This research relates to Kolb's learning style and model variables applied in the subject of Travel Agency in the sixth semester students of the Historical Cultural Tourism career of the Central University of Ecuador. Travel Agency is a subject that allows the student to acquire a conceptual base and practice through: the intermediation of tourist services, operationalization of trips and the creation of tourism ventures; The Kolb model was used since its circle states that the student goes through four phases: conceptualization, observation, experimentation and experience. It is a correlational study, work was done in parallel, for each concept purchased the structure of each student's own ventures (theoretical student - pragmatic), is an action research since the student did his practical exercise and was able to experience the skills and skills acquired in the classroom (reflective student - active). The results obtained from the practice verify that the student feels satisfied at the moment of having a concrete experience; considers that the model is dynamic and could be applied in other subjects so that the inter-learning process is of quality and warmth; as evidenced in the results table and photo files.

Through the great technological advances, the internet has allowed to connect and create a communication that breaks down border barriers. The traditional media went into the background, since society changed its way of interacting. The objective of the study is to determine if the new tendencies in the media manage to develop the strategic advertising of the commercial sector of the province of Tungurahua. A quali-quantitative approach with a correlational scope was used, since the advertising strategies used by the sector were analyzed. The main results reflect that: Facebook is the most used social network with 97%, WhatsApp follows with 90% and Instagram with 65% in users ranging from 14 to 59 years who use it frequently. It is concluded that, with this information, more companies will opt for this business model, since, now you can see the utility that they give to the network by making product publications and interactivity with the client, a feature that the media traditional women can’t perform.

As in the private sector, the control of the current state of the labor climate has increased its interest in the public sector, however, its proper implementation in particular may be difficult to achieve. Higher education institutions turn out to be interesting cases of study because of their complex management model in the public context. Based on the context of the two-factor theory of Frederick Herzberg; and a series of related theories on methodological aspects of the motivation and work performance is proceeded to validate the approach of the research hypothesis to a segment of the institutional staff. The methodology applied is of a descriptive, observational, transversal nature; The results obtained through the Spearman coefficient (0.878), determined a high correlation between motivation and job satisfaction. The obtained conclusions; They suggest the need to develop motivation as a basic element when managing human resources

This research is structured so that they can clearly understand the risk dispersion and how it should be treated through the use of insurance. In the countries of Latin America in which the insurance activity becomes increasingly important as personal and institutional forms of development, whether they are public or private law, a clear tendency to deepen the need for risk coverage is envisaged, through an insurance that allows to safeguard their personal and patrimonial interests of the users, clients, companies or corporations that own it. Insurance should be analyzed not as an expense but as an investment that protects your assets and giving your risk to an insurer; do not assume your risk, because you can lose important capitals that have been the result of your effort. However, what is involved is to create a preventive awareness and a successful insurance culture, focused on sharing basic information with the insured and uninsured in the country that helps to understand what this important service means, in addition to its characteristics, principles, and other benefits that allow natural or legal persons, make responsible and timely use to protect their lives, their loved ones, most precious assets and everything that can be subject to insurability.

Community based tourism proposed as an activity and approach of development in the communities, becomes an element that improves the lifestyle of the habitants. Based on this proposal, the aim was to evaluate the aspects social-cultural, economic, environmental and tourist potential in Quilotoa Zumbahua-Ecuador. The units of analysis involved for this purpose, were people who carry out tourism activities as a source of income. The non-experimental research with transversal character and relational scope where is shown that the development of tourism activities is the main income for the community. Moreover, the cultural conservation increases the interpersonal relationships in the community, it allows tourism become not only an economic component, otherwise it is permissible in the revaluation of culture, protection of natural resources and social development.

