Resumen
This interdisciplinary work identifies and analyzes the risks, threats, and challenges associated with preserving and implementing human rights in global sociopolitical transformations. The article pays attention to introducing artificial intelligence technologies and neural network algorithms into crucial spheres of social life. The authors analyze the potential for the formation of digital control regimes over population, the risks of implementing digital isolation projects, and the hybridization of political regimes that involve the merging of government institutions with technological corporations that possess digital technologies. The authors show that integrating artificial intelligence and neural network algorithms forms a significant manipulative and propagandistic potential of influencing citizens’ consciousness and the digital society value-semantic foundations.

Resumen
The restlessness of the human and his position in front of other living beings were always present in many of the western philosophical currents. Today, the legal debate on the dignity, morality, sensitivity and even personality of these beings is in force in many countries that seek to modify and create laws, such as Law 17/2021 in Spain, which by changing the legal status of animals to “sentient beings” achieves that protection is extended to them, establishing new responsibilities and duties. This article comments on this legislative change and explores the possibility of attributing rights to animals.

Resumen
This article explores the need to rethink the characteristics of law with respect to neurorights. Through an iusnaturalistic approach, it reflects on the emergence of the human right to self-knowledge in Mexico based on neurosci-ences. The argumentation of this work revolves around the unconscious of the human being. The limitations of the legal construction to protect the internal processes of the brain and its consideration as a relevant object to determine rights and obligations are analyzed. The neologism “intranomia” is proposed to distinguish the internal processes of the brain from the autonomy of the will. It is concluded that the respect, protection and guarantee of the human unconscious implies the deconstruction of the traditional schemes of law.

Resumen
The right to information has had exponential growth in the world since the last decade of the 20th century. In Mexico, in recent years, important definitions have been noted about the content and scope of this right, mainly based on the jurisprudence by the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation. For this reason, in this paper it is proposed to examine the right to information in the jurisprudence of that Court from three stages: 1) in a pre-legislative period, from 1977 to 2001; 2) in a legislative and development stage of the first constitutional bases, from 2002 to 2013, and 3) a period of constitutional definition and legislative homogenization, from 2014 until the present.

Resumen
Through the ruling of the appeal 237/2014, the National Supreme Court of Justice has established that the consumption of marihuana is determined prima facie by the right to free development of personality, which is founded in human dignity. However, despite interpreting the aforementioned notion by its ontological meaning —determining it as the foundation of all human rights—, when defining the limits of this right, more than placing the emphasis on the ontological interpretation of dignity, it is equated to the exercise of individual freedom. This broad view affects the interpretation of the right to free development of personality as well as fundamental rights as a whole, which, in turn, influences its exegesis and validity.
