At the end of the twentieth century Charles Perrow (1992) predicted that organizations would surpass economic and salary dependence. At present, companies and institutions position themselves as actors that go beyond the production of goods and services, as organizations that impact on society through their communication and culture (Ávila, 2004). The results of our research "The Axes of Organizational Culture of Corporations and Institutions of the XXI Century" (2011) allowed the validation of what in a previous work Hernandez and Cendejas (2006) named the new corporate values. From a descriptive case study, we found that values such as innovation, organizational learning, knowledge management and social responsibility overlap as the guides that outline the organizational behavior and culture in two Mexican companies. Further discussions on this research directed us to new questions and approaches. They allowed us to think about the power relationships that constitute postmodern organizations from a critical perspective. Luis Reygadas' work «Assembling Cultures» (2002) invited us to reflect about corporate communication beyond its instrumental practice. How are these corporate values restoring -and being restored- the organizational practices? Are there any effects of these corporate values and its communication in the subject itself? Is there any reconfiguration on subjectivity as Reygadas explained? The approach and observations presented in this paper are based on a critical review of our work but also in new bibliography research. We attempt to analyze the post-industrial corporation as «a field of structured and structuring structures» (Bourdieu, 2008) that mediate in the social life and the construction of subjectivities, a space where communication has become a device by which new collective and individual strategies are unfold.

This article provides an interdisciplinary theoretical study, supported on some empirical examples of content analysis and other of hearings, in relation to the economic crisis of 2008 and its effects on the receiver, specified at this time on fear, insecurity and anxiety that a situation confusing provokes. It is believed that the market economy is responsible for the crisis, it is believed that this is an exhausted system, despite which the media have become a myth taken by the citizen as its own. When the myth goes into crisis, the citizen also goes. However, this has not been prepared to confront the problem from the optical intellectual and emotional, drawing on their innate and cultural trends, studied and promoted by the myth-market.

Semiotics plays a very important role in social interaction and user interaction with technology. A field of study that would be attractive for semiotics is the in-depth investigation of the virtual instructions that are found in the objects that surround us, in this way the user's interaction with the technology and the operations he performs would become faster, more easy, more efficient, more attractive and with a lower range of error, thus achieving the formation of an interactive competition between users.

This work proposes the origin of the so-called theory of communication, explaining from the beginning of the theories with the different periods that the author went through that to some extent makes the writing of the text possible. This puts it in conjunction with the research that is always necessary to be able to write the theory and put it into practice together with the ethical exercise that this entails in order to come to light. The text culminates making the theory of communication in the scientific field verifiable leaving the door open to the epistemology of this with the interference of different sciences.

The communication presents a big development on the contribution to global economies, improving them to the generation of value. The ICT’s, has become into “The paradigm” of the new century; Web, blogs, Intranet, cell phone, social nets, distance education, are the tools used by the organizations to optimize the relationships with their customers. The knowledge economy it’s more than the dotcom companies. The changes in the offer and demand, are the new ways of distributing and consuming, to implement investments and financing, changing the international relationships, all that generated for the intensive use of the ICT’s and the digital contents.

In the text of Andrés Lemos, he talks about the new era we are going through: The Age of Connection. This theme covers everything from connecting with mobile phones to Wi-Fi; and synthesizes them as an era of mobility in which the subjects that compose it are nomadic, in their synergy they have information secured because of the new technologies. The current culture is a cyberculture: in which the net is immersed in the personal life of men. What's more, even a wireless connection is a vital part of urban space. Now, a contemporary city without digital technologies or wireless connection is not allowed.

The following essay talks about the important role of information and communication in the contemporary world. These two factors represent, today, power and control in every field; such as: the social, business and even school environment. In the following text mention is made of the relevance of national and international information, and how the latter has become a synonym of power in the capitalist world

Introduction. The resolutive capacity is a result to improve the performance of the integrated health networks. Objective. Evaluate the resolution of the Basic Health Teams according to the execution of key processes in Tercer Frente municipality and explore the perception of patients in relation to the resolutive capacity. Method. Research in health systems and services. The information was obtained byapplying previously validated forms in Family Medical Offices; as a source of information, the patient's clinical history and user questionnaire were used. Results: There was predominance of low stability 76.6%, of the basic health teams and 66.6% of the Basic Groups. 56% controlled their population in 90 and 100%. Compliance with the ASIS was high 30%. Patients suffering Diabetes Mellitus showedbetter control with 82%, followed by those suffering hypertension and cardiopathy with 80%. Pregnancy prevention was the risk best controlled with 91%. 56.6% of the basic teams presented inadequate resolution capacity. While 43.3% presented a salutogenic capacity average. 67.3% of patients agreed that health groups were always available. Conclusions The resolute capacity of Basic Health Teams was inadequate given the results of the evaluation of stability, the control and actions of the analysis of thehealth situation; the perception of the patients was mostly good.

Palliative management of patients in advanced stages of different diseases poses a challenge in medical care. The fact of prolonging life in clinical situations of extreme severity has been coupled with the problem of defining when it is not ethically correct to prolong the agony. The main elements that condition the importance of the improvement of the attention to the patients in terminal stage from the Primary Health Care are described with attentive glance of leaders of this services. In order to carry out this work, a bibliographic review on the subject was carried out using the main databases and internet resources as a source. The search was limited to free full texts and published works of which 97.05% corresponds to the last 5 years. The work is based on the presence in Cuba of pathologies that lead early tothe terminal stage, mainly cancer, which is why it is necessary to improve its approach in the health services of Primary Care.Palliative care has become a social problem for public health due to the high prevalence of sick people in a terminal situation. The health system must provide this health program so that all the demand for palliative care is covered in any geographical location and in the first level of medical care. Managers at this level must generate a change of model that provides sufficient coverage, effectiveness, stability, and continuity with justice and equity.
