Como resultado colectivo del grupo investigador que ha liderado en los últimos cuatro años, José Luis Sánchez Noriega (Historia del cine: teoría y géneros cinematográficos, fotografía y televisión, 2006) presenta esta panorámica sobre el cine español durante la llamada "era socialista", transcurrida entre 1982 y1996. Asegura el historiador en sus páginas la oportunidad de contar con una distancia de dos décadas para afrontar el estudio del cine durante una etapa intensa y compleja, tanto en términos políticos y sociales como creativos: una tarea que el equipo ha llevado a cabo mediante el análisis fílmico de 135 películas representativas de los diferentes temas, estéticas, géneros e ideologías que, a la vuelta de veinte años, componen un atractivo mosaico del período. Communication of fashion brands shapes their identity according to the corporate values shown in their advertising. The current tendency of storytelling highlights the significance of immaterial aspects, since narrative campaigns promote values rather than products and offer stories rather than arguments. With the emergence of fashion films, fashion brands have turned to emotional and narrative communication: while products remain in the background, values and storytelling become the backbone of the discourse.In this study, we will analyze the series of fashion films Tender Stories (2014-2017), from the jewelry firm Tous, whose stories focus on the concept of love. For this, we will use the film analysis proposed by García-Noblejas ("first and second navigations") to discover how Tous conceives love in various relationships (courtship, marriage, parent-child relationship) and how the brand conceives it as a corporate value within its storytelling

Disruptive technologies and their impact on journalism and communication force us to assume challenges in learning new techniques for data and information processing. Interdisciplinary knowledge is evident in the teaching of new professional profiles. Data journalism is an example of this, so the immersion into a data culture must be preceded by awareness in the learning of news applications, algorithms or the treatment of Big Data, elements that configure new paradigms among journalists of the media on the Internet. With the revision of texts, direct observation of selected applications and case study, some conclusions are established that contain a growing demand in the knowledge of new techniques. The results show the use of technological resources and the proposal of changes in the curricula of the communication faculties.

This article includes the study of metaphor as a strategy for interpreting the terrorist attacks perpetrated in Madrid on March 11, 2004 in three newspapers published in different languages in different countries. The text offers a multidisciplinary view to the metaphor, based on the interpretation of this figure as one of the linguistic forms of the interpretation of reality in a journalistic text and the so-called framing theory.

In recent years, the irruption of digital technologies forces museums not only to try to take advantage of these new possibilities but also to seek to optimize them to strengthen the achievement of a more social, participatory and collaborative museum, in line with what other cultural institutions are doing as well. In this context, social networks in general –and Facebook in particular- can offer many opportunities. The aim of this paper is to analyze the communication of Spanish museums in this service in order to assess the extent to which they are using it in this sense. To do so, we have carried out a content analysis of the messages posted during 6 months by the 10 most followed Spanish museums on Facebook. Results confirm that its promotional use prevails, both in quantity and variety, over other modalities more aimed at creating community, as might be expected from a social museum.

Currently, the Consumer Nicaragua has Law No. 842, Law on Protection of Consumers and Users, published in La Gaceta, No. 129, of July 11, 2013 and its regulations, created with the objective to grant safety and effectiveness in the protection of consumer rights. This work explores how thirty years after the promulgation of the Cuban Civil Code, the analysis of atypical hiring in contrast to the prevailing reality is a challenge. Combining contractual freedoms, with interpretive norms and atypicalities, leads us to look at the Civil Law in a systemic way from its general principles to the market, the actors of today in contracting and those who need to venture into the business world and the obligatory legal relationships. That is why at first it is about linking the interpretative tendencies with the characters and foundations of atypical contracts according to the challenges presented in relation to the figure. Subsequently, it is analyzed how hiring for vulnerable subjects such as the future protection mandate and the maintenance contract become alternatives for dependent subjects, so that due to their nature and negotiating cause, they have differentiated contractual interpretation rules.

In this investigation, before addressing the notion of proof which translates into the imperative need to prove in all fields, the study of all relevant aspects is undertaken in the judicial process. The primary objective of which is to bring absolutely certainty to the judge. This requires an analysis of the burden of proof in a traditional system, which has been complimented with dynamic loading. From the illustration, the struggle for equality implies that men and women should receive the same treatment and benefits, which became the normative and ethical horizon of feminism, since the disadvantages of women began to be part of the population. Today, despite this struggle and great achievements, inequalities between men and women persist. Thus the struggle for equality has not remained static, has been enriched and reformulated over time and has been included in the legislation of different countries including Nicaragua, so I will develop the inclusion of the principle of equality in Nicaraguan law, inspiring Of the rest of the fundamental rights in the criminal area. It will also be a priority to analyze the principle of real and material equality and its main problems.

This article deals with the development of constitutional tributary clauses in Nicaragua. The general purpose is to present a brief systematization of the constitutional configuration of the Nicaraguan tributary system. Among the specific objectives underlies are: to recognize the constitutional tributary antecedents, to analyze the constitutional tributary principles in force, to assess the tributary law reserve and locate the Nicaraguan constitutional tributary system in relation to comparative law. The research is theoretical-dogmatic, in this the normativity and constitutional tributary axiology is analyzed with historical and comparative references. Among the main findings are the following: Since, the dawn of Nicaraguan constitutionalism, it is observed how manifest and progressively, although also slowly, has been configured tributary matter at the level of the Magna Carta. There is an early constitutional adoption of the principle of tributary progressiveness, first exhaustively and now implicitly. Nevertheless, some evidences are related to the existence of a regressive tributary system. There is an adequate law reserve in tributary matter, both for the establishment of taxes and the exemption of the same. The conclusion is inclined to strengthen the fundamental text with a strict determination of the principle of tributary progressiveness.
