En primer lugar, El presente proyecto de investigación aplicada se orienta al análisis y diseño de un sistema de información para el manejo de inventario y ventas (POWER-PHONE) de un negocio dedicado a la venta de accesorios de celulares. POWER-PHONE fue desarrollado bajo el enfoque de modelo iterativo. Este modelo permite crear en cada etapa un prototipo cada vez más mejorado hasta cumplir con las expectativas del cliente. El sistema de información POWER-PHONE, permitirá la automatización en los procesos de control del inventario y ventas de forma eficiente, que conlleva a mejorar la gestión de la información para la toma de decisiones en el negocio.

Peace has become an instrument to evaluate and promote the wellbeing, balance and harmony of societies. (Muñoz, F.; Molina, B., 1997). Such peace has been affected by expressions of violence at various levels and fields. The school is within one of these fields. Before the violence in its various manifestations present in the school, teachers have been confronted with the problem of how to address it in practice. At this point, it is essential to reflect on the curriculum and the importance of its contextualization in order to problematize the violence experienced in schools, Simultaneously, the reflection on the curriculum should lead to an active commitment of the subjects to direct the educational centers towards a culture of peace. Under the complexity that the treatment of violence involves, there is a need to work together with families and local actors in the implementation of effective measures to counter the violence, in this way, it should be emphasised that it is important to jointeachers, families and society efforts to minimize the manifestations of violence that affect children and youth.

The aim of this paper is to evaluate the application of active teaching strategies in the twenty-one elementary schools of Fe y Alegría Ecuador, whose teachers have participated in training, accompaniment and followup processes from a multi-intelligence development approach. The study is qualitative where information provided has been gathered from interviews with focus groups, observation of classes, analysis of learner and teacher and reflections in grassroots groups. It has been shown that most of the teachers has pursued active strategies in the teaching and learning processes, among which there are the use of palettes, thinking routines, thinking skills and comprehension projects, among others. Teachers are in a phase of appropriation of such strategies, so it is natural that they show strengths and weaknesses in the application, making it necessary to maintain a dynamic for permanent reflection on the practice of such strategies based on the improvement in the use of them.

This article is aimed to share the experience with teachers of elementary school that were part of the participative action research process focused on innovation in the classroom. There is a lack of interest in applying innovative strategies that are currently institutionalized in Unidad Educativa Fe y Alegría located in Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas - Ecuador, after a lengthy training process for the teaching staff.A group of teachers undertook the situation analysis to find the causes, to later plan and carry out actions aimed at modifying the indifference of the new educational proposals. Consequently, a training process grows. Teachers taught it and aimed at other fellow teachers: Red Book. That effort brought a strengthening curricular planning in: strategies, skills and routines to innovate in the teaching-learning process.

We are witnessing a change of time that is materialized in the scientific-technological revolution, in the new forms of communication, in the new youth cultures and in forms of relationship and socialization with the emergence of new values, among other manifestations; but at the same time we remain entrenched in old social, economic and political contradictions that deepen the existence of poverty and exclusion, the various matrices of neocolonialism in our societies that continue to immerse us in inequalities and relations of domination, among other factors, are imposing the need to rethink the role of institutions and organizations, to build new responses that must be given to new scenarios.

Nowadays, a challenged theology cannot simply re-issue ideas and phrases ina mechanical manner, without further deep analysis of the epistemologicalpattern, which makes a message coherent and allows it to interact with its surroundingcircumstances in a mature way. The thought and praxis of theFathers of the Church enable the discovery of key elements in a particularreading of their times. This article aims at an exegetical study of the two textsread by patristic authors: the Holy Scriptures and social reality. The aim is not to repeat formulas but to find inspiring principles and keys to a present interpretation of the social and cultural situation in the contemporary world. The social analysis made by the Fathers from the Scriptures implies an anthropological, cosmological, and an ecclesiological view. The comprehensiveness of their thought reveals unity of life, of thinking about the world, human beings and the Church in relation to God.
