Academic quality in universities, understood from teaching, research and linking, implies the four principles or characteristics proposed by the United Nations Organization (UN) in the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ICESCR, 1966) , these are: Affordability (availability), Accessibility, Adaptability and Acceptability “4 A” (p. 1-10); Specified by Tomasesvky (2004): Rapporteur of the United Nations, expresses that these characteristics or principles refer to the right of persons to and in quality education and to the obligation of the member states of the Covenant to offer it; In this case, we refer to higher education (p. 378). In general terms, the four principles work interrelatedly between the three substantive functions and across the entire university, in order to promote academic quality. This quality refers to the academic offer of education (careers, programs, research and linking projects, continuing education among others) being relevant to the needs of the contexts, to the advancement of science, to the development plans of the country, as well as the characteristics and learning styles of the students, among other variables that contemplate it.

The following article is presented, consisting of the execution, results and evaluation phases of an experience carried out at the Teresa Manrique State School, an educational institution of the Bolivarian State of Mérida, Venezuela, during the 2018-2019 school year with the purpose of knowing the preconception that the teacher of primary education grants environmental education. The methodology used is framed in an interpretative approach, the analyzes are carried out through the discursive interpretation of the opinions given by three informant teachers, which allowed to provide a general vision of environmental education before different perspectives. It is concluded that the way of conceiving environmental education is in correspondence with the belonging or not to a certain group, this makes it possible to make decisions and fluid communication for coherent educational practices. Among the recommendations is to give importance to the way of conception of nature because they affect the episteme that teachers build, also based on the use of specific codes and patterns, showing that the teacher includes it in his pedagogical praxis, from meaning and signifiers that it has from its initial formation, religion, habitat making its students share beliefs and actions of environmental social interaction.

Digital competences as mechanisms to respond to the challenges of today's society imply profound changes that go beyond the instrumental use of technology. In this sense, the article is based on an experience generated in a virtual course for teachers of the National University of Education (UNAE), whose objective is to analyze and reflect on strengths, weaknesses, limitations, posture regarding the use of ICT and integration into the training processes through a diagnostic questionnaire applied to 82 teachers aged between 25 and 58 years of age. The descriptive single case study methodology with a qualitative approach was applied. The results obtained show the need to integrate new resources and technology tools that support teacher management and enable the teaching-learning processes to be energized. Therefore, it is concluded that teachers despite having a good theoretical domain require the convergence of technological and pedagogical knowledge that allow them to be linked to the requirements of today's society, being necessary the development of new skills, abilities, knowledge and values ​​that guarantee the scope of learning outcomes.

Human beings, as a social element, are responsible for organizations of any kind throughout history, they are the protagonists of their own evolution caused by their interests as survival needs. Therefore, the leading role of Organizational Psychology is essential, being the one in charge of studying both the individual and group behavior of the BE. In that sense, it is presented as a general purpose to analyze Organizational Psychology as a determining component of the interdisciplinary management of the 21st century in order to approach the understanding of the leading role of man in his respective job and his relationship with his coworkers. In this sense, the study from the design of documentary research with a qualitative approach is considered, approaching the approach of the compression of the main author of the film of the evolution of the holistic, complex and globalized world. Therefore, the main research reflection highlights the importance of not continuing to observe the worker as a machine, on the contrary, it is a being of emotions: sadness, joy, which significantly affect the productivity and competitiveness of organizations. Organizational Psychology is responsible for achieving the planned organizational goals.

This article pursued the critical analysis of the speeches issued by Lenin Moreno, President of Ecuador (2017-2018). The term “Corruption” has been identified as the most used, established as a priority axis of search and persecution, in each of its discursive expressions as acts of government. Contradictions and transformations have also been recognized, accompanied by alterations in a short period of time, both in the constitutional and institutional order that seem to obey an objective of deconstruction of the inherited political order rather than the pursuit of the proposed government objective.

The objective of the study is to analyze and present demographic and social characteristics of undergraduate students in Ecuador, for which a descriptive statistical analysis and a multidimensional statistical analysis have been performed using data from the National Survey of Employment, Unemployment and Under-employment of 2017. 86.26% of the students enrolled in Universities of Ecuador live in urban areas and 13.74% in rural areas; 89.39% are considered mestizos, 3.35% indigenous, 4.25% Afro-Ecuadorians, blacks or mulattos, 1.67% are considered montubios and 1.29% are white; 66.60% of undergraduate students in Ecuador study in public universities and 32.54% in private universities; 8.27% consider themselves poor.

The present study was carried out with the purpose of examining the pedagogical skills developed by the university professor as a mediator tutor of the community service. The research is analytical, non-experimental, field, transactional. The population was made up of 10 community service tutors and 50 service providers, Administration program at the "Rafael María Baralt" National Experimental University (UNERMB), Los Puertos headquarters. The data collection technique was the observation and a questionnaire with 45 items and five (5) response alternatives, which was validated through the judgment of five (5) experts, the reliability was determined by the alpha Cronbach coefficient throwing 98.9% The results indicated that teachers do not possess the pedagogical skills required for the successful development of community service, although some cases articulate the activities and achieve the leadership of community leaders to some extent, it was considered due to the percentages obtained that it is not enough to ensure the presence of the skills associated with the design and implementation of learning strategies that lead to the achievement of the objectives of the community service.

The Research Lines belonging to the National Experimental University “Simón Rodríguez” (UNESR), Núcleo Valera, Trujillo, Venezuela state correspond to an area of ​​extensive knowledge, related to a topic of interest, constituted by the effort of a group of teachers, who are inclined to investigate associated issues, build knowledge, conceptual and even methodological topics. The purpose of this article is to interpret the research competencies of the advanced education student in the Research Lines as spaces for articulation, around the thematic axes of research projects, individual or collective. Methodologically, the information is based on the Interpretive Paradigm, adopting the Qualitative Approach, with the application of Interviews in Depth, addressed to four (4) Key informants belonging to four Research Lines of the UNESR, Nucleus Valera. Said Research Lines recognized by the following acronyms: Strengthening Initial Education (LinFEI); Management and Technology (LinGERTEC); Poverty Research Center (CEDIPEPO); Language and Literature and Art (ILLA). As a result, it was observed that the Investigative Competences arise after the process of understanding, reflection, intuition, creativity acquired in the Research Lines; Likewise, the evidence conclusively was the essence of the study and the activities of the Research Lines where they should enable a cooperative work, based on the episteme, articulated with the psychological, affective, cultural, scientific, ethical, environmental and sustainable aspects in the time.

 The study set out as a general objective, to describe the management of knowledge, developed at the National Experimental University "Rafael María Baralt" (UNERMB). It was based on the plans of authors, such as Canals (2003); Riesco (2006), among others. In relation to the methodological design, the study is descriptive, supported by a non-experimental, transectional-descriptive, field design. We worked with a population of 17 subjects, to which a 21-item questionnaire was applied with an escalation of five response alternatives. The validity of the instrument was calculated through an expert judgment; and the Cronbach coefficient, which reached a value of 0.87. For reliability the statistical method of the two halves was used, yielding a high value of 0.86. Data were processed through descriptive statistics, using average and deviation, values ​​interpreted by scales. It was determined that Knowledge Management has served as a platform for the generation of intangible assets in a moderate proportion, which is why the knowledge asset production scheme must be evaluated in accordance with the technological requirements and changes that characterize the current environment.
