This article is an analysis of what has happened with regard to educational research in Latin America and the Caribbean, from the 1990s to date. Take into account what has happened in the educational field in that period, as well as the role played by the e. Superior in carrying out this type of research. Finally refers to institutions that primarily develop educational research and the research lines that are dedicated financial resources. This paper is an analysis of the basic regularities that took place since the early 1990s of the last century in terms of educational research in Latin America.

Actually, inside a world in globalization, the formation of future architects means an enormous responsible job. This interview is about how the formation in architecture is matter of discussion and is linked to principles. The processes to obtain academic programs make clear the involved principles that lead the life of the educational centers, in that sense, the goals of a longed for universitary accreditation could not consist only in administrative and infrastructural issues. In 0ther side, the principle of sustainability, classified just like an accomplishment of a technological environmental image for avant-garde, goes beyond th.is and can be introduced in other aspects of the carrier, that intails to take the term in an integrative way in courses of the overal formation.

This study aims to assess the social impact of sewage system and water projects on low-income sectors of Lima City in 2008. First, the problem of water and sewage system that affect more than one million people in Lima City is exposed. Then the social actors who take part in water and sewage system project execution are identified and finally the social impacts of the projects in the urban popular sectors are stated.

This paper deals with the presence of Walter Blumenfeld, German Jewish psychologist in the development of psychology in Peru. This scientist, being forced to leave his country because of his Jewish ancestry, should have to adapt himself to unfamiliar surroundings, without knowing the language, and anti-Semitic prejudices abounded and a current psychological effect against experimental psycho logy, he brought to Peru. Already integrated into the peruvian academic environment, published important books on experimental psychology and psychology of learning.

In this article, we see the impetus to the multifamily housing construction in recent years, affecting mostly in traditional sectors of metropolitan Lima, which is causing changes in its skyline. It describes the causes of property investments at the macroeconomic figures and government policies in housing, warning about the environ mental risks of this growth and its future problems.
