Resumen
Evaluación estructural en categoría vivienda de interés social (VIS) en Ciudad Victoria, altura 2214 msnm. Se evaluó configuración estructural, secciones resistentes, armaduras de refuerzo, se evaluaron 143 viviendas de 932, se utilizó Excel, análisis estadístico, herramientas check list, estrategias comparativas. Existen fallas constructivas relacionadas a carencia de mano obra calificada, armaduras de refuerzo inadecuadas, discontinuidad estructural, nudos deficientes, daños leves, moderados y severos, las construcciones en promedio 12 años, 19 MPa en promedio de resistencia a compresión simple del concreto, 2664 Hb aproximadamente expuestos a impactos sísmicos, la NEC-SE-DS establece que “Todo el territorio ecuatoriano está catalogado como de amenaza sísmica alta”, 37 de 143 viviendas están abandonadas, 76,94% de viviendas no tienen mantenimiento, las calles tienen capa de rodadura de lastre, precipitaciones constantes, El espesor de losas de entrepiso es 8,5 cm con varillas de 10 mm y nudos no estructurales, Se tiene valores de S altamente preocupantes. Aunque se construyó después del 2001 no se cumplió con la NEC. Se evidenció tendencia al abandono de la vivienda, el 45% de viviendas tienen grietas moderadas. Es prudente plantear la interrogante ¿están preparados los habitantes de Ciudad Victoria para enfrentar un sismo de magnitud mayor a 7 Mw?

Resumen
Actualmente, el reconocimiento de gestos se presenta como un problema de extracción de características y reconocimiento de patrones, en el cual se etiqueta un movimiento como perteneciente a una clase determinada. La respuesta de un sistema de reconocimiento de gestos puede aplicarse a diferentes problemas en diferentes campos, como la medicina, la docencia, la robótica, etc. Existen diferentes modelos propuestos en la literatura científica que intentan resolver el problema del reconocimiento del gesto de la mano. Estos trabajos no satisfacen la demanda de procesamiento en tiempo real y alta precisión de reconocimiento, simultáneamente. En este contexto, el presente trabajo propone desarrollar un nuevo modelo para el reconocimiento de gestos con la mano utilizando información infrarroja, adquirida con el Leap Motion Controller, y también utilizando técnicas de aprendizaje automático. El modelo propuesto pretende reconocer 5 gestos estáticos y 4 dinámicos de la mano en tiempo real y con gran precisión, de forma simultánea. La metodología que se utilizará para desarrollar este trabajo se compone de dos fases: el entrenamiento y la prueba: en la primera fase, diseñaremos, clasificaremos, validaremos preliminarmente y sintonizaremos el modelo propuesto. En la segunda fase, probaremos el modelo propuesto estimando su precisión de reconocimiento y el tiempo de procesamiento.