En Perra brava el eje de la historia gira alrededor de la metamorfosis de la heroína, que de víctima intimidada y maltratada se convierte en victimaria feroz y despiadada. En un amplio abanico de emociones relacionadas con la violencia, la protagonista transita desde el terror y el miedo pasando por el pasmo, hasta llegar al polo opuesto representado por la admiración y la fascinación por lo violento. Orfa Alarcón hilvana la violencia intrafamiliar con el maltrato físico y emocional que Julio ejerce sobre Fernanda, como si entre uno y otro periodo de su vida no hubiese escapatoria alguna, al acentuarse, con el recuerdo infantil, los sentimientos de vulnerabilidad, dependencia y desesperanza de la protagonista. En este proceso de degradación progresiva, se muestran con crudeza las distintas formas de la violencia que azotan la sociedad mexicana derivadas de la presencia del narco y presenta a su vez, las formas de resistencia de estos seres que luchan por subsistir en un mundo donde la existencia de los discursos neoliberales pareciera que los condenan a un destino siniestro. En este trabajo se pretende analizar ese proceso de transformación, de degradación del personaje de Fernanda, como una forma de resistencia ante la violencia de la cual es objeto y cómo se convierte en una “perra brava”, para poder imponerse en una sociedad violenta y corrupta en la que ha sido continuo objeto de vejación y ultraje.

Julián Axat, poeta argentino cuyos padres desaparecieron durante la dictadura militar de 1976-83, es también periodista, editor de poesía y abogado defensor de menores marginales y delincuentes en los barrios pobres. En un arco que va de las víctimas del terrorismo de Estado en los 70 a las víctimas de la brutalidad policial y la indiferencia judicial hoy, la poesía de Axat apunta a la existencia de quienes, en la formulación de Giorgio Agamben en Homo sacer, son vistos como nuda vida, vidas descartables que no merecen ser vividas. Axat establece conexiones entre el trato de ciertos individuos como nuda vida entonces y ahora para mostrar un hilo común entre las prácticas autoritarias del régimen militar y las de la democracia neoliberal. La poesía deviene así el instrumento con el cual se opone y denuncia la continuidad de prácticas sociales que privan a algunos de su condición humana.

En el marco de los estudios sobre cine y memoria de la dictadura en Argentina, me propongo enfocar la expresión de quienes vivieron el terrorismo de Estado en edad infantil, a través del análisis del film Infancia clandestina (2011) dirigido y coescrito por el cineasta Benjamín Ávila, planteando una lectura centrada en la manera en que el film construye la figura de los padres, la relación entre estos y el niño protagonista, y por último la subjetividad de este. Propongo examinar el film como intento por ahondar en los sentimientos contradictorios del protagonista atrapado entre los deseos propios de su edad, las condiciones de la lucha armada y la represión del Estado, enfocando los procedimientos y recursos narrativos que muestran la evolución y los puntos críticos del estado de ánimo del protagonista: las animaciones del pintor y artista gráfico Andy Riva, los sueños, la presencia de objetos de memoria como las grabaciones y las fotografías.

Migration is a complex phenomenon with multiple edges. It brings together macro economic, social and political processes, as well as the micro level of the intimate experiences of families and individuals. This text offers a proposal to study one of the aspects that has been left aside from migration studies: the affective dimension of the people affected by migration; in this specific case, by women who have migrated or who are wives, mothers, sisters or daughters of migrants. The use of an ethnographic methodology and the use of resources such as interview-stories make it possible to approach –through language– the emotions that migration triggers, such as uncertainty, sadness, shame, pain, among others. The analysis of the stories leads us to propose a series of reflections about how migration is experienced in the emotional field and how the affective dimension is a fundamental part of decision-making and, therefore, in the transformations of the dynamics in the family groups and in the community.

Di fronte alle diverse forme di violenza di cui sono vittime, le donne Ð tutte le donne del mondo Ð faticano a trovare ascolto e riconoscimento dalle istituzioni preposte (anche) alla loro difesa e in primis dal sistema della giustizia penale. I seguenti contributi offrono un quadro di questa drammatica situazione vissuta dalle donne, che le rende talvolta invisibili nella loro sofferenza Ð perchŽ coinvolte direttamente o indirettamente in sparizioni forzate oppure relegate in un carcere che non considera la loro specificitˆ -, talaltra inascoltate nella loro richiesta di protezione Ð punendole per aver ucciso il compagno che a lungo le ha maltrattate o predisponendo nuove figure di reato inadatte allo scopo Ð, altre volte, infine, dimenticate nel momento cruciale della riconciliazione, che dovrebbe segnare il ritorno allo Stato del diritto al termine di una dittatura.
