Geograficamente, o Brasil é o maior país da América do Sul, possui um território que se estende por cerca de quarenta e sete por cento da porção centro-oriental do continente sul-americano. Além disso, o Brasil possui 23.102 km de fronteiras, sendo 15.735 km terrestres e 7.367 Km marítimas. As fronteiras são regiões onde há o encontro entre dois ou mais países, com interconexões entre eles, seja de ordem econômica, social ou cultural. A realidade vislumbrada nestes locais se afasta daquelas cotidianas do interior do país. Para viabilizar e preservar uma relação amistosa entre os países, assim como dos moradores, aqueles pactuam entre si acordos, para organizarem os espaços sem interferência da soberania, assim como para promover o desenvolvimento econômico-social de ambas as partes, uma vez que pensada a integração regional para tanto. O presente trabalho, adotando o método indutivo e a revisão bibliográfica, apresenta de maneira sistemática e analítica os efeitos que as políticas públicas de integração causam na comunidade, em especial com relação ao sentimento simbólico de extensão do território nacional para além das fronteiras.

O roteiro deste breve artigo é primeiro lançar algumas luzes sobre o conceito de Patriotismo Constitucional, que se tornou conhecido após o seu uso por Jürgen Habermas, apresentando um breve aspecto histórico do mesmo, a partir da sua formação. Posteriormente apresentam-se duas posições revisitadas do Patriotismo, de Arroyo e de Maia, que trazem interessantes discussões ao debate em outros países que não a Alemanha, sob um enfoque mais republicanistas (Republicanismo) do que o próprio Habermas. Em seguida delineiam-se breves considerações sobre a sociedade brasileira atual, tendo como ponto de partida o advento da Carta Constitucional de 1988 (basilar para a nossa análise acerca do Patriotismo Constitucional no Brasil) e suas repercussões, verificando, por fim, se é possível aplicá-lo nas terras latino-americanas ou se essa tentativa não passa de uma apropriação acrítica de teorias europeias, cujo contexto político-constitucional difere em muitos aspectos do brasileiro.

O surgimento de casos de uniões poliamorosas registradas oficialmente em cartório tem levantado paulatinamente o debate jurídico acerca da efetiva possibilidade de convivência a três – ou mais – no Estado brasileiro. Os institutos jurídicos existentes no ordenamento pátrio que, aparentemente, vedam tais práticas, têm sido postos em questionamento. Analisamos no presente trabalho, sob este pano de fundo, três fundamentos jurídico-políticos que corroboram a plenitude da convivência poliamorosa no Brasil: o direito à liberdade, os valores democráticos do Estado e o pluralismo axiológico-cultural.

Communication and design are dynamic sectors with regard to career opportunities. This is due to their involvement in the digital world and the new interactive technologies, among other reasons. By analyzing job offers published in Domestika, the principle specialized web portal in the sector, we have carried out a diagnosis of the most highly demanded and best paid professional profiles as well as the requirements for these types of profiles. This study reveals that in the area of communication, the digital world is the leader in employment offers, although a higher salary is not always implied by this situation. There are professional profiles linked to social networks, an activity that we usually identify as a digital trend, which have a lower remuneration than would be expected. However, the best paying jobs are those linked to big data, user experience (UX), and digital marketing and design department coordination. The full-stack profile and its integrated perspective from the user’s experience to the infrastructure that supports services, is a reality among these types of higher-paying jobs.

This article evaluates the phenomenon of programmatic advertising in Spain. Programmatic advertising automates the media planning process, and improves efficiency and effectiveness for the purchase and sale of advertising space. The main objectives of the study are: to establish consensus regarding a definition of programmatic purchase; to understand the new professional roles required as a result of this boom in technology, and to ascertain how the sector will develop in the future. The research technique used was the Delphi method. The research results relate to the current situation, evolution and perspectives of the phenomenon, with special emphasis on lack of specific training, lack of transparency and distrust in the inventory as the main obstacles that limit the development of this technology in our country.

The new situation that society faces as a result of the rise of technology is evident in all professional and scientific fields, and especially in the field of communication. The change in the way communications are established, mainly among the youth population, has transformed the work routines of the media and other closely related sectors such as advertising and corporate communication. The demand for new skills, competencies and knowledge, together with the digital transformation that companies, institutions and the Public Administration is undergoing, in addition to the increasing automation of work tasks, is generating many questions about the possible disappearance and appearance of new jobs.

Caring for oneself has been considered as a fundamental part of human care, the studies carried out so far have allowed us to investigate, from a hermeneutical exercise, the ontological vision in which caring for oneself means knowing oneself, training oneself and surpassing oneself. To build care for oneself from the perspective of patients on peritoneal dialysis, the qualitative approach was chosen to give meaning to something that from the human experience has an essence. Under a phenomenological approach, using the Spiegelberg method which offers a systematic method to better understand the different approaches to the study of self-care. The informants were selected by people with Chronic Kidney Disease in renal replacement therapy of Peritoneal Dialysis, who freely from their subjectivity and perspectives provided the necessary information for self-interpretation of care, after obtaining informed consent. The social actors interviewed were 6 patients who attended their monthly consultation in the Renal clinic. In the matrix of analysis in a preliminary way it has been possible to reveal that among the attributes of taking care of if they are: the protective actions of health.

Care is part of the nature and constitution of man. In its historical evolution it is undergoing transformations from the biological, emotional, and social aspects, conferring adaptive capacity to different stages of the life cycle and the eventualities that arise in its daily life. The objective investigated was; explore the meaning of self-care in nursing students, placing it in the phenomenological approach, describing the essential structures of the experience lived and perceived by the subjects. The collection was achieved through the in-depth interview. The three key informants participating in this research were nursing students from Universidad del Magdalena who, due to their experiences, relationship skills become an important source of information. As a result of analysis were obtained as categories: Perception of self-care and self-esteem. The conclusions when interpreting the studied phenomenon are: The student who is in formation is able to recognize that taking care of himself is a complex process, which involves the integrality as a whole, the responsibility with himself and with others, this will help him to understand the world of the other in this case the patient who will be under their responsibility in health institutions and communities.

The objective of the research was to understand the meaning of self-care for the coordinators of the Nursing Program's disciplinary area. For the methodological approach was made through the qualitative paradigm with a phenomenological-hermeneutical epistemic matrix, the information was collected with the in-depth interview technique, the key informants were four program coordinators, for the analysis of results the phases of Spiegelberg this allowed to understand the meaning assigned by key informants to self-care. The tour was carried out through the five stages in order to understand the meaning of taking care of oneself from the coordinators, and as a result we have two categories entitled: The Care of Yes as a form of Wellbeing and Strategies to take care of oneself. According to the final considerations, it can be said that taking care of the coordinators of the Nursing Program of the Universidad del Magdalena, for them is important because of their academic and professional training they are aware of the importance of caring Yes, however, they recognize that sometimes they do not attribute the time and importance it has to their health and well-being.

Taking care of the university professor is an area of ​​interest and of great confrontations, it is interesting to ask what is the meaning of taking care of health for the university teacher? The objective of this research was: Describe the phenomenon of self-care for university professors from an integral perspective. This qualitative study of phenomenological nature is aimed at building and investigating the care of the university professors. The research was conducted with four full-time teachers from a public university, the process of data collection was achieved through the in-depth interview, building it a way to know the significant responses of the teacher group and then proceed to interpret them to achieve the construction of the categories emerged from the subcategories obtained. It is concluded that the care of if it should focus on the biopsychosocial and spiritual care of the human being, conceived this as a need for university professors allowing comprehensive care in them through the adoption of health protection measures.
