Resumen
Following the anthropological approaches developed on care and family and the contributions of gender studies and feminist critique, in this text analyze the continuities and changes in experiences and models of paternity in young people living in poor slums in the Metropolitan Area of Buenos Aires. The text described and analyzed three attributes of a "good father”: affectionate, respected and provider. The text argues that paternal forms and definitions of “good parenthood” are shaped by transformations in the labor market, the processes of feminization of social policies, the changing and unstable intergenerational family arrangements and changes in legal regulations on childhood and care. Likewise, affective-family crises and lack of compliance with this normative horizon of good parenting, have the focus on the parents' own abilities, acquiring the character of a personal experience and losing its social dimension. There results presented are part of an ethnographic research carried out during the years 2009-2015, with45 open interviews and observations and 30 semi-structured interviews were made to young parents aged between 18 and 29 years old.

Resumen
From a political and epistemological point of view and a decolonial feminism, I propose an effort to unravel the obstructive aspects of the information society, theorized by Manuel Castells, for the political autonomy of women, fundamentally, around the world of Latin American work In the global era of capitalism. Informational capitalism has reconfigured the time-space relationship and, along with it, has generated a new social and sexual division of labor, resignifying limits between the sphere of domestic time and the dimension of time destined for the labor market.
I understand that an analysis from the decolonial gender perspective of the current process of globalization / globalization of capital is inescapable in order to elaborate a regional and global political and theoretical agenda of feminism from Latin America.

Resumen
We propose to rethink gender relations from the hermeneutical philosophy of Hans-Georg Gadamer. In his work, Truth and Method, the german philosopher raises the search for consensus against the incomprehension that characterizes human relationships; bet on an authentic dialogue that, anchored in a hermeneutically formed consciousness, bridges the diversity of senses. Gender understood as a social structure that is reproduced in relationships, will consider men and women in the strategies of overcoming inequalities. We take away from gadamerian proposals a commitment to communication between women and men, that considers the conditions that will make it possible, to generate understanding and reach agreements for better coexistence. It is concluded that the approaches of the thinker can contribute to gender studies, incorporating one of its main limits: power and its unequal distribution between men and women

The paper analyzes the emergence of plastic and cosmetic surgery during the twentieth century. Underpinned by the cyborg theory developed by Donna Haraway, this article attempts at the analysis of new ways of relationship between body and society, delving into reconstructive and aesthetic surgeries as techniques of production and construction of contemporary bodies. It looks at these new forms insofar they constitute new devices for subjectivity in which the interplay between socio-technical linkages and the body politics of technology, medicine, gender and aesthetic take place.

Resumen
What have feminists got to say about the State and public policies? This query is triggered both by the transformations undergone in the last few decades by the national states vis à vis women and by the changes in the feminisms’ political discourses and practices, and the articulation between these two processes. More than 40 years have gone by since “the condition of women” entered Latin American state-run spaces: the evolution of institutionalization processes generates more questions than answers. It is therefore necessary to think beyond the debate around policy effectiveness/ineffectiveness, and to focus on feminisms’ endeavors, analyzing how these endeavors tie with the State’s forms and function through the installation of claims that are deemed rightful.

This work is a brief socio-historic, legal, demographic and political relative concept analysis of single mothers with the objectives of contextualizing and understanding their evolution as well as their relationship with the representations that are currently present in Mexico in reference to this population. The methodology consisted in a documental analysis: bibliography in reference to history, Mexican laws, demographic statistic and existing public policies in this country in reference to single mothers. Within the Mexican Context it is a difficult to conceptualize and visualize single mothers, especially those young mothers that depend economically and or residentially on their family of origin. This concept is configured as a socio-cultural construct; it has its social origin based on a legal concept, public political matters and a legitimist limited front conserved towards other forms of maternity.

Abstract: The increase in the chances of potential environmental catastrophes due to excessive anthropic activity has caused society to turn its efforts to protect the environment. The notion of Sustainable Development was raised aiming economic growth based on the rational use of existing natural resources, for the purpose of preserving them for future generations. The concept of Equitable and Sustainable Development was created, which encompasses several aspects of society besides economic and environmental, with the main purpose of stimulate socially equitable development together with a sustainable environment. Environmental licensing consists of an administrative instrument used by the State to regulate potentially harmful activities to the environment. In this, it is sometimes necessary to consider constitutional principles, which requires verification of which should prevail, depending on the conflicting case. The present study defends the effectiveness of the use of the Principle of Proportionality in the act of weighing constitutionally protected interests, where the particularities of the concrete case must be analyzed in order to verify which institute should overlap, seeking the harmonization between free enterprise and the right to a balanced environment, these being the main principles involved in environmental licensing. Keywords: Environmental Law. Administrative law. Sustainable Development. Environmental license. Principle of proportionality.

Resumen
Every pain result from a process of rupturing a hemostasis. After this fragmentation, the “I” enters a waiting process, followed, consequently, by an eminent psychic pain. The pain process differs from conventional pain because it depends of an organic pathological mechanism, generating pain that can’t be located, qualified or timed. This way, Florbela Espanca in her sonnet “I…” reveals indications that she suffers of psychic pain. We seek to analyze the descriptions about the suffering of Florbela Espanca in her sonnet "I ...", associating to the psychosocial representation of women in her work and in the Portuguese society of the twentieth century. This article followed a method of documentary analysis, using, in addition to the masterpiece of Florbela Espanca, bibliographic studies related to the theme. Moreover, we include a brief background and theoretical foundation on psychic pain and the work under analysis. We highlight as a latent difficulty the reduced number of researches in this methodological line that could contribute to the inferences about the Florbela Espanca’s literary work. The sonnet "I ..." indicates that the poet faced "pathological grief ". A process of pain occasioned by the rupture of the death. In the authors’ life, runs in many scenarios, physically, through the death of her beloved ones, and through the death of her lost loves.

Abstract: Dom Casmurro was published for the first time in 1899 by the writer Machado de Assis. This novel, since that time, causes doubts and uncertainties in his readers about the fidelity of the character Capitu and the veracity of the information narrated by Bentinho. Therefore, a brief description of the narrative of this enigmatic Brazilian book is necessary.
