Resumen
The present study analyzes the relationship between professional preferences and the academic performance of a group of students of Mathematics of the National University of San Agustín - Arequipa. To do this, a non-probabilistic sample of 68 students (66.17% men and 33.83% women) was taken, the Professional Preferences Profile Test was applied, and their average grade in mathematics was recorded. The results show that there is no connection between professional preferences and the academic performance of students. However, there are significant differences corresponding to sex and semester of study. So that men are more realistic and women more artistic, and the seventh-semestrer students have higher scores in research and third-semester students have higher scores in entrepreneurship.

Resumen
The world societies go through a very rapid transformation like result, between other things, to the incorporation of the technologies to all the ambiences of the personal and social life. Switzerland as other countries is not foreign tothese changes and in the educational ambience, it offers across its Curricula 21 an alternative according to the current requirements. The education in Switzerland is a competence transferred in 26 Cantons that shape the Swiss Confederacy.Twenty-one Cantons of German speech received the Curricula 21 for the harmonization of the obligatory school in the frame of the interactional Concordat HarmoS. The target of the Concordat consists of improving the quality of theobligatory public education and overcoming the obstacles that make the educational mobility difficult between the cantons.

Resumen
There is a micro-political environment in school life. The general objective of this study was to analyze the micro-political scope of an educational institution in the city of Lambaré, Paraguay. The focus of the research was qualitative, design, case study and phenomenological, had a descriptive scope. The population was an institution of the same city, and the sample there were the representatives of the different classes of the Team of School Management and two more teachers. The skills have been used: observation, analysis of papers and interviews semi structured. It then proceeded to the organization of the data and the corresponding analysis; which has led to the conclusion that an educational institution has a special treatment, it is not like any organization, there are different groups well differentiated and specified with interests of different types, that each group according to its possibilities you want to keep some kind of control and power, using a variety of strategies.

Education in the most powerful weapon that exist to change the society. It is that intangible instrument that permit the human being stand out in this competitive world where knowing only how to read and write is not enough. To achieve this, it is necessary an education in organizational quality and highly qualified teachers that permit their students analyze and seek solution to the situations of their environment. The characteristics of a good organizational climate and how it influences in the good teachers’ performance are fundamental topic to achieve the educational quality of our educational institutions, therefore, the quality principles should be developed in order to permit perceive the strengths and weaknesses.
