This was done during the 2018-2019 school year; a pre-test that allowed to evaluate the level of development of the motor balance that the children have, before applying the recreational games, as a base to evaluate its effectiveness through a post-test at the end of the investigation. Resumen
The application of games to develop motor skills is an essential element for the evaluation of children, regardless of their physical, mental and intellectual conditions. In this the Physical Education teacher plays a key role, however in the program of the subject for special education games are not applied as an alternative to develop each skill that these children must possess depending on their pathology. Methods of the theoretical level were used: synthetic analytical, logical historical, inductive deductive and empirical level: interview, survey and as a mathematical procedure: percentage calculation. To determine the effectiveness of the games, the measurement of indicators that demonstrated their novelty and validity was made to be applied to children with mild mental retardation in the development of motor skills. The main conclusions point to the need to use games as an alternative to measure the development of these skills in children with this pathology.Key words. Resumen
Hypertension (HBP) is a chronic disease characterized by a continuous increase in blood pressure in the arteries, which is divided into two types, systolic and diastolic blood pressure, according to the World Health Organization (WHO, 2017). The study was developed with students with arterial hypertension from the Faculty of Physical Culture of the University of Holguín, who do not have associated pathologies. An alternative of dynamic force exercises is proposed to work each muscular plane directed to the individualized work taking into account the studies carried out by Kelley, G.A. and Kelley, K.S. (2000a, 2000b), Román (2004) and Uranga (2014). In this work different methods were used such as historical-logical, analysis and synthesis, deductive-inductive, unstructured observation, survey and descriptive statistics, as well as sports training, repetitions and principles such as the progressive increase of loads and undulation of charges between others. By comparing the initial test with the end, the practitioners manage to increase strength and lower blood pressure.

Resumen
The article has as starting point the limitations presented by the university students who receive the subject Basketball Sport, in the Faculty of Physical Culture and Sports, of the University of Holguín, in relation to the knowledge of the regulation and the technical vocabulary of this sport . In its solution, a battery of passive games related to the rules and the technical vocabulary that students must possess for their future professional performance is proposed. In its elaboration, the methodology contributed by Watson et al. (2008). The methods used at the theoretical level were the historical-logical, the analysis-synthesis and the inductive-deductive; of the empirical observation, survey and measurement, which as a whole facilitated the realization of the study. The effectiveness of the applied passive games was demonstrated through the measurement of the results of the pre-test and post-test in which it was corroborated that there was a considerable increase in the knowledge of the regulations and the technical vocabulary of the students investigated.Key words.
