Resumen
The crisis of water is the crisis of life. Without cultural change there cannot be a change in the management of water. This implies that the culture of water should stop being considered just as another component of projects, programs and plans, and start to be understood as procreator and condition for all the other components of t management. The current envisages on management of water avoid focussing its action in the culture and democracy of water, even though what they describe as gobernability, or water crisis, is mainly a cultural issue originated in the lack of democracy. On the other hand, it is exposed how new processes are emerging which form citizenship undertake cultural and democratic perspectives to face the crisis of water. Throughout this work it is stated that the perspective from the democratic culture of water is an ethical project for the sustainability of life.

Resumen
This essay analyzes political influence as an effective tool of civil society in the execution of public policies, with special attention on education. It proposes how to understand this influence and asks itself who must influence. It asserts that influence on educational policies doesn’t have, up to know, too many successes to claim, and that a large and renewed agenda as the one proposed here, thought from the complexity of educational change, should imply significant contributions in the ways of thinking and exercising political influence for educational rights.

Resumen
The article in handseeks to focus on the correlation between the use of energy, space, territory and local development, bearing in mind the utilization of natural gas in the production of ceramics in Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil. Natural gas is still not utilized as an alternative source of energy on a large scale in the State. It can be considered as one of the results of the valorization of socio-economic policy, the preservation of local culture and the environment as part of the local identity of the human being in improving their quality of life.

Resumen
Human migration is a change of residence that affects mainly those individuals that live it, but also the countries and regions that they leave the ones where they arrive. It is a complex and multidimensional phenomenon hard to study for its retrospective character that obliges us to examine it after the act of departure. We know that it is caused by political, religious, social and economic crisis, that there are many factors that explain it and that the globalization process of recent years has impacted strongly in the phenomenon. But in what matters to us -a comprehensive reflection from the social sciences- we have preferred to stop, in order to don’t lose sight, and through that not to lose-the-view, in the day to day consequences (still incomplete) that has for peruvian immigrants the fact of living and working in Santiago of Chile. Why do they come? How do they solve their situation? What links do they maintain with their families, towns, friends? How they have been received? How are their working histories? Have they managed to get accustomed? Do they plan to remain in Chile or do they desire to return to Peru? Trying to respond to these questions, the present work desires to contribute to this analysis from fragments of a study that we are pursuing. We think that it can help to bring to light their experiences and to build new approaches and methodologies of scientific investigation that will help their existence be dignified and their links with Chile be built in a less violent manner.

Resumen
The management of learning is a work which reflects the educational task of educators that have the responsibility to form to the human being in the society of knowledge, under the viewpoint of the critic-reflexive education that will permit human beings to be inserted efficiently in society. The changing condition of contemporary world gives the concept of learning a more extensive dimension, and demands that it be handled in function of the changes in the meaning of experience, so humans can develop up to the behaviors of these time in which we live and not up to the previous, in which learning was the symbol of the one who knew more. Learning is today something which is in close connection with cognitive and emotional formation, as well as on values and motricity, springing from the holistic vision which is required to see phenomena with a wither perspective that will allow us to see the process that opens before us as a complexity which can be measured exactly for what it is. The management of the process of learning is what is required in order to achieve these purposes.

Resumen
In the midst of a long historical process inscribed in family changes, the end of the twentieth century has seen a decline of the authority bestowed on the father proper of the modern-industrial patriarchal family matrix, allowing a the emergence of a new place for the male parent. This article analyzes, on the bases of thirty interviews, the changes in the representations of fatherhood among different Chilean social groups, the inter-generational breaks and contemporary models of fatherhood. It shows the limits of the changes that have taken place in the traditional gender order, even though today’s fathers are seen closer and have greater participation in the lives of their children in a context in which the modern father with the “head of the house” that governs the family restoring tradition.

Resumen
It is examined in this article the current global economic crisis, from an alternative point of view, and distant from the visions that dominate among conventional economic analysts, as well as of those interpretations that offer some “alternative” thinkers. The author –basing himself on what he calls “comprehensive economic theory”- argues that essentially this crisis is rooted in a distortion of the prevailing monetary system at global level, which is signifying that money has lost its capacity of complying its essential functions. He argues then that the Keynesian politics by which it is sought at present to face this crisis, far from contributing to surpass it will accentuate it and prolong it, until a new monetary system is established, in the context of structuring the market in a different way, which will not occur until large political, legal, institutional, and cultural reforms are fulfilled.