Resumen
El artículo es una propuesta de ejercicios aerobios orientados a elevar los índices fisiológicos de los estudiantes durante el desarrollo del calentamiento en la clase de Educación Física, como garantía del esfuerzo físico y emocional activo de los estudiantes del primer año de la carrera de medicina, limitaciones constatadas en un diagnóstico inicial. Los métodos investigativos posibilitaron la consecución de los elementos tenidos en cuenta para la elaboración de la propuesta dirigida a incrementar los índices fisiológicos durante el calentamiento dentro de la clase de Educación Física. Como resultados sobresalen la identificación de los estudiantes con los ejercicios, así como la activación de su carácter participativo en el proceso de la clase.Palabras clave. Resumen
The article presents an analysis on the importance of the nonverbal communication in the practice of physical education and the sports. With the utilization of theoretic methods of analysis or the referent ones belonging to this process like base, for the assessment of the significance of this type of communication in the formation of the professionals of sports systematize synthesis themselves. The results of this analysis will serve as base to define the principal forms and methods to implement in the pedagogic practice to contribute to develop telling efficient behaviors in this professional. It is emphasized in the extra-verbal manifestations like facial expressions, sounds, symbols, tones, that must be a part of the sports language and whose correct interpretation contributes to the success of the sports activity or competition.Key words. The article refers to the limitations presented by the Water Polo coaches of the "Pedro Díaz Coello" School of Sports Initiation, of Holguín in educational communication. In the solution of the problem a methodology is proposed to enhance the educational communication of the coaches of this sport. For its fulfillment, research methods of the theoretical and empirical level were applied, which allowed to deepen and obtain information of the thematic object of investigation and to specify the diagnosis of the state that presents the educative communication of the coaches, respectively. The proposed methodology was evaluated as pertinent by criteria of specialists for its implementation in the sports training of the Aquatic Pole.Key words. Resumen
The evaluation of the elderly requires sources that provide specific information on their strengths and weaknesses, to design specific individualized exercises or improve physical activity programs. The article identifies the antecedents for the determination of a morpho-functional profile of the physical evaluation of the older adult practicing physical exercises from the point of view of different authors. A documentary review was made, based on the search and synthesis of theoretical and methodological information that led to reflection and analysis around the subject of research. Thirty-two articles were selected through automated search in the PubMed, Scielo and Google Scholar databases. All selected articles are cross-sectional and present different methods for the evaluation of physical, functional and morphological aptitude in elderly people and the validity, reliability, objectivity and contextualization demonstrated by authors from different regions. Those made in the region of Brazil, Spain and the United States of America stand out. From the study it was concluded that the proposed batteries coincide in their structure with tests involving various motor tasks associated with flexibility, agility, static and dynamic balance, coordination, strength resistance and aerobic capacity; all linked with a conditional component related to functionality. Normative was identified to determine the morphofunctional profile of the elderly.Keywords. Older adult, morpho-functional evaluation, physical exercises, physical evaluation

Resumen
The importance given to attention to diversity within the educational system is manifested in the application of different forms, within them: methodological strategies and cooperative learning; methodological alternative, evaluation procedures, strategic model, comprehensive and open curriculum. The objective of this article is to design a system for attention to the diversity of physical performance aimed at solving the insufficiencies in the development of conditional and coordinative capacities manifested in schoolchildren (from six to 10 years of age) within Physical Education classes of primary school. It is justified in the fact of conceiving it as a relationship between components aimed at obtaining a new quality and the need to systematically organize elements that do not exist or are related up to now, based on theoretical assumptions of a pedagogical nature and related sciences for their concretion and functioning. in practice through a methodological strategy, containing actions, exercises and tasks to facilitate pedagogical practice. Through the use of methods related to the variables involved in the study and the need to verify the hypothesis, an experiment was implemented, corroborating at a level of significance of 95% probability.Key words. The article exposes the need for home-based rehabilitation of the motor sequelae caused by Parkinson's in a patient suffering from the pathology, which is difficult to reach due to distance and lack of family members who transfer it for the service mentioned above, for this a program of therapeutic physical exercises and massage was applied for the rehabilitation in the home of the motor sequels caused by Parkinson's Syndrome. It contains four stages: (I.) Initial diagnosis of the state of the patients, (II.) Proposal of the exercise and massage program, (III.) Application of the program in the community, (IV.) Evaluation in three measures of effectiveness of the proposal through the ASIA test and the TYNETTY scale, which allowed determining the state of the motor sequelae. For the realization of this research, theoretical and empirical methods were used such as: Historical-Logical, Analytical-Synthetic, Inductive-Deductive, Observation, Measurement and Experimentation. The statistical processing allowed to determine the pertinence of the program and through the scales applied, the reduction of the motor sequels produced by the pathology was verified. Key words. In the article a reflection is made, on the dialectical articulation that needs to be done, in the pedagogical process of sports training, on the basis of educational principles, principles of sports training and principles of inclusive education. In the conception of the study, it is analyzed that the student athlete is a personality in training and development, so it is necessary for all sports trainer to keep in mind the personality characteristics of this, from the beginning of the development of the subject, articulated with the principles of sports training, which are based on all educational principles, but essentially the personality, and as these, in turn, should be raised, from the most current conception, equidae and developer of education, which is education inclusive, which conceives the recognition of diversity, respect for human particularities, the right to the accessibility of knowledge and training, as well as the quality of any educational process that is developed. The proposed reflection also includes methodological guidelines on how these principles should be worked on dialectically in the training of student-athletes.Keywords.
