Resumen
La presente investigación analiza la relación entre capital humano y el crecimiento económico para Colombia, durante el periodo 1980-2015, utilizando técnicas de cointegración. Los datos son series de tiempo y fueron obtenidos de la base de datos de Barro-Lee (2016) para el capital humano y del World Development Indicator del Banco Mundial (2016), para el crecimiento económico. Se utilizó como referencia el modelo de crecimiento neoclásico de Solow (1956). Se aplicó el modelo de vectores autorregresivo y el modelo de vector de corrección del error, con los que se obtuvo como resultado una relación de corto y largo plazo entre ambas variables. No encontramos efectos causales en ninguna dirección. Una implicación de política derivada de esta investigación es incrementar el gasto público en educación ya que esto mejorará y estabilizará los niveles de crecimiento económico de Colombia.

Resumen
The theme of the present work is the use of logic, in its formal and material or dialectical conceptions, as juridical epistemological perspectives within the scope of the Public Defender’s Office. Therefore, are treated the basic concepts of these two logical modalities and their possibilities of application in the field of study of legal knowledge. In this way, through the method of analytic-conceptual research approach, based on theoretical-conceptual research, it is examined to what extent the methodological effort to recognize the essential notes of the Law, as well as for its practical realization, involves the resource logic as an instrument to achieve the coherence of arguments and the consistency of theories. Not only the logic of forms, whose exclusive or excessive attachment can result in the reduction of law only to an equally formal system, artificially disconnected from its axiological charge, but also the material or dialectical logic, which enables the analysis of the adequacy of theories to reality, so as to encompass, beyond the norm, the dimensions of fact and value.

Resumen
This article aims to present the work experience of Formerly Incarcerated Migrant Women’s Project, of the Land, Work and Citizenship Institute (ITTC), which is focused on the direct assistance to migrant women who left the penitentiary system in São Paulo. The proposal is relating the Project’s work experience with migrant women who were involved with the brazilian penal system with the changes provided by the new brazilian Migration Law (Law 13.445/2017), in addition to the discussion about access to rights and public services and policies in the new set that comes with more migrant women responding to criminal prosecutions and serving sentences outside the prisons. If on the one hand the measures taken in order to avoid the incarceration of migrant women represent an undeniable achievement, on the other hand, the release of the prison does not necessarily represent full access to freedom, bringing a series of new issues to be faced in everyday life.

Resumen
The purpose of this article is to discuss the modalities of Family Good, admitted in the Brazilian legal system, either through the legal or jurisprudential way. The investigation starts from a historical bias, starting from the premises that the principles of the dignity of the human person and the minimum patrimony, recognized, above all by Luiz Edson Fachin, are recognized in the organization itself. The article presents a brief analysis of the position of the STJ Judges, in order to know if, in cases of decisions related to the Family Welfare, this court had an activist stance or preservation of the minimum patrimony. The research adopted the methodology of bibliographic review to raise the state of the art, as well as the jurisprudential review to evaluate how the courts decide, concluding about the existence or not of judicial activism.

Resumen
The present article intends to study the role of the public defenders office to render the democratic principle in the Inter-American System of Human Rights effective, considering Jürgen Habermas’s thought. The democratic principle is intertwined with the popular sovereignty, as well as there is reflection over the habermasian theory of legal discourse. Then, the position of the public defenders office is sketched not only in the Brazilian law, but also in the Inter-American system, including the inter-American public defender office. Finally, an effort has been made to verify the contribution of the public defenders office in the scope of the co-originality relation between human rights and popular sovereignty.

Resumen
The present study is aimed at black women, university students, residents of the district of M’boi Mirim - South / São Paulo, in order to understand the interweaving of the Right to Urban-Peripheral Mobility with the Right to Higher Education. For that, qualitative observation was used as methodological strategy, semi-structured interviews and field diary use. From the above it is concluded that: the black woman, a resident of the periphery who is accessing higher education, finds a bombardment of difficulties on her way to university. However, these women reexist, resignify and resist by the influence of the family, wanting to achieve their goals, dreams and seek in education a social mobility for themselves and their families. So, I summarize the force that drives them in the following song: “The bottom of the foot is on the floor. Blood of my ancestors in the heart. Reaching victory with his own hands. Reaching victory with his own hands. With his own hands. If it’s to win leaves who knows how to do. I’m in the fight, I’m a woman. I can be whatever I want. “ (Karol ConK: I’m in the fight).

Resumen
The present study has as objective to realize an approach about the Brazilian female prison system, focusing on the social invisibility of incarcerated women and their minor children while inserted in prisons. For this, the work seeks to identify the national and international laws that deal with the theme, to report the irregularities experienced and point out possible alternatives to incarceration, using bibliographical-documentary research, based on already published materials on the subject and normative documents. The results show that in the last years discussions about female incarceration intensified, which has had repercussions in the legislative scope, especially about the situation of woman incarcerated mothers and pregnant. However, the current norms need to be applied in the practical field, being repeatedly violated. For these reasons, it is necessary to constantly reaffirm what is already foreseen in the Brazilian legal system.
