Resumen
The following article intends to address the recent processes of organizing the “excluded” in the key of popular economy in Argentina. We are interested in punctually stopping in the modalities acquired by the demand for the recognition as a trade union actor of the Confederation of Workers of the Popular Economy that brings together a group of social organizations that emerged in the heat of the resistance of the neoliberal outpost during the 1990s in this country. We inquire there, the ways in which the claims and demands of the organizations nucleated in the Confederation stress with different views around the institutions of the world of work.
The proposed analysis is framed in the results of a qualitative investigation, which articulates the observation of the daily scale, with in-depth interviews, the documentary collection and the public voices

The present article undertakes an analysis of a social policy in Argentina, executed since February 2020. Specifically, from the tradition of critical studies of ideology, we analyze the construction of “hunger” as a social problem, its actors and agencies, expressed in the written informative materials handed out to the beneficiaries of the “Alimentar Card” in the city of Córdoba. This debit card is destined to poor families, for the purchase of food. We study how discourse allows visualizing, as symptoms, the class bias and ideological truths consolidated around the eating of poor people in Capitalist Realism. For this, we approach the public event in which the Alimentar Card was distributed, and analyze specifically the informative materials given to assistants. The case identifies ideological principles of capitalism, central to questioning current democracies and policies, such as the ideas of shortage, infantilization of the poor and individual resolution of poverty though consumption.

Resumen
Using interpretative analysis methods, the paper looks at policy and analyzes the meaning, values and judgements implicit on the devices that gave footing to the program's creation and of the analysis of six interviews with public officials in position to make decisions and that participated in part in the creation or modification of the program. The results show that the prejudices of the culture of poverty are present in the documents that gave rise to the program, in the founding documents of the program and within the narratives of said public officials.

Resumen
This text objective is to describe, explain and reflect the current society in the midst of the pandemic, in relation to tiredness or fatigue. In the sense of mental health symptoms or disorders whose main ingredient or one of them is fatigue. This is done through specialized definitions, as well as what people say they feel about it. Apparently we are in a society where fatigue reigns, not only that produced by the work or social rhythm, consumerism and productivity, performance and self-demand of some sectors, but also the pandemic and especially confinement, homeoffice and distance education have increased fatigue and the realization of it. So, this text is also an invitation to reflect on the subject.

This text analyzes from the hermeneutical method the lack of protection and exclusion of a certain part of the population by the modern State as a response to the mechanisms of preservation and satisfaction of another part of this human existence, manifesting itself as the reverse and the obverse of the management of organic life by political power, a situation that some authors have called biopolitics. The objective is to distinguish the mechanisms that entail considering a certain part of the population as expendable and therefore excusable lives, as well as the devices aimed at their rejection, lack of protection, and elimination. The conclusions of these reflections are approached from the migratory phenomenon, as the population group that personifies these expendable lives in modernity.
