Resumen
We present here the second part of the rich proposal of María Clara Bingemer. This text is about the connection between the path of the Church of Latin America from Medellin and the Exhortation of John Paul II 31 years later, which extends the options of Medellin to all of America, North and South. We will make our reflection only on some highlights of this dense and important document, since it is impossible within the limits of this text, to cover everything. We will privilege some paragraphs and some aspects too. And this choice and selection will have to do with the context of Latin America, the south of this unique America that the Church desires united in a single vocation of fraternity.

Resumen
The ecclesial and theological process which led up to the theme of the IIGeneral Conference of the Latin-American Bishops at Medellin was fed bydifferent sources and was an exercise in theological-pastoral discernment ofthe signs of the times in Latin-American.The nearness of 50 years since thebeginning of the II Vatican Council is a good time to remember and reflecton Medellin, as a fundamental milestone in the reception of the Council inLatin-America. The aim of this study is to examine the historic-genetic themepath which led up to the II Conference and from that to present an interpretivereading of the mayor themes of Medellin, in the perspective of the signs of the times. As all perception is incomplete it remains to undertake the task again and deepen it.

Resumen
Jean Nabert is less known for his work and more for the attention that Ricoeur hasalways devoted to him, including him among the sources of his thought and editinghis last texts, incomplete at the time of Nabert’s death, under the title of Le désir de Dieu. Ricoeur has never abandoned, on the other hand, the reference to this first source, as he also attests, for example, in one of the last speeches he has delivered: at the “Castelli” Congress, dedicated to the philosophy of religion between ethics and ontology, he has proposed a rereading of the “capable man” (homme capable) in the light of evil, but also of hope in a regeneration, trying to show what the hermeneutics “of myth” allows to capture both of the evil that man does and the evil by which he is affected. In the course of this conference we will seek to see what is the meaning and the putting into play of Nabert’s and Ricoeur’s reflection on evil and how it sheds light on the mystery of human being. We present here the first part of this collaboration.

Resumen
To commemorate the 125th anniversary of the pontifical coronation of the image of Our Lady of Luján, the patroness of Argentina, the author traces the history of the various oratories, chapels and temples that have been dedicated to her, since 1630, miracle year, stopping at the beginning of the construction of the monumental neo-Gothic Basilica, recognized as one of the most important of its kind in America. The project, in the design and development corresponds to Father Jorge Maria Salvaire, a Vincentian priest, with the continued support of the Archbishop of Buenos Aires, Monsignor Federico León Aneiros. The Basilica holds particular historical and pastoral importance due to the presence of the original image of Our Lady of Luján, a small statue of the Immaculate Conception, made of baked clay then painted and dressed in the Spanish style with crown.

Resumen
The author makes a re-reading of Yves M.-J. Congar’s thought on ecclesial communion by proposing a new systematization around the idea of “faces”. This allows one to go through the French theologian’s fundamental themes: communion, as the bond with the Trinitarian mystery (theological face), as internal links to the People of God (ecclesiological face), as dialogue and communion with the world (pastoral face), as continuity and novelty in ecclesial tradition (historic/traditional face) and as a search for complete unity with other christians (ecumenical face). This text tries to recover the valuable contribution of one of the active protagonists of Vatican II, in order to look with hope to the challenges of post-conciliar ecclesiology.

I n the first the problem of trauma fixation is analyzed, and, in the second the psychic structure is considered. In the first part mentioned, regarding trauma fixation, after distinguishing two contradictory values of the term fixation in the work of Freud (fixation as an organizei and as a producer of chaos, respectively), the author investigates the difference between two types of trauma, with or without counter investment. He stresses that, in traumatic neuroses, the trauma fixation is of the second type, which means that it lacks counter investment. This trauma changes not only the pleasure principie, but also that of constancy, which corresponds to the selfpreservation pulsion. Next the author considera the specific type of incitatory stimulus in traumatic neuroses. Although Freud tried to establish a nexus between the mechanical and the chemical pulsional incitements, both stimuli differ, and possibly the difference is expressed mainly in the form of frequencies. As to the factors determining this fixation to a trauma, the author suggests four alternatives: certain traits in a pulsion, specific psychic fragility, some characteristics of the neuronal system and, finally, specific characteristics of the family bond. Lastly, the author refers to the fact that these fixations to a trauma are correlated with a change in self preservation and non qualified reality. In the second part, regardingpsychic structuring, the author refers first to the area of substitutive formations. After considering nightmares and affective states, the author investigates other manifestations such as an overadapted or inconsistent discourse, another cathartic one, and another numerical, speculative one. Then, he goes on to analyze three joined character traits: one abulic, another cynical, and a third, viscous. He establishes a nexus between these character traits, the identification processes and the pulsional vicissitudes related to a trauma fixation. The authorcenters the nucleus of the pathology on a letting oneself die, expressed as the cynical dissolution of the whole project which is genuine in itself and in others, such as attachment of the ego to a subject who only expects to abolish it. As regards the mechanisms involved, the author refers to the defenses of death pulsion, when facing Eros, and then studies certain egoic mechanisms. On the one hand he emphasizes a regression to a disturbance in the real primitive ego. On the other, he refers to a disestimation of the affect. These traumatic neuroses may perpetuate themselves as toxic neuroses, thanks to a transformation of the mechanical incitation finto chemical, pulsional stimulus. While the traumatic neuroses still is in force, the toxic world is projected, and the ego lacks its foundation in the pulsional chemistry, it is possible that apulsional mechanism exists, which consists of transforming what is chemical into mechanical, as a way of perpetuating trauma. The defense consists of destructuring the self conversation pulsion, possibly with a specific disarticulation of the neuronalconstancy

Talsituação contudo só pode ser conseguida se o analista (através de sua análise pessoal anterior) está evoluindo, o suficiente para suportar decepções narcisísticas onipotentes e é capaz de elaborar os lutos que daí decorrem AbstractThe author proposes to show the importance of the analyst's criticai questioning of his theories, and a constant review of his hypotheses, so that the process and he himself can develop. The discussion is based on the ideas of psychoanalytical authors and of the philosopher of science Karl R. Popper. Psychoanalysis is a complex, dynamic, constantly changing discipline, like any science that takes finto account the idea that the truth according to Popper exists, of course, and should be searched for, but is unattainable. The analyst, aware of the transience of his convictions, and accepting the fact that he is not omniscient, counts on his personal criticism, and the criticai answers of the patient, to attempt to refute possible errors of interpretation, and thus enables progress in the treatment. In the paper, an outline is presented of an hypothesis about how the interpretation arises in the analyst, how it will be tested, and how its replacement by another one means mou ming for the analyst. By using Popper's Theory of Three Worlds, it is suggested that, through language, interpretation which is already part of World 3, and therefore, in a way, independent from its author also has a potential to influence the analyst and to change him. This situation, however, can only be achieved if the analyst (through his previous personal analysis) is sufficiently developed to bear omnipotent narcissistic disappointments, and is abie to work through the resulting mourning
