O poeta se define como “um fingidor” que “finge tão completamente, que chega a fingir que é dor a dor que deveras sente”. O psicanalista se define como “um bom ouvinte”, devidamente treinado para identificar os sons e as imagens surgidos das profundezas do inconsciente do seu analisando e de seu próprio inconsciente, para que aquele desmascare o “fingidor”, assumindo “a dor que deveras sente”.Esse início de conversa, motivado pelo honroso convite para escrever um comentário referente ao clássico artigo de Helene Deutsch – O impostor: contribuição à psicologia do ego de um tipo de psicopata –, de 1955, evoca a forma poética que de maneira tão sutil descreve o tema proposto, e nos ensina que a dimensão de uma difícil tarefa pode ser atenuada com a ajuda da percepção sensível dos artistas e dos modelos psicanalíticos internalizados. Pretendo focar-me no conteúdo do estimulante trabalho de Deutsch, cotejando-o com os desenvolvimentos propostos por Melanie Klein no seu clássico artigo, também de 1955, Sobre a identificação. Também vou me valer da ajuda de Orson Welles, que em 1941 transformou John Foster Kane em um personagem imortal. Finalizando, a discussão de um material clínico pode ser útil para pensarmos como a psicanálise evoluiu, em termos de teoria e técnica, nessas últimas décadas.

Este texto retoma a questão da natureza terapêutica da psicanálise para levar em conta o novo Paradigma da Complexidade, que traz consigo a questão seminal da auto-organização dos seres vivos. Nos anos 40/50 do século XX, ocorre mudança radical na ciência com o aparecimento da cibernética, que leva a uma profunda reconfiguração ao abordar a realidade com ideias de sistema, auto-organização, indeterminação e de não linearidade. Desses fatos podemos reconhecer o surgimento de uma nova epistemologia, uma epistemologia complexa na medida em que não nos aproximamos da realidade de uma maneira reducionista, septada, mas de forma tal que todas as dimensões da realidade sejam vistas como configurando um sistema ser vivo - ambiente. Então, o que mudou em psicanálise com a mudança de paradigma? Pensar por um novo vértice não modifica aquilo que é observado, mas seu entendimento. Psicanálise continua a ser Psicanálise e continua dependendo dessa relação bipessoal que ocorre no setting. Como são trazidos argumentos pouco abordados em nosso meio, o A. estende-se na descrição dos trabalhos que evidenciam novas abordagens de realidade e dos novos termos para descrevê-las que foram incorporados recentemente no vocabulário científico (AU)

Introducción: el ultrasonido abdominal tiene un alto valor para el diagnóstico de la colecistitis aguda, enfermedad frecuente en mujeres y la mayoría de las veces de causa litiásica.Objetivo: caracterizar el diagnóstico ultrasonográfico de la colecistitis aguda.Método: se realizó un estudio descriptivo transversal en pacientes sometidos a colecistectomía, previo diagnóstico ultrasonográfico preoperatorio; en el Hospital Clínico Quirúrgico “Manuel Ascunce Domenech” de Camagüey en el período de agosto de 2011 a julio de 2012. Se trabajó con un universo de 104 pacientes operados de forma consecutiva, que cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión y firmaron el consentimiento para participar.Resultados: el rango de edad fue de 15 a 94 años, con media de 48,32, prevaleció el grupo etario de 46 a 60 años y predominó el sexo femenino. El diagnóstico de colecistitis aguda se hizo casi exclusivamente por el método clínico, exámenes de laboratorio y ultrasonido abdominal. El hallazgo ecográfico más frecuente fue el signo de Murphy positivo seguido del engrosamiento con edema de la pared y litiasis vesicular. Sin embargo por los exámenes de anatomía patológica, el diagnóstico no siempre fue coincidente.Conclusiones: la coincidencia del diagnóstico clínico y ultrasonográfico fue elevada. Al igual que la concomitancia entre ambos, con el signo ecográfico de Murphy positivo, el engrosamiento y edema de la pared vesicular, que fueron los signos más útiles en el diagnóstico

The Chinese Economic Reform was developed on the shoulders of Party-State’s structures that were constituted between 1949 and 1976, or better, on the shoulders of its specters. The spoils of the People’sCommunes and the Revolutionary Committees – Maoist structures that served to organize labor and state administration, and were in the center of fierce disputes during the 1960 – served as bases to implement theReform during the 1970 and 1980. In order to legitimate this new use of old structures, the CCP promoted series of academic campaigns to rewrite Chinese history, and weave the discourse bases for the hegemony of a new State. However, the new Chinese economy is founded on deep crises of a recent past, and these crises haven’t yet been overcome.

This work addresses the trajectory of the yerba-mate sector in the southern provinces of Brazil, over the years 1822 to 1889. To analyze the evolution of the changes from a handmade production to an industrial manufacturing, this paper proposes an approach to economic history supported by microeconomictheories. For this purpose, this work pointed out an organizational sector division – according to the changes occurred in the mate’s production chain – and identified the implications of each phase for the qualitativeand quantitative aspects of the production, the sort of the labor employed and the commercial strategies adopted by producers. At the end, we concluded that the implementation of innovations in the mate’s activity in the Province of Paraná, supported by public and private investments, increased the productionin this region, contributing to the development of this segment and the local economy. 

The objective of this work is to carry out a historical investigation about the economy of Yugoslavia during the period between 1945 and 1990. Throughout this span, the country studied had claimed socialism as itssocial system. Because of this, the focus of analysis will be on the key features and the historical evolution of Yugoslav socialism. The article consists of a bibliographical and documentary research based on data andliterature on the subject. The achieved results indicate that, as in the other socialist countries, Yugoslavian market socialism was not able to overcome the process of economic bureaucratization. To achieve its objective, this work is divided into sections, which are organized according to the most relevant themes for understanding the development of Yugoslavia.

This paper came from the purpose of articulating the conventional fundamentality of the right of being properly accused, qualified as a guarantee by art. 8.2 of the Inter-American Convention on Human Rights, with the punitive character of the accusatory claim developed in disagreement with the international and national normative frameworks. For this purpose, the analytical dichotomy of “accusing” and “punishing” was first segmented (1) in the investigation, on the one hand, of the (1.1) international and national normative frameworks that make up the right of being properly accused, with special emphasis on the Pact of San José of Costa Rica and the Federal Constitution of 1988; on the other, on (1.2) the most concrete marks that outline the dogmatic profile of the judicial control of the accusatory pretension in Brazilian criminal procedural law. In the second part (2), the narrative acquires more pragmatic traits tending to unfold the explanatory potential of the effective punishment implemented by the Judiciary, emphasizing (2.1) the superior epistemological attributes of the contrast between the theoretical premises of the first part with the analysis of concrete cases, (2.2) highlighting the example of criminal liability that is commonly attributed to public managers according to an objective pattern.
