Resumen
This article aimed to explain about the study of accounting as an essential element in the development of enterprises, is of general knowledge that, since very ancient times, organizations have needed the accounting for its efficient business development. Within the scope of the investigation was established proper accounting management so allows them to companies an appropriate decision making and ensure the permanence of the companies in the long term.
In terms of the methodology used the participatory, qualitative, exploratory and descriptive approach, where the reasoning was managed to obtain conclusions that departed from facts accepted as valid, and thus to reach general conclusions. Survey information is used two techniques: technique of observation in private enterprises and the surveys applied to ten senior representatives of the Chamber of Commerce of the city of Loja.
In the results was made mention of the information obtained from those involved in research, who alluded to the importance of accounting for the development of enterprises, because they consider it a fundamental pillar in the management of the companies that It reflects the fruit of decisions of administrators, as well as an excellent reference for financial information to predict the future of the companies.
Finally it was concluded that to run a business efficiently is a set of managers and subordinates effort necessary. So, that was determined in business accounting is an important and indispensable for their development tool, however, currently many entrepreneurs do not recognize these benefits and give it importance that deserves to accounting.

Resumen
This article has objective of analyzing tourism as a development alternative economic partner for the canton of Loja, tourism has had an accelerated evolution, currently represents a great facilitator of the economy. Within the scope of the investigation was that through tourism is can enhance the culture of peoples, bearing in mind a number of considerations to conserve the environment, without neglecting the economic profitability which should have.
The methodology that was used to carry out the research was of joint research, because was analyzed qualitatively the quantitative information that was collected through surveys that was applied to the inhabitants of the canton of Loja.
The results showed that belonging to the Loja province Loja canton, is one of the cantons that have been constituted as a national and international tourist destination which encompasses foreign visitors and resident visitors. The canton has great tourist attractions to visit, including museums, hotels, gastronomy and a great cultural heritage. In addition the tourist visiting the canton of Loja likes to develop various tourism activities, sites chosen by tourists focus mostly on this canton, placing to Vilcabamba in the first place of your visit options.
Therefore, as general conclusions of the research emphasized that tourism today is one of the alternatives for the socio-economic development of the canton of Loja, so it is important the promotion and proper dissemination of its tourist attractions canton and surrounding places of interest as a destination to visit the Ecuador.

Resumen
The lack of knowledge about corporate social responsibility (CSR) and how this behavior can contribute to the development of a community and this at the same time to the creation of more friendly tourist destinations, has motivated that this article aims to analyze the importance of corporate social responsibility to create more friendly tourist destinations.
To address this issue, the main authors that contributed to the evolution of the concept of social responsibility were made known from the first CSR concept; It was also established how tourism contributes to the development of a locality and what special characteristics the destinations have to be considered friendly.
Reference was made as the social objectives of social responsibility adhere to or are similar to the objectives sought by tourism in development issues for the locality where this activity is exercised, it is also evident that when adopting CSR initiatives of its own helps the inhabitants of a specific sector to understand the importance of tourism development. All the arguments lead to the great conclusion that being social responsibility a voluntary act by companies with the environment where they operate give a plus to this behavior, are the companies operating in the tourism sector calls to implement social initiatives that help the villager to observe the before and after the application of the RSC, developing a degree of wide acceptance to the operation of these socially responsible tourism companies and incorporating the acceptance and work together to make your locality stop being a Normal tourist destination and pass make a tourist destination friendly.

Resumen
Atherogenic dyslipidemia is a lipoprotein alteration; it is a factor associated with cardiovascular diseases. The objective of this study was to determine variables related with Atherogenic Dyslipidemia and Visceral Obesity in personnel working in a Public Company of the city of Riobamba. Anthropometric measurements and biochemical values were taken. The participants were 105 adults (73% men, 27% women). When evaluating their nutritional status: 35% presented obesity and 40% overweight; the percentage of visceral fat mass observed was in 18% very high, and 43% high; waist circumference 73% has it elevated. When evaluating the biochemical tests, the existence of 16% with Dyslipidemia and 24% pre-diabetes was estimated. By relating the Aterogenic Dyslipidemia with Visceral Obesity a significant positive relationship was obtained. The variables analyzed show in some people the presence of a metabolic syndrome and diabetes type 2. Food routines must be improved in most of the studied people, as well as promoting a healthier lifestyle.

Resumen
This article aimed to study the influx of foreign tourism in Ecuador year 2017, seeking to determine what factors, characteristics and perspectives that the sector presents for foreign tourists. As regards the scope of the investigation was intended to take advantage of the variety of landscapes, biodiversity and the plurality of cultures in our country doing so that foreign tourism will grow, to the point of being one of the main sources of income economic for the country.
Within the methodology that was used for its development, is characterized for being a type descriptive, exploratory, qualitative and participatory research, which allowed the study of the influx of foreign tourism in Ecuador year 2017, through the collection and analysis of information from the different techniques and methods of research.
The results showed the importance of the influx of foreign tourism in Ecuador as a very attractive tourist destination for foreign visitors. By what was considered the participation of public and private entities is essential to develop the foreign tourism, as a valid choice for the improvement of the economic conditions of the localities, and at the same time to promote the conservation of the natural and cultural heritage that peoples possess.
It was finally concluded with this article that Ecuador has great tourist potential to be exploited by foreign tourists, and thus have a better competitive position in foreign tourism as an alternative to the development in Ecuador, since that complementary projects and several initiatives have been undertaken so that the country is recognized worldwide for its tourist attractions in the country.

