Resumen
This article provides a discussion of new forms of fragmentary and precarious identification, emerging from/at work and non-work, from the decomposition and the regeneration of disciplining labor logics. We develop a general approach to the Chilean case, presenting a series of notes than help to understand the new subjectivities that are related to the phenomena of labor precariousness and labor flexibility.

Resumen
The disposition to learn flows in preschool children, independently from the context; however, an active modifying environment nourishes and strengthens their tendency to learn; in contrast, it is inhibited in an accepting passive environment. They all and permanently tend to learn in a playful and chaotic way, for which they watch intently, rigorously systematize, experience demandingly, comparing features, contrasting and testing them, among many other operations. In an active modifying environment the educator's task flows in an intentional, meaningful and important way, helping modifying students structurally and cognitively, while in the passive accepting environment, it subordinates to distal determinants that cannot modify, which serves as an excuse for a work that does not promote an active and playful learning of each and all of its students.

Resumen
This paper analyzes three of the literary values given by Calvin in his Six propositions for the next millennium, contemplating their mutual relations: lightness, rapidity and consistency. The latter value could not be exposed by Calvin, who died before ending the book. Therefore a reconstruction is attempted from the material of Calvino's literary work (specifically, Baron Rampant) and what was said in previous conferences. The work of relating the three mentioned values to each other and to embody the value of consistency reveals some interesting relationships between biological life and literature as its essence is having a certain conatus (in the Spinozist sense), a certain organization that strives to persevere in being.

Resumen
The drama of two girls aged 13 and 11 years old pregnant after being raped by their fathers has reinstalled intensely the discussion about abortion in Chile. In this respect we can see that the discussion has developed in two spheres. From a subjective point of view, on the morality of the decision to terminate a pregnancy. From an objective perspective, on what is the best law and public policy to regulate induced abortion. This paper addresses the major issues that arise in both dimensions. Thus, we ask: Since when exists the ‘nasciturus’? What is his the moral and legal status? Is there a right to abortion? Depenalization of abortion? Under what circumstances? Who should authorize the abortion decision? We end with a bioethical proposal on how to address the issue in our country.

Resumen
This essay opens like a possibility to talk about gestures, words and images as politics and poetics in the area of pedagogics of differences. Thus, as an entry, it presents some questions of this field of study, moved by the very tension between juridical discourse and the ethic passion unfolded as effects of everyday events on otherness. After this tense opening I present intensely the concept of minimal gestures through four expressive possibilities of four pedagogical gestures: the image, the narrative and the poetic (perception) of the gesture. A gesture. A minimal gesture. An event that irrupts and provokes experience in the educational field: its presence comes before; before any reform of the laws, of any didactic proposition, any curricula adaptation, any political-pedagogical project. The gesture precedes these movements: its a composition and a passageway between all of them.

Resumen
The present investigation aimed to reveal the existence of manifestations of violence in couple relationships in young people pursuing higher education in the city of Osorno, Chile. Participants were 360 students (M = 23,13 years and SD = 4,4 years) on whom an Abuse on Couple Scale in Form A (Rey, 2009), was applied, where the requirement was to be or had been in a partner relationship in the last twelve months. The results show that 85% of the participants reported receiving some form of violence, with no significant difference between sexes. However, in exercised violence there existed a statistically significant difference (88.4% women and 80.9% men). The data shows the gravity of the phenomenon without gender difference, which becomes a challenge for public policies and intervention programs.

Resumen
Often, the border is understood as a rigid line of a geopolitical character that contrasts sovereignty and national interests, minimizing cultural integrative practices occurring on border areas. The aim of this paper is to show the practices of regional integration headed by border populations located on the border of Brazil and Uruguay. For this purpose, civic and carnival parties as collective assertion practices of local culture are highlighted, in front of centralizing nation-states of the 1930s and 1940s. It is verified that the presumed carnivalesque disorder and the order of civic festivals were submitted to a regional interpretation that was seeking forms of integration that could surpass tax, currency and cultural differences in that border area.
