Resumen
Objective: To know the social determinants of child labor and the policies for diversity in work and education in Corrientes, located in the northeast of Argentina (NEA) from an existential point. Method: We go to the analysis of documents and statistics, in addition to the consultation of qualified informants in work and education. Results: The statistical analysis shows that the enormous persistent regional inequalities and the problems of extreme child poverty provide conditions for child labor to increase. Regarding the nature and profile of child labor in Corrientes, it is observed that there is diversity of sex, age, culture, type of work, duration of the day, etc. Conclusions: Child labor constitutes a flagrant violation of human rights which needs to be eradi- cated from numerous inter-ministerial and intersectoral policies, and policies of and for diversity in education are necessary to incorporate the education system. There are partial and limited information, missing official data from the entire province, which prevents thinking about policies in and for diversity in the school that includes them through new methodologies, content, resources, teachers and proactive managers

There were interviews with 11 mothers, 11 children and five parents who volunteered to participate.
Results: It was found in 82% of the interviews that the mother had the authority in the family, 9% said it was his grandfather, and 9 % remaining father and mother. 82% said the decision is focused on the mother. It was shown that mothers are the ones who set rules, standards and limits on raising their children.
Conclusions: The absence of the father affects children in their bonding, building parenting guidelines and family communication; also becomes a risk factor against their welfare. While the presence of the father and active relationship in parenting, allows building positive interpersonal relationships, facilitating their integral development and results in more safe and stable communities.

Resumen
Objective: This article aims to enhance some of the skills of logical-mathematical intelligence proposed by Howard Gardner in third, fourth and fifth primary elementary grade students of the Alexander Von Humboldt Institute of the city of Barranquilla.
Method: The methodology used in the research is mixed, gathering information through interviews and surveys conducted on students, teachers of mathematics of the institution, and fieldwork done in class in which students presented a series of teaching units, then, based on the same didactic units some innovative games were designed.
Results: Great findings were evidenced where the students demonstrated the abilities of observing and perceiving, doing series, solving problems, drawing conclusions and calculating algorithms through their same motivation in the realization of activities.
Conclusions: The work could conclude that this type of students must be cared for from early ages so that all their strengths are consolidated, and that teachers parents and the institution itself should support the strengthening of children's stimuli whatever its exceptional capacity may be.

Resumen
In the framework of the New Educational Model in Mexico announced on March 13, 2017, the present investigation is an article of reflection whose objective is to check if the teaching based on the Cognitive Development Model has had results in the Colegio Jean Piaget Campus Xochimilco, Mexico City (CDMX) who apply this model since 1972. It exposed a case based on six structured interviews in relation to six formative fields and six different school grades. The results show that cognitive strategies have not been successful in appreciation and artistic expression, self-regulation and autonomy, motor skills, reading, and history. This leads us to reflect that educational reforms should not be made by decree or in one fell swoop and that the Mexican government should be aware of the impossibilities of origin that do not allow automatic transfer of educational models from countries with structural historical processes that have led to development.

Resumen
Objective: To propose a theoretical model that addresses the trends in the study of creativity, to contribute to the epistemology of its field of knowledge. Method: A Basic type of research, with a mixed approach, with quantitative and qualitative techniques and instruments such as in-depth interviews, participant observation, direct observation, surveys, questionnaires, field diary, among others. Forty-four research teachers participated in the area of creativity from fourteen countries. Results: A theoretical model called 'Model of tendencies in creativity CCC', validated by expert investigators in evaluation of blind pairs, is proposed. Conclusions: The validated model proposes that the knowledge of the phenomenon of creativity has evolved in increasing levels of consciousness and complexity. On the other hand, it is an explanatory map, which can be applied to different fields of education, social and ecosystem, and can contribute to the epistemology of creativity.