Resumen
Article presenting then had as objective to evaluate the most relevant aspects of the strategic planning and its contribution to business development, the scope of the investigation was to improve the competitive levels and therefore generate higher utilities through the appropriate application of strategic planning in companies.
In the development of this article the methodology used was based on an approach to quantitative, qualitative, descriptive level, using different methods such as the deductive - inductive and research as direct observation techniques.
Results obtained reference was made to the importance and the advantages that has to make a strategic planning in companies that will help them to improve their competitiveness as well as being at the forefront, innovate continuously and successful as its contributors to stay and grow in this world so globalized and technological, which requires a high degree of preparation, skill and anticipation to the social needs and the same company.
Therefore, it was concluded that within the companies is considered a fundamental pillar strategic planning since it is the process which establishes the objectives that guide the company; hence the interest in knowing about what is strategic planning, which provides a framework for organizational development which may lead to an optimal functioning of the companies.

UIDE currently offers 6 careers with distance modality, the objective of this research is to identify the state of the quality of education offered through the application of the E-learning Quality model, the methodology used was descriptive qualitative using a cross-sectional survey with a likert scale following the general parameters of the ELQ research applied to the Polytechnic University of Puebla in 2013, obtaining results about the 10 criteria considered that allow suggesting an improvement plan for the management of the modality.

The result of the titling work was presented before obtaining the title of lawyer of the Courts and Courts of the Republic of Ecuador, with the theme: “Strategy for the exercise of Legal Criticism as an element to improve the teaching of the study of the Law at the Universidad Metropolitana Del Ecuador UMET”. Its purpose was to analyze the incidence of the Legal Criticism of the study of Law in the professional performance of the graduate student. In this way, it helped to solve the research problem referred to: How to improve the practice of Legal Criticism in law professionals? Theoretical methods were used as analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction from the abstract to the concrete, modeling, and systemic, as well as empirical methods such as the survey and the interview, aided by statistical mathematical methods such as percentage calculation and graphic representation. In the practical order, a strategy was provided for the exercise of legal criticism of the study of Law at the Metropolitan University of Ecuador, UMET, which contributes to raising the quality of professional performance in the graduate student. This strategy has a systemic character to be structured in 3 phases: Diagnosis of the current state of development of Legal Criticism, Planning of the strategy for the exercise of Legal Criticism in the teaching of the study of Law at the Metropolitan University of Ecuador (UMET) and Execution of the strategy. Each phase has actions and their respective methodological procedures, the same in its integrative conception favors the exercise of law degree teaching and this will have an impact on the professional performance of graduates by being better prepared for the exercise of Legal Criticism .

El auge de la tecnología en el mundo del marketing han revolucionado los medios con los que una institución educativa puede posicionar su marca. Así, las estrategias de branding hoy son influenciadas por los medios digitales tales como: páginas web, redes sociales y hasta aplicaciones como WhatsApp, entre otras, generando una comunicación bilateral e interactiva entre las organizaciones y sus clientes o usuarios. El objetivo de la presente investigación se centró en determinar si el uso de los medios digitales permite el posicionamiento de marca, analizando el caso del “Instituto Superior Tecnológico Guayaquil (ISTG)”. La metodología utilizada fue mixta con alcance descriptivo, enfocada a una muestra probabilística de 120 estudiantes de tercero de bachillerato de un colegio público de la ciudad. Además se entrevistó a un experto en el Marketing de Instituciones Educativas. Entre las principales conclusiones se obtuvieron que los jóvenes utilizan los medios digitales, especialmente las redes sociales, para informarse de las ofertas académicas y que el ISTG no está posicionado en el mercado. Esto se debe a la inexistencia de una estrategia de branding enfocada al posicionamiento de la marca y a la limitada operatividad de los medios digitales en el instituto. Se recomienda aplicar una estrategia de digital branding.

Resumen
The customer's purchasing behavior has changed before the universality of the product, forcing companies to create different experiences in them to achieve their loyalty; in this sense, we wanted to determine if there is a relationship between experiential marketing and customer loyalty of a chain of retail stores specialized in the footwear trade, a quantitative investigation was conducted, with a non-experimental, descriptive correlational and transversal design, during the period 2019, with a sample of 180 clients from two of the stores located in Lima; to whom a questionnaire was applied, with prior informed consent, of 30 questions, with five response options in the Likert Scale (validity greater than 80% and value of 0.828 Cronbach's alpha). The results allowed us to conclude that there was a relationship between experiential marketing and customer loyalty (ꭓ2 = 28,424); likewise, it was identified that there was a relationship between its sensory, emotional, intellectual, behavioral and relational experiences dimensions and customer loyalty, finding a significance of the test statistic ꭓ2 lower than the level of theoretical significance in all cases; however, the degree of relationship in general was from weak to medium low (ρ = 0.381; 0.443; 0.381; 0.253; 0.438 and 0.544).
