Resumen
The objective of the research was to evaluate the vigor roselle crop (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.) using rhizobacteria of Pseudomonas fluorences under conditions of stress caused by copper sulfate (CuSO4), as an alternative for the phytoremediation of soils contaminated with wastewater. The experiment was conducted at the facilities of Campus Montecillo in the Colegio de Postgraduados, Mexico. Seeds of two cultivars of jamaica (cv. Creole and cv. Spider) inoculated with cells of six bacterial strains (M83, M67, M88, L168, M82_A and M82_C), which were planted and grown in a greenhouse to determine: stem length (SL), root length (RL), dry root biomass (DRB), chlorophyll content (CHC), number of leaves (NL), stem diameter (SD) and radical volume (RV). The implemented experimental design was completely random blocks with a factorial arrangement (4 x 2 x 2 x 2). The concentrations of CuSO4 used in the sowing were 10-2 molar concentration (M) for the cv. Creole and 10-6 M for the cv. Spider. The type of soil was decisive because it caused significant differences in most of the variables evaluated, except in the RL, DRB and RV. Inoculation with bacterial strains caused inhibition in the growth of SD in the cv. Spider at 80 days after sowing (das). The strains that promoted the plant growth of roselle were M83, M67 and M82 used in both cultivars. It is concluded that the roselle plants had no negative effects due to the stress condition caused by CuSO4. In general, the cultivar that had a greater tolerance to CuSO4 was cv. Creole, therefore, could be considered as an alternative for phytoremediation of soils contaminated with wastewater.

Resumen
Most of the farmers who grow cactus pear (Opuntia albicarpa) use manure as a fertilizer. This practice increases the problems of pests. The use of endomycorrhiza (Glomus intraradices) is almost unknown to farmers. Therefore, the objective of this research was to study the effect of the application with organic matter (OM) and inoculation with endomycorrhiza in cactus pear.
The study was conducted under greenhouse conditions at the Montecillo Campus of the Postgraduate College, Mexico. Two types of soil from San Luis Potosí, Mexico were used, one of reddish coloration (xerosol) and another gray (lithosol).
The results show that there were significant differences (p ≤ 0.05) in all the variables by the inoculation with endomycorrhiza, and in the majority of those by the application of OM. Both the mycorrhiza and the application of OM, as vermicompost, promoted a greater growth of the stem and the root. The types of soils used did not affect the growth of the plants.
The mycorrhiza can be useful to improve mineral nutrition, and thus increase yields in the cactus pear plantations. In addition, these fungi can increase yields, and help reduce production costs. The application of 50 t ha-1 of vermicompost is a better alternative to add nutrients and OM to this crop.

Resumen
A suitable combination of organic sources of nutrients can allow an adequate growth, yield of the strawberry crop, and decrease the use of chemical fertilizers to the benefit of the environment and consumers. Likewise, silicon can help plants to withstand adverse environmental, biological, and edaphic conditions, increasing and improving production quality. Therefore, the objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of three sources of organic fertilization: one of animal origin (fish); one of vegetable origin (corn), and one of animal and vegetable origin (fish - corn) plus a chemical treatment such as control (Steiner), with three silicon concentrations of 0, 15 and 20 ppm. Growth parameters, physiological parameters, as well as nutraceutical performance and quality were evaluated in strawberry fruits of the Camino Real cultivar, under a completely randomized design with factorial arrangement (4 x 3). The results of vegetative growth and physiological parameters of the treatments with organic fertilization showed statistically equal values to the control treatment, likewise for the yield and nutraceutical quality. The addition of silicon to the doses studied did not cause effects on any of the variables studied. The results suggest that it is totally feasible to replace chemical fertilization with organic, obtaining identical results.

Resumen
Bioremediation processes for the degradation of dyes from the textile industry have been of great interest, due to their capacity to decompose these contaminants without generating toxic products. Direct blue 71 contains three N=N azo groups and has an aromatic structure, making it a compound that is difficult to degrade. We evaluated the degradation potential of direct blue dye 71 by bacteria of the genus Bacillus. Bacteria isolated from sediments of hydrological basins were used, Gram staining and observation by scanning electron microscopy were performed. The kinetics of growth and biodegradation were performed in nutrient broth added with 100 mgL-1 of direct blue 71 incubating at 37°C and 200 rpm for 5 days, growth was determined by spectrophotometry at 600 nm and biodegradation at 575 nm. Phylogenetic analysis of the bacterial strains was carried out by amplifying the 16S rRNA gene. Two bacillary bacteria Gram positive were identified. Phylogenetic analysis identified strain ANCd110506 as Bacillus anthracis and strain ANHg310511 as Bacillus thuringensis, with a similarity index of 97.6 % and 100 %, respectively. Bacillus anthracis presented a biodegradation of 75.5 %, while the Bacillus thuringensis strain obtained a biodegradation of 67.9 % in 120 hours.

