Resumen
The increase in the number of requests for refuge and the migratory flow in general has brought new challenges for the Federal Public Defender’s Office. One of these challenges is related to the treatment that should be given by the Public Defender to migrant children and adolescents unaccompanied in the national territory of their legal responsible. As a way of solving this problem, CONANDA, CONARE, CNIg and DPU published resolution establishing procedures for the immigration regulation, mainly through the request for refuge, and protective measures for this specific group of immigrants. This article aims to analyze this resolution, as well as verify the nature and legitimacy of the action of the Federal Public Defender’s Office in favor of unaccompanied children and adolescents.

Resumen
Frequently one hears the Church being called holy and prostitute, or as holyand sinful, using as a compelling argument the saying of the Holy Fathersthat the Church is a casta meretrix. More than one theologian cites this inRevista Teología writing without quoting the source; some preachers do the same. It seems that this Patristic witness fits in well for one to talk about the sins of the Church. So far so good, however, the first thing to be noted is that this is a hapax in Patristic literature and is found just once in Saint Ambrose. The use of this rhetorical figure indicates something unusual; this modern reader must try to understand. Especially because the one who coined the phrase, far from referring to something sinful, was pointing to the holiness of the Church. This article is a ecclesial reflection on this father of de Church who expressed himself in this way and, at the same time, it invites one to consider the context and concrete perspectives of these Patristic sayings in order to translate, interpret and relate them to our way of confronting problems.

Resumen
The Second Vatican Council has been the most important ecclesiastic event in the 20th Century. It has been the finish line of an effort of renovation that had been brewing in the heart of the Church, and whose most thorough expression were the biblical, liturgical and ecumenical movements. The theology ‘made’ by the Council played a central role; the most representative theologians who had been until then ‘paradoxically’ excluded carried out an exemplary task assisting the Council Fathers. The Council ‘event’ comes out renewed from their Diaries which had been written in those years. It comes out of a new light, a light that enables a new reception of the Council as well as the appreciation of its theology. The author of the article analyses the Diaries of three theologians M. -D. Chenu, Y. M.-J. Congar y H. de Lubac, showing the importance of their writings as valuable sources for the council history and as proof of the decisive ‘turning’ in the 20th century theology.

Resumen
The author presents the story of an experience that happened within the framework of spiritual guidance of university students, and a theological articulation as he reflects upon the event. It seeks to experience ways that articulate the theological language based on concrete and particular experiences, from which concepts can be extracted that allows us to think about lifeand theology. Among the provocation of grace and the mystagogy of faith, the teachers of life -who are also teachers of doctrine-, create paths of communication between the two worlds reflecting on a meaningful theology beyond the boundaries of theology itself.

Resumen
The question of integration of knowledge is a particularly relevant matter in the scene of present epistemology. A favorable climate for discussion is promoted by our era, but the results have been of uneven value. One of the greatest Christian intellectuals of the 20th century, Jacques Maritain, devoted an important part of his work to reflecting on these issues. Following his motto distinguish to unite, this work unfolds in two parts: the first one, which is referred to the moment of distinction between disciplines, and the second one, which is referred to the moment of their -relative- unification. In the first part, there is an advance from the primary intuitions of metaphysical wisdom and the great categories of knowledge: knowledge in an analogical sense, philosophy, science and theology. Maritain introduces the criterion of division based on the speculative and the practical. Then, in the speculative order, he resources to the traditional doctrine on abstraction and its forms, striving to adapt the principles that inspire it to the complex subject matter of present science. The work is closed with a consideration about the modalities of practical knowledge. This distinction movement shall be completed in the second part of the work starting from the complementation requirements of the involved disciplines.

Resumen
In March 2018, the International Theological Commission offers a Document called "The Synod of Life and Mission of the Church". With it, he wants to accompany the pope's initiative to make our community a Synodal Church, a Church in the process of leaving, where everything is impregnated by the call to evangelize. This text is not a comment to said document but it is located in that search. This collaboration of Father Luis Heriberto Rivas proposes the biblical keys to understand synodality as a key to the identity of the Church
