Resumen
Human life has become predominantly urban in the beginning of XXI century, where relationships and constitutions of the subjects are given and formed in the public space of cities where, even though many try to eliminate this evidence, the crossing, the shock, the meeting with other urban beings is unavoidable. These shocks, increasingly intense in contemporary life, place the subject in distress, discomfort, suffering. To minimize, or at least anesthetize, suffering, we desire and design a city that detaches, silences, individualizes. This text, with characteristics of a critical essay, brings notes for a necessary reflection on the presence of this other in the city and leads to another way to face, to look at this presence. Nettles helped by conceptualizing Freud’s Unheimlich, the Lacan’s Other, Cesarotto’s and Kehl’s shrewd readings and a possible representation in art of the issues raised, with the film El hombre de al lado. Considerations for a reflection on living in the contemporary city.

Resumen
To interpret the problematics related to contemporary urban mobility in terms of its physical, psychological and geographical variables is the aim of the present research. In conceptual and theoretical terms what we address, through dia lectical hermeneutics, the inter-relation of the socio-spatial logics concepts, spatial poetry and psycho-geography. The discourse analysis methodology is adopted, so as to list the main convergences and/or divergences of approaches in light of the theme. As a result, it is ascertained that an interactive checking of the paradoxes potentiates both the field of questioning alternatives, analysis and understanding about urban mobility, and the possible conceptual, theoretical and methodological links that could exist among the approaches.

The aim is to identify the issues impacting the quality of the TP system and how it affects the economic efficiency of the city. It is also proposed to stimulate reflections on the urban terms and average town with a view to proposing criteria, considering the specificities of the urban network of Tocantins, identifying their medium-sized cities. Initially, they present some concepts, laid by different authors on the city and its relationship with urbanization due to the state of the implementation process. It will be then a reflection of the average city theme, which analyzes issues related to population size as a principle of identity, characteristics and roles.

Resumen
The use of analogy in Aldo Rossi’s work is a topic exhaustively treated by several authors. The main critical argument in relation to his designs relates to the subjective leap made in the implementation from his theory to practice. Although Rossi always try to anchor their projects in a repertoire of historical architectural objects, this seems not to be enough to sustain his analogous game. But in a rather detached landscape far from the historical weight of the Italian cities it is possible to enjoy almost literally the analogous city described by Rossi. In this, you can understand the whole mechanism of analogy in a brief glance of the landscape framed there. Even with some inevitable comparisons, this analogous Rio de Janeiro much illuminates the transcendence of Rossi ́s ideas, and the constant need to revisit them.

Resumen
This work is an evaluation of the history of theory and practice of restoration in Europe and Brazil, from the perception of Brazilian students in academic mobility program in Bologna, Italy. We emphasize that Brazil follows basically a story that is similar to the European, although at different times and with its own characteristics. Based on laws and organized by IPHAN, the preservation and conservation of cultural property in Brazil has the challenge of maintaining a balanced reflection between theory and practice, in order to preserve the identity of the different groups of Brazilian society.

Resumen
The town planning laws address the multiple factors that influence the consolidation of cities. In this scenario, the laws relate to the protection of cultural property to materialize through of the Union’s regulations, the states and municipalities concern of society, public authorities and institutions dealing with issues relating to the preservation and intervention to the cultural heritage, the use of public enforcement agents, research on responsibility for urban and environmental crimes, as well as urban management tools. It is proposed in this study present a brief urban legislative history of the City of Ouro Preto, Minas Gerais, and demonstrate how existing urban laws relate to the issue of protection of cultural heritage. As a result, it is observed that the existence of urban laws in interaction with heritage issues is not always enough to promote effective protection and safeguard, given that no political interest laws are restricted to simple speeches. Keywords: Urban regulation. Resumen
Throughout your 80 years of operation, the IPHAN went through many procedures of development and searched many ways to recognized and pro- tect the Brazilian’s assets. During these phases we can perceive that way it has been identifying the Cultural Heritage of the country and also looking different ways to ensure your preservation. Facing that, we can highlight the 80’s as a period of great advantages in cultural preservation policy because at that point there was a greater diversity in thematic surveyed by IPHAN, with a view that was a decade of great political and social change in Brazil. In this article we sought to understand how patrimonialization gave the process of working villages, through the use of knowledge of production tools. Thus the analysis was based on the study prepared by DTC, entitled Villages and Congeners, and the tipping’s requests opened motivated by it, and understand what actions would best preservationists applied to such and as representative of the working class in Brazil. Thus, it was made analysis of education processes identified with the subject to understand how was the patrimony of the workers’ villages and as such is well seen the currently IPHAN.
