The highest consumption was in indications related to IFD tested with a proven DOT of 10.54 days, with liposomal amphotericin B and iv voriconazole the drugs with the highest consumption with a DOT probable_AnBL of 3.15 and DOT proven voriconazole iv of 3.01. Conclusions: The consumption of antifungal drug medications generates high costs at 12% of the total pharmacy budget of our institution. Resumen
The purpose of this research was to analyze the fertilization planning process of the pineapple crop (Ananás comosus) in the El Tequere sector of the Aguedo Felipe Alvarado parish in the Iribarren municipality of Lara State. Framed under a field design of a descriptive type and considering as a population object of study all the producers that are located in the sector, the information necessary for the development of the research was obtained by means of the application of a Likert scale questionnaire, highlighting data of interest with which it was possible to describe, diagnose and perform a vulnerability analysis of the fertilization planning process of the aforementioned area. The analysis revealed that this process is performed empirically by people who are not trained to carry out such an important function effectively; Likewise, it showed how 6 of the 10 success factors, considered to be determinant in terms of their influence on the evaluated process, are located in the quadrants I Defenseless and Vulnerable IV, as a result of the low response capacity of the producers to resist and recover. in situations where the shortage of fertilizers, loss of tradition in the production of this item in the area, absence of technical advisors and low prices of final products are the protagonists.

Resumen
The purpose of the research is to analyze the management system of service quality and customer satisfaction through the SERVQUAL model in the sugar mills of the Portuguese state during 2016. The study is based on a non-experimental, descriptive transectional design, being the type of field research, supported by a documentary research, with a level of depth in the analysis of evaluative type. Two study universes were identified, the first consisting of the A and B centrals, and the second by their external clients, to whom a Likert-scale questionnaire was applied to collect the information. The results obtained show that the external customers of Central A present an average level of satisfaction since this company does not comply with the characteristics demanded by the client, detecting weaknesses referring to lack of commitment of the organization with the quality management system implemented. On the other hand, the external clients of Central B demonstrate to be satisfied with the perceived quality of service, evidencing a high level of satisfaction. This demonstrates the strengths based on the commitment that all the personnel of the organization have in achieving to satisfy the needs of the client.
