Resumen
The research carried out on how gender stereotypes are reproduced in the EBR teacher-student relationship has as its object of study the oral discourse of male and female teachers, which does not explain how gender stereotypes continue to be reproduced in schools despite of the care that teachers, aware of this problem, give to their hierarchical relationship with students. The objective of this article is to argue that if we consider the teacher-student relationship as a habitus, then the reproduction of gender stereotypes in schools is evident not only in the oral discourse of teachers, but also in diverse discursive expressions.

Resumen
Like any human expression, the meaning of life can be approached in an optimistic or pessimistic way. On the first mode, we have the books of: a) John A. Mackay, Scottish Presbyterian philosopher and theologian, The Meaning of Life and Other Essays of 1978 (3rd ed. ), where he actually talks about the meaning of manhood, vocation, truth, friendship, the universe and Christianity; the autobiographical book by Moisés Chávez Ramos, writer and evangelical Hebraist, Philosophy of Life (n/d) where he conceives life "as the search for the purpose and meaning of life" (p. 7). b) Ángel Peña Benito, Augustinian priest, Vale la pena la pena vivir (2006), who affirms that "(t)he meaning of life is in God, who loves us, even if, at times, it is hidden and silent" (p. 4).

Resumen
The University of Ayacucho Federico Froebel (UDAFF) is promoting a research project that seeks to improve the teaching and learning of language and mathematics for children in early education in the Quechua-speaking population of Ayacucho, through the use of mobile technologies (cell phones and tablets). Among the expected results of this project is that children in early education will have digital educational tools (from cell phones and tablets) with content adapted to the reality of Ayacucho, and that favor the learning of language and mathematics in the mother tongue of their parents (Quechua speakers), being accessible from any Quechua-speaking community. This will also serve to reduce the weakening of the Quechua mother tongue, as well as the cultural identity of the populations of the Andean peoples.

Resumen
Politics is unavoidable in human activity being the highest degree of development of man in the polis. It is necessary to analyze politics as art or science in the pretense of guiding the group or the people towards happiness, which, by Aristotelian theoretical definition, is its end and the one who must govern is the Platonic virtuous man. In this case, those who should guide the people with what bases and philosophical discussions we are guided in this regard and if these qualities and / or virtues are possessed by our rulers. This analysis is done under the mirror of the parents of Western culture: Plato and Aristotle. The philosophers referred to have given theoretical bases of who or who should govern, prior development of certain virtues in the rulers. Whose supreme goal is to guide the happiness of the people who govern.

Resumen
In this article, a descriptive review on decent work in Peru has been carried out with the intention of formulating an overview of the situational status of this type of employment and establishing what aspects are limiting its progress and development in the country. The research has been developed through the bibliographic search of academic articles, reports of competent authorities on the subject and the analysis of the statistics of some socioeconomic indicators related to decent work mainly from the period 2010 to 2016. The results obtained as a result of the research indicate that there is a significant deficit of decent work at national and regional level that affects an important percentage of the employed population in Peru because of the high levels of informality and poverty present in our economy. This shows that there is an urgent need to orient State policies to improve working conditions and education of the population in the country.