Resumen
This research work shows the contribution of supplementary cementitious materials (SCMs) in reducing the corrosion phenomenon in steel embedded in ternary concrete. Ternary steel-concrete systems were developed, consisting of AISI 1018 (AC) steel embedded in ternary concrete with a water/cement ratio of 0.45. Partial substitutions were made with respect to the mass of ordinary portland cement (OPC) by sugarcane bagasse ash (SCBA) and fly ash (FA) at 10, 20 and 30 %, the value of these percentages corresponds to 50 % CBCA and 50 % CV. The systems were evaluated with the electrochemical polarization resistance (Rp) technique, where corrosion current density (icorr) and corrosion velocity (Vcorr) were analyzed as indicators to evaluate corrosion phenomenon. The steel-concrete system with 20 % substitution (AC-CT20), decreased the Vcorr by 89 % with respect to the reference system (AC-REF). This result was attributed to the AC being in a passive state, which was associated with the passive film formation that was confirmed by the value of the mean icorr of 0.09 µA/cm2.

Resumen
In this work, thin films with a ZnO:Al/Ag/ZnO:Al multilayer structure were deposited by radio frequency (RF) and pulsed DC sources in a magnetron sputtering system on glass substrates at 50 °C with different deposition times of the Ag layer. The results showed that the thin films' properties improved with increasing the deposition time of the silver metallic interlayer and with thermal treatment at 300 °C for one hour. The highest average transmittance in the visible range was 89 %. The best values of resistivity and conductivity were 10-4 Ω·cm and 103 Ω-1cm-1, respectively. Finally, the XRD patterns showed that with an increase in the Ag layer's deposition time, the plane's peak (111) belonging to the Ag plane was observed.

Resumen
Multidisciplinary, interdisciplinary, and transdisciplinary terms are more used than defined, which implies that they are confusing; so, they need to be clarified. We carried out a morphological and semantic analysis in order to delimit the meaning of the terms studied with the support of dictionary definitions in four languages. It appeals to the historical and philosophical meaning of the concept of discipline and to various institutional and academic conceptualizations of the studied terms that derive from discipline. The description of the prefixes multi-, inter-, and trans-, and of the suffix -dad, along with the historical and philosophical analysis of the term discipline, allows us to arrive at different typologies of the concepts of multi-, inter-, and transdiscipline and realize their historicity.

Resumen
Dispersed urban growth in the Toluca Metropolitan Area (ZMT) has accelerated in recent decades, and ecological ordering and urban planning have been exceeded. At the same time, there are no studies that guide decision-making for the correct exploitation and use of the territory. The objective of this study was to generate a territorial aptitude evaluation model to guide the direction of urban growth, through an analysis of the carrying capacity of the territory for a sustainable urban development of the ZMT. Impact urban expansion zones were identified in areas with ecological and environmental value, and socio-natural risk areas, with respect to current urban growth. Alternatives are proposed to reorient the direction and form of urban growth with criteria for the preservation of productive and environmental areas.

Resumen
The applications of malathion ULV in the Region Lagunera are considered as a fundamental action to combat the cotton boll weevil Anthonomus grandis, Boheman, considered the main pest in this region. The present study was carried out know the effect generated by aerial applications of malathion ULV on the beneficial insect associated with the cotton crop. Samples were carried out in four fields located in the state of Durango with different number of aerial applications during August in the 2018 and 2019 agricultural cycles. Samples consisted of 20 net sweeps in five points of each locality, giving a total of 100 blows per property, later collected material was classified and identified in the laboratory. The variables evaluated were the number of insects per 100 net sweeps of each species or taxonomic group. In the 2018 cycle, the Lucero field had two aerial applications presented a greater number of entomophagous insects compared to other fields (F = 7.088, gl = 3, P = 0.001). Britingham field had three aerial applications, two in Horizonte and only one in Pamplona. In the 2019 cycle no significant difference was observed between fields (F = 0.798, gl = 3, P = 0.503). San Sebastián field had three aerial applications, two in Lucero, only one in Jauja while in the Pamplona field no applications were made. In 2018 the most abundant were C. carnea, H. convergens and O. tristicolor, while in 2019 C. carnea, O. tristicolor and H. convergens were in descending order.

Resumen
The Virtual Psychological Care Guide (VPCG_COVID-19) has been designed as a tool for orientation and urgent attention to psychological conditions and symptoms during the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic. Objective. To assess the psychological impact on the levels of depression, anxiety and stress associated with the implementation of a telepsychology intervention based on the VPCG_COVID-19. A single group repeated measures design was used to assess depression, anxiety and stress before (T0 = pretest), after (T1 = posttest) and 14 days after its implementation (T2 = retest). A sample of 117 adults participated (mean age = 37.69; SD = 12.07; 62.4 % male) and received telepsychology care and were channeled according to VPCG_COVID 19 criteria: Level 2 psychoeducation and orientation (n = 46), level 3 = psychological first aid (n = 24) and level 4 = brief cognitive behavioral therapy-brief (n = 47). Significant differences were found in depression, anxiety and stress, for the three levels of attention (pre, post and retest measurements).
