Since the end of the nineties, in the face of bankruptcy, low productivity, owed wages, tax debts and abandonment by the owners, visibility of the phenomenon of recovery of companies. What has involved the implementation of self-management processes by workers as an alternative to unemployment. After 2001 until at least 2015, the Social Economy was positioned as a key area of public policies applied by the national government in its capacity as an objective population and as a component for generating employment and social inclusion. In this framework, and in the interior of the province of Córdoba, the city of Villa María had various experiences of cooperativization and, as a diagnostic data, in principle they seemed similar to those that occurred in the rest of the country. Thus, in this article we will try to address the reconfiguration of the local state in the cooperativization of three companies recovering public services in the city of Villa María: Cooperativa "Ctalamochita" Ltda., Cooperativa "El Sol" Ltda. Cooperativa "7 de febrero" Ltda.

This article gives an account of the incidence of the sanction of the Decree of Necessity and Urgency (DNU) 70/2017 -which modified the Migration Law 25.871- about the forms of access-attention of migrant women from some bordering countries of Argentina, who attended different public health effectors of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires in the period 2017-2018. From a intervention/research a socio-anthropological and gender(s) perspective, the deterioration of access to rights in the field of health was observed, expressed in: the decrease in the migrant population that approaches the health institutions to the obligation to present the National Identity Document; and the decrease of women in health spaces, considering that they (in general) are in charge of family "care.

We present a set of analysis and deconstruction tools to conceive a Social Work that deals the familiar as a modern colonial patriarchal issue, recovering the politic, theoretic and strategic dimensions of our profession. The key categories of the critcal theories of the colonial and patriarchal issues that we propose are intersectionality (Crenshaw, 1991; Platero, 2012) epidermal racial schema (Fanon, 2009) high and low intensity patriarchy (Segato, 2013) and adultcentrism (Vásquez, 2013). Our goal is to reexamine some of the assumptions that undermine the interventions in/with families in Social Work, by recovering those categories, and putting them to use in the here and now of our professional practice, to hear the noises, limitations and potentialities that become invisibilized when we approach the familiar from an eurocentric adult centered, heteronormed prespective.

The Assisted Human Reproduction Techniques (HAART) have brought novelties to the study of family and kinship, as well as to feminisms: the promise of reproduction of the hegemonic, heterosexual and biologically connected family through technology is an unfulfilled promise, which leads one to wonder about its transforming potential. In particular, it proposes to understand the way in which what is understood as "biological connection" in the framework of kinship relationships is meant in the biographical experiences of the users of reproductive technology in the City of Córdoba. There is an unresolved tension between users seeking to approach a bioconnected "original" and those experiences that account for a transformation of hegemonic categories into their own family arrangements. How much is reproduced and how much changes of sense in the familiar constitutes a central axis in this work. The multiplication of senses of the biological in the reproductive processes, as well as of social roles in the familiar, are some of the dimensions that are explored through the experience of the users.

The body is the object of social representations and imaginaries because it is part of the social and cultural construction of any society. In this sense, the research aimed to identify and describe the social representations that prevail around corporality in childhood in the ages, of the members of the health team of the Hospital of Children of the Holy Trinity (City of Córdoba). The study recovered the voice, perspective and practices of children and adolescents about their own body, as well as the practices and expressions of professionals in relation to their corporality in the particular context of a pediatric hospital. The research carried out is of a descriptive and exploratory nature, with a qualitative and inductive design. It is a retrospective study made from records of workshops, team meetings and social charts of Diabetes Programs and the Project of Integral Promotion of Sexual and Reproductive Rights. The objective of this work is to reflect on the processes of attention-health-illness from a frame of respect towards children and adolescents.

The People's Economy can be considered as a political actor in itself; the consensus places within it all the economic activities and practices of subsistence, sustained or not in time, in constant tension with the social, and which are carried out by subjects who are marginalized from the formal labor world. The re-construction of this sector as emergent is key to think the organizational practices of the moment that are developed in Argentina. It is in this sense that we propose an analysis of the popular economy from the collective action, represented in the Confederation of Workers of the Popular Economy (CTEP). Firstly, we propose a concept of Popular Economy, secondly, its relationship with collective action, and finally, a brief description of CTEP.

In this essay I propose a debate about the writings we make about the people with whom we social workers work on a daily basis. I understand that professional intervention is fundamentally a social relationship, where acts of writing reveal a public dimension of professional practice; they are not a result or a simple technical tool, but have effects on intervention strategies, and mainly on the knowledge and recognition of the subjects of our services. Starting from concrete experiences of professional intervention in the field of Mental Health, I outline some reflections derived from these particular coordinates of professional practice. This with the intention of documenting experiences from the perspective of situated knowledge, -that is, to know from the subjects involved in the problems-. in which objective and subjective but not neutral aspects are interwoven, as well as experience and registration. The work here positions us as Public Health workers, and involves an epistemological, theoretical and political dimension that I bring to consideration, starting from concrete work experiences.

The aim of this article is to show the results of a research initiated in the year 2010 on politics and popular sectors in the city of Córdoba. In the last period, the analysis focuses on the strategies of two members of the base organization. These strategies were developed to meet their land, work and housing needs. This research is descriptive with a qualitative approach and a non-experimental design. The process is defined as a case study that has as a spatial limit two territorial organizations in the neighborhood of Villa el Libertador in the city of Córdoba and as a time limit from 2007 to 2017. For the collection of information we have worked with : focus groups, life stories and in-depth interviews with members who occupy different positions within the organizations, who live in the settlement and / or work in the cooperative. We propose to present here the reflections that emphasizes the frameworks of interpretation of the popular sectors, around the networks of relationships and exchanges that they construct in their processes of daily reproduction in the territory. In this way, the contributions of the team allow the articulation of conceptual development that subscribe to a collective action processes. We decided to organize the article into three sections, first with a brief characterization of the theoretical work and the production context; Second, with a description of the areas that configure and synthesize the links and exchanges built around the resolution of the needs of people. Finally, we approach to the frameworks of interpretation that are constructed in these processes of reproduction, as approximations to the production and expression of popular politics in territorial spaces.

This article will present the remake of what we have called the welfare intervention model (Arias, 2012) comparing two moments, on one hand, the model consolidated at the end of Kirchnerism period and another linked to socials transformation on the current stage. To do this, we will briefly present the idea of the intervention model and some particular features of the model that we call "additive" in the Kirchnerist period, and then we will describe the compensatory model, that is locate in this stage, named as "shock absorber" model. We will introduce some new ideas of the investigation called "Social Organizations of the National-Popular Tradition, from the government of Cambiemos political coalition. A study case about the reconfiguration of the territorial management activity and the relations with the State in the capital region. This investigation was developed in the frame of the Institute of Social Work Studies and Society of La Plata National University. We analyze also the current peculiarities of the relationship between social organizations and state demands, wich we describe as a lost of state condition in the territories.Although we will mention other government areas but we focus our analysis on the transformation of the Ministry of Social Development of the Nation because this is the area specialized in assistential issues.
