We worked on the basis of promoting the minimization of psychosocial risks in the teachers of Escuela Integral Bolivariana: "Rafael Rangel" II of the municipality Nirgua Yaracuy, through management strategies. The study was conducted under the modality of field research under the socio-critical paradigm, participatory action research method (IAP); taking the labor characteristics of 13 teachers during the 2012-2013 school year to be active in their duties. It concludes by highlighting the importance of disseminating information for the health of education workers and urging other researchers to address this issue to promote change. The purpose of this essay is to reflect on the epistemological approaches of management, oriented towards their contributions in the formation of the new manager of the 21st century. For which a documentary review was carried out, where constructs such as management, management training, positivist and constructivist epistemology are examined. In addition to recent trends in managerial epistemology, such as complexity and holistic. It is analyzed through epistemology which or which are the most suitable perspectives to direct the training for the current management praxis. From this epistemological reflection, we look for the possibilities of integrating and complementing the different approaches in what I call an epistemological encounter for managerial training.

The so-called Turing test-which its author, Alan Turing, coined as a game of imitation in 1950-served as a stimulus to computer scientists investigating as pioneers in artificial intelligence; some believe, diverting their true ends. But it also began a long half-century controversy over its validity. Then, abandoned by computer scientists as a historical piece. Not so for philosophers, who continue to seek a formal, scientific-philosophical proof of the mind-matter relationship, for it is a secular problem: what is human nature and if there are differences between man and everything else in the universe? The present work is an anthological chronicle of how the problem has been treated by some scientists and philosophers, from the proposal of Turing until today.

The current economic scenario and its obvious results directly and unavoidably affect financial growth, causing serious social, cultural and political collateral consequences. The research based on documents, notably bibliographic, was the one used for the writing of this article that aims to demonstrate the indispensable and objective interaction between the University, the State and the Company, as an essential motor of the economic development of the Country, with a focus towards gender equity. The Institutions of Higher Education, (IES) intervene as an entity of generation and transfer of knowledge, developing scientific research and additionally scrutinizing the industry, so that it is where the results of these discoveries are executed, technically promoting the innovation in existing services, goods, and merchandise, as well as the creation of new products. On the other hand, it is the responsibility of HEIs to promote inclusive education, in addition to the concretion of the Declaration of Human Rights, where it is considered that equity between women and men has been aggravated by the current socio-economic crisis, which makes the principle equality remains paramount (Campoy-Carbajales, 2017). The State intervenes as an investor entity that directs the resources with the objective of obtaining a social and cultural profitability, strengthening its government policy and the competitiveness indexes. The final axis in this trilogy is the Company, as the beneficiary of these products, because it will be able to have up-to-date and accurate information to implement it, either in the safeguarding technology of production or in the creation of new business plans, as a result of this integration, optimum results will be obtained, such as the strengthened fomentation of entrepreneurship.

Aims of the study determine the behavior of productive indicators of rice, with the use of different irrigation depths. The work was carried out in La Victoria, saltpeter, Guayas, Ecuador. The variety of rice INIAP-12, in pitches of 80 m2, with irrigation every 15 days and 90 kg of urea was used / has (15-30 days). Design of blocks at random, three groups (5, 10 and 15 cm of irrigation), 3 replicas/group and 12 plots. Were compared: children/plant/m2; height of plants; plants with fallen growth; panicle/m2; filled seeds; weight of 1000 seeds/m2; production of seeds with 14% moisture and economic viability. As a result was a greater number of children per plant (424 ±42 children/m2); panicles (413.50 ±12/m2); filled seeds (92 7%); higher seed weight (29.75 ±5 g/1000 seeds/m2); more seeds by has (84.15 7 kg / has); lower plant height (99.25 ±2 cm); plants with growth fallen (10 ±2%); (10 ±2%); cost (2.94) benefit and cost per kg ($ 0.06) were obtained with 5 cm of irrigation. Irrigation of 15 cm produced the worst production indicators and less economic utility. As conclusions emphasize the best productive indicators of rice obtained with 5 cm of irrigation. The feasibility was favorable in all cases, but the best economic results were obtained in irrigation of 5 cm. He is not recommended to hold a flood of 15 cm of irrigation in rice cultivation.

Collaborative job, also known as peer technique (PT), offers an alternative for the development of mathematical logic skills in preschool students. There are factors such as collaboration, communication and especially the face-to-face interaction of the students, which together with the teacher's performance, interact to achieve the best performance of the students. The intention is to improve the quality of learning in preschool students, and at the same time, combine it with the competencies and skills of the teacher, to strengthen the development of each and every one of the abilities of students, using mathematical logic. The research is qualitative and descriptive. Hermeneutics and phenomenology help the interpretation of the different authors to complement the study. The results of the research are focused on cooperative work, based on a learning methodology, developing new strategies for its best application, and at the same time, improving the skills of mathematical logic. With the application of the techniques by pairs, satisfactory results will be obtained, to develop the cognitive processes of the preschool students.
