Resumen
In the present work, the legal phenomenon of constitution substitution is studied, which occurs when a defining element of the essence of the 1991 Constitution, instead of being modified, is replaced by an opposite or entirely different one. In this vein, the substitution of the constitution is a figure created by the Constitutional Court of Colombia through ruling C-551 of 2003. Thus, the objective of the work is aimed at identifying the origin and development of the theory of substitution of the constitution in constitutional jurisprudence.

Resumen
This study analyzes the jurisprudential doctrine of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Mexican Nation in relation to the justiciability of the right to free development of the personality. To do this, he exposes in evolutionary terms how his defense has been developing, using as a study phenomenon the cases that have created jurisprudence. As will be seen, it is a new right in Mexican jurisprudential doctrine, since only one case precedes the important constitutional reform of human rights of 2011, which has influenced its consolidation in four areas: Sexual and gender identity. Resumen
The purpose of this article is to systematize the right to consultation of indigenous peoples for the Mexican case. Through the legal analysis of its sources, both normative and jurisprudential, at the national and international level, it proposes a systematization that presents the central elements of the right to consultation. The main contribution lies in a typology proposal on the principles of this right, while the most relevant result refers to the fundamental problem posed by its application, about the consent of the communities consulted.

Resumen
This article analyzes the electoral problems around mistrust in the elections in Mexico, and its consequences. In this sense, a solution is offered from the concept of political responsibility that allows to transition from a criminal prosecution system to one of political responsibility in electoral crimes. The current constitutional frame is not viable to achieve this task. The article proposes that the judicial power investigates illicit conduct in the matter. This due to a historical and constitutional reason. The prosecution of offenses to the public vote were established in the article 97 of the Constitution and then abolished. The idea is to recover that constitutional system for which the fraud can be investigated by judges or electoral magistrates and would dictate the sentence removing the perpetrators of his position.
