Resumen
La muerte me da (2007), by Cristina Rivera Garza, is a fragmentary novel composed of various members and sections that appear, severed from each other, starting with the title, and that continue to be scattered throughout the text. Such members manifest two tendencies. The first one corresponds to sentence fragmentation, which becomes word fragmentation, as well as fragmentation of the body within/of the novel. The second one corresponds to citationist aesthetics and dis-appropiation, resulting in degen(d)eration. This article intends to look within this slashed body in order to read the the displacement of the trans-textual into the de-textual, wich refers to the opening of meaning, denial, reversal of significance, deprivation, affirmation and excess.

Resumen
With a starting point in the novel Nombres y animales (2014), by Dominican writer Rita Indiana, this articles analyzes the figure of the animal as a literary trope in re/presentation processes of subjects whose bodies, language and identity structures reflect tensions and fractures in spaces of power and exploitation. Thus, herein there will be a consideration of the ways in which the animal destabilizes discourses centered on the concept of man –as a normative hierarchical parameter– in order to show, afterwards, the interstices opened by the animal (human and non-human) to subvert homogeneous borders which intend to generate permanent immunity against any form of foreign invasion.

Resumen
La idea de este dossier responde al interés por pensar, de manera conjunta, un significativo corpus literario que hace parte de la narrativa contemporánea producida por escritoras mujeres en América Latina. No se trata de un trabajo de carácter representativo, menos aún del trazado de un mapa de aliento exhaustivo. Este proyecto busca reconocer en diferentes ámbitos geográficos del horizonte latinoamericano escrituras que expresan la “presencia del presente” y nos interpelan desde una manifiesta contemporaneidad. ¿Qué tiene el presente que nos interesa tanto?, se pregunta Boris Groys. El presente, desarrolla el filósofo alemán, ha dejado de ser un punto de transición entre el pasado y el futuro.

Resumen
In this essay the symbolic-evocative possibilities that nature has in the poetry of the Ecuadorian César Dávila Andrade and the Colombian Aurelio Arturo are related to the excess of space that arises between the present of the evocation and the evoked world. It also relates the sensual and emotional interiorization of nature in the lyric self. In this way the evocation of nature fixes and even petrifies memory, perpetuating it and avoiding its evanescence from the evoked world. In the two poets one can see a symbolic transfiguration of nature to evoke the world of childhood and family intimacy. In both authors, the presence of the mother is essential, together with the daily rural landscape.

Resumen
In this text, the author explains the concept of topic in the theory of interpretive cooperation proposed by Umberto Eco. From this concept, the topic of the experience of an apparent European insensitivity equivalent to a peculiar Andean Latin American sensitivity in the poem “Good-bye Lola” by Jorge Enrique Adoum is proposed. This topic is considered a regulatory resource of the interpretive cooperation of this poem and others that can dialogue with it; they are located primarily in the poems Prepoemas en Postespañol and Curriculum Mortis, written during the author’s stay in Europe. It analyzes the semantic ambiguity of terms such as Indian, exile and memory in the poetic context and the spatiotemporal circumstances of enunciation of the texts analyzed. In the line of interpretive cooperation developed by Eco, the syntactic, semantic and pragmatic configuration of poetic texts is analyzed and interpreted based on their significant potentiality regulated by the topic

Cuando Bernarda Suárez perdió la virginidad solo pudo pensar en dos palabras: ?ausencia y vacío”. En realidad, ambos conceptos cifran de maravilla la peripecia de la protagonista de En caso de emergencia, (no)rompa el vidrio, pues Bernarda quedó huérfana a los cinco años y perdió a su abuela el mismo día que supo que el fugitivo vecino la había dejado embarazada tras la epifanía de la ausencia y el vacío. Celebrada y reconocida como poeta –Las naranjas y el mar (1997), Llevo de la luna un rayo (1999), Paisaje de sal (2004), La pendiente imposible (2008) y Detrás de la brisa (2013)–, con En caso de emergencia, (no)rompa el vidrio Marialuz Albuja Bayas ha roto en narradora poderosa y desmelenada.

“¿Te acuerdas de aquel fresno que plantamos hace ocho años? Mientras nos dirigíamos a Spiess nos castigó una tormenta cuyas resonancias parecían las de dos ejércitos en medio del combate, como si en la misma naturaleza hubiera un conflicto que no pudiera resolverse más que con el empleo de la violencia”, con esta natural declaración de guerra abre la novela El trópico de Hegel, con la que el escritor argentino Cristian Mitelman (Buenos Aires, 1971) obtuvo el máximo lugar en el 1er Concurso Internacional de Novela Final Abierto (2017).
