Resumen
This article will address the Sunni Jihadism, specifically the cases of Al-Qaeda and the Islamic State. It is also worth highlighting its anti-imperialism, as resistance groups against the West, the cradle of capitalism which globalizes cultural patterns that cause loss of Islamic identity in a world without metaphysical alternatives. A third gaze is proposed, focused in the political nihilistic aspect. Nihilistic because it seeks to destroy Western civilization and anyone who opposes their vision, whether Muslim or not. This shall be verified by examining the political context of the origin of both groups, the biographies of their leaders and their speeches, to see in what level are reflected the fundamentalism, anti-imperialism and / or political nihilism.

Resumen
Regional integration in Latin America presents a notorious contradiction. On the one hand, there is a long-standing commitment to regional integration, but on the other hand, regional institutions and their political output are far less impressive than such rhetoric suggests. This article seeks to illustrate the gap empirically based on the example of Chile. We draw on a range of different indicators that seek to capture both the declared commitment to integration and real efforts and advances. The article adds to the literature on Latin American regionalism with an empirical contribution highlighting some nuances in the gap between integrationist discourses and reality.

Resumen
The present article studies from an interdisciplinary perspective some postulates of the German Constitution of 1919 in its intervening, modernizing and social rights aspects. Consequently, this text, analyzes in depth the constitutional framework enacted in the city of Weimar after the end of the World War One, which was guided to a greater extent by social democratic postulates that saw in the communist revolution a latent danger that had to be stopped. Some of the advances in the intervening matter of the Constitution, allowed the direct link of the State in the regulation and control of economic, political, social aspects, among others. In the face of modernization, basic aspects of the tradition were reformed in terms of institutions, power, relations and political and democratic actions, Church-State bonds. And finally, regarding the social field, some labor, union and some other rights that contemplated the social security of the inhabitants of the Germanic country were extended and enacted.

Resumen
The agricultural sector is of great importance for Latin American trade, with United States as one of its main markets. Unites States food quality and safety requirements have increased and are reflected in a growing number of non-tariff measures. Failure on the compliance of those requirements can lead to the refusal of the shipment at the border, implying significant losses. The aim of this paper is to contribute to a further understanding about the agricultural export refusals for non-compliance with food quality and safety requirements. For this, we considered the case of Latin American fresh fruits and vegetables at the United States border.

Resumen
The objective of this article is to analyze from the perspective of the hidropolicy the development of the Arab- Israeli conflict. The article is based on the study of the influence of the geopolitics of water in the region of Israel, who invaded the Palestinian territory and currently maintains control in large part of the area. The study shows the importance of the analysis of water as a geopolitical factor that generates disputes and wars, and is projected to the future according to experts from the UN and the World Bank, as a factor of hemispheric security against possible wars during the twenty-first century. The analysis is based mainly on the studies carried out by NGOS such as Amnesty International and free Palestine, showing the Israeli strategy to completely exterminate the Palestinian nation before the control of water in the area, and the violation of the Oslo treaty that gave participation on aquifers of the area to Palestine, but due to its failure, the water is controlled by Israel and the privatized the water with the state company Mekorot.

Resumen
The Tri-Border Area has attracted great interest this century in the United States. It has been considered a possible source of jihadist terrorism, but according to many sources there are other US interests in the area, such as the Guarani Aquifer. The article discusses the real presence and US interests in the region, taking into account both the water projects that are currently being developed in the Western Hemisphere and presence of terrorism. Regarding the latter, this work is partially based on the investigations carried out by the Argentinian prosecutor Alberto Nisman. Building on this, this paper provides a prospective structural analysis with the assistance of MICMAC software indicating a possible change of scenario.
