Resumen
The memory of the white homosexual elite during late colonialism in Mozambique is a complex and contradictory archive that situates this social group between being victim of the sexual repression of the Salazarist Estado Novo and the collaboration with the colonial system that oppressed the local population. Between historical silence and implication with the regime, this article reconstructs the dynamics of the homosexual community during the colonial war in Mozambique and, using literary testimonies, analyses them through the concept of the “implicated subject” (Rothberg 2019).

Resumen
Read in a dissident way, without adhering to any theoretical framework that offers a naturalistic, social, or biological model of sex and gender, or based on the ontological issue of the sacredness of the principle of non-contradiction, sor Juana's work reveals to be fascinating, profound, disobedient, overflowing. This is the reason why I consider the poem "Señor: para responderos" illuminating for investigating the question of sex, a sex that is free of its own gender and is not influenced or reduced to a definition coming from biology, genealogy, sociology or psychology.

Resumen
The atypical flow of Haitian migrants stranded on the northern border of Mexico trying to legally cross into the United States between 2016 and 2017 generated photographic representations where blackness and ethnicity (Hall, Fanon) reconfigured the hegemonic visual regimes of migration, until then mostly Central American. This article analyses the dispute over visibility, between victimization, agency and dissent, both in the media and in an unpublished photographic corpus where Hatians chose how to be represented.

Resumen
From the comparative analysis of the novel Grande sertão: veredas (1956[1994]), by Guimarães Rosa, and the graphic novel Grande sertão: veredas (2021), by Guimarães Rosa, Rodrigo Rosa and Eloar Guazzelli, as well as from the analysis of literary criticism around the warrior maidens, we are interested in investigating how the gender transition experienced by Diadorim and his homoerotic relationship with Riobaldo are narrated and analyzed by the critics. We argue that the paradigm of transgender warriors can be a key to a more humanizing and less normative reading of the character.

Resumen
As non-professional and non-commercial magazines, zines have been informal witnesses to their social and cultural time. By means of these materials as an object of analysis, in this essay I aim to observe how the evolution of the movement and the queer theory has been gestated. Moreover, as this work has got an Iberian perspective as well, I also consider the flows and relations inside the peninsula. The question this article wants to answer is: does the iberocuir fanzine exist?

Resumen
This article argues that the resistance to certain foreign influences in Chilean queer thought is an understandable defense against neocolonial “adaptations” of queer theory into local debates, but can also leave issues of race and experiences of racialized sexuality by the wayside. It then examines the work of one Black queer migrant to Chile, the Dominican performance artist Johan Mijaíl, to show how Black queer theory can not only help expand the focus of Chilean queer theory beyond US imperialism and neoliberalism to questions of race, migration, and hemispheric colonialism, but also strengthen existing critiques of Chilean exceptionalism.

In this paper we will analyse how queer gender desires and expressions are cinematically articulated in Lucía Puenzo’s El niño pez. For this purpose, we will study the relationship between Lala (Inés Efrón) and her family's Guaraní domestic servant, Ailín (Mariela Vitale). We will implement a methodological approach anchored in the concepts of haptic visuality (Marks 2002) and interseccionality (Crenshaw 1989). Although El niño pez presents certain identitarian undefinitions linked to queerness, we will demonstrate that the construction of Lala's character points to certain stereotypes related to the filmic representation of lesbianism.

Resumen
This work is a State of Knowledge, carried out in the Revista Brasileira de Estudos da Homocultura (REBEH), with the objective of investigating how transphobia is discussed in education and how Professional Education, in a perspective of Integral Human Formation, can contribute in the fight against school transphobia. We conclude that this topic is little discussed and, even so, in a very superficial way. In this way, articulating Professional Education from a conception of Integral Human Formation and in the light of Queer Theory is shown as a path that can contribute to the fight against school transphobia.
