant factor in the type of climate; on the other hand, the years of service, the real climate is very far from the expected real one; The biggest difference between the real climate and the expected ideal is in the high school that predominates the type of Leadership defined as Laissez Faire.

Resumen
In today's world, information and communications technology plays a decisive role. The new industrial era has as its main characteristic the consumption of information. Methodologically it was located in a study with a non-experimental design, type of field research and descriptive level, with a population of 20 teachers and 40 students of Research Project at the Master's level of Momboy Valley University, the census sample being the same to the population. To obtain the information, the survey technique was used, the instrument was the questionnaire, with sixteen (16). It was submitted to its validity through the expert judgment and the calculated reliability was 0.794, according to Cronbach's Alpha, the information was collected, to perform the statistical calculations and the results were analyzed, which allowed a diagnosis of the problem The emergence of this new model of society introduces changes in economic and social schemes, with a tendency to simplify the complex processes of production and information management. The society of the future poses interesting challenges in aspects of everyday life, turning all this around a common aspect: technology.

The ancestral problem of the disciplinary divisions in which some sciences have been erected as superiors to the detriment of others, still continues to be present in different fields and academic and research levels, creating sides, power relations and subordinations. But when and how did science start to fragment? What is the nature of these differences and insulations? To what extent the ignorance of the inflections, sinuosities and myths that underlie the traditional history of science have contributed to these distancing and disciplinary dismemberment? What contribution can complex thinking make in the face of these dilemmas in the near future? Reasons why it has become necessary to trace the objective of going back in the night of time to identify some historical prejudices and stereotypes that have reached the academic and scientific communities present, making it difficult for them to manage and interrelate knowledge, as well as the consideration of logical thinking different from the classic.

Resumen
Gender inequality is a big problem in the labor dimension and has been present without eradicating society. Technological works, house a large number of maleness among its employees who mostly reject that women are being affected by this inconvenience. Studies show that companies worldwide have a high percentage of men in business, while the female population occupies only a minority in this position. In addition, salaries between men and women have historically made a big difference; Thus the wage gap is a related problem. Initially the question arises: why are women segregated from areas in technology areas? To answer the question, a descriptive study with qualitative methodology was carried out. In conclusion, it was obtained that companies must become aware of this problem in order to prevent the segregation of women from work and reduce (in order to eradicate) the large wage gap that stands out between men and women since the work done by women in their items is the same and even better than the work done by their male peers in the same companies.

Resumen
The work referred to administrative and quality management in schools located in Chorrillos, corresponding to the jurisdiction of the Local Educational Management Unit (UGEL) 07, seeks to investigate the influence of administrative management on quality processes. The research was carried out under a quantitative paradigm, a type of substantive basic research, with a design that implies an explanatory cross-sectional design, which consists of applying an instrument, at two scales of opinion, to eighty (80) teachers. From the results obtained, it is obtained that most of the initial education teachers have developed administrative competencies, which corresponds to about 70% of the sample and 85% of the teachers indicate that the management is of good quality, therefore, from the investigation it is concluded that in the activities developed good management and quality is observed within the selected schools.

Resumen
In this article, a theoretical review on Scientific Production was carried out as a means of social transformation in universities, from a diverse and transdisciplinary vision; considering the key to access knowledge and becoming one of the driving axes for social development in all areas of human activity. The research was based on the postulates of Piedra and Martínez (2007); Ramírez and Salcedo (2016); Jiménez (1994); Barrios, Reyes and Muñoz (2009); Molina (2012); López and Pérez (2018); Ramírez, Martínez and Castellanos (2012); Coraggio (2002); among others. The methodology used to collect the information was the literature review, providing theoretical contributions related to the subject of study. The scientific production in the institutions of university education was approached, through research activities and projects carried out by the teaching and research staff together with the students and communities. Recognizing the projects as the most frequent form of research activity, being a mechanism of social transformation linking important sectors of the communities to solve existing problems or needs, which will allow improving the quality of life and socio-economic level of the sector.
