Every capitalist man of the 21st century, known as an absolute subject or spirit, must have three indispensable qualities and capacities: the spirit of domination, the will to power, and the drive to kill. Hegel founds the absolute subject and Nietzsche states that it is possible to become a superman by stating: “I announce the Superman to you. Man is something that must be overcome ”,“ Man is a rope stretched between the beast and the Superman: a rope over an abyss ”and“ The greatest thing about man is that he is a bridge and not a goal. What we must love in man is that it consists of a transition and not a sunset ”(Nietzsche, F. 2003, p. 38-40). The capitalist man of the 21st century is the globalizer, he is the Hegelian absolute spirit and the Nietzschean superman who must dominate and totalize the world for himself; his will to power tells him: moving forward is power, stopping is dying, and he also has the drive to kill; the capitalist man is a spirit that denies everything, in his essence he carries negativity. In short, these three qualities of the spirit of the master is necessary to understand and thus understand the effects of their actions such as globalization, global warming and nuclear weapons.

The article focuses on the explanation of the conception of Guaman Poma de Ayala, regarding the interpellation of complaints related to the disorder that the Spanish invaders had initiated in Inca society. In his writing, the author highlights three fundamental aspects: first, he describes the situation developed by the Incas before the invasion. Second, he enquires the complaints to the Spanish crown about the immoral acts that the invaders were committing against the natives, in order to summarize these facts the author coined the phrase "AND THERE IS NO REMEDY". Third, it proposes alternative solutions in order to safeguard the chaotic situation that Inca society was going through, and the author proposes to the king of Spain and Christian readers to guarantee tranquility and maintain the harmonious relationship between the Spanish crown and the runes of this society.

Recognition in Kant's philosophy, recognition in general necessary to face the difficulties of the constitution, legitimation and maintenance of the modern state, has been presented in philosophical reflection with a markedly legal bias; Thus, attempts to broaden the legal conception of this recognition towards historical criteria that allow us to contemplate particular interests or the plurality of life forms are practically non-existent. The present article aims to argue that Kantian legal recognition presents a historical basis that allows us to understand the contradictions between history and law. I also argue that the possibility of a recognition that attends to transcendental concepts and, however, does not escape the history of private agents, offers better alternatives to political philosophy to face the problem of how to decide which claims are legitimate and which are not. They are, problems that the Hegelian-inspired recognition theory has not completely solved, according to Honneth (Pereira, 2010).
