This article raises the possibility of measuring the management of corporate social responsibility from the workplace and employment promotion. Raises a question: How should corporate social responsibility be measured? Today, organizations, whether public or private, measure all the activities they carry out with results or product indicators, only in this way they can establish progress in meeting the goals that have been set, which is established urgently today, even more so when each more time it is required that their Sustainability Reports have more accountability, to their stakeholders, when today in the case of corruption, compliance becomes necessary to establish or improve at all levels, when managing under international standards, (example: ISOS ) of anticorruption, of environmental care, quality, security, etc., they seek to work by measuring the management of the organization and taking action against it.The relevance and innovation of the article is to notice its application in the country from the public sphere, sustains the importance of socially responsible management in the field of work and promotion of employment 

La trata de personas es posiblemente uno de los delitos transnacionales más rentables en la actualidad. Aunque la esclavitud fue abolida en los Estados Unidos con la aprobación de la Decimotercera Enmienda en 1865, la práctica de vender y explotar la voluntad de los seres humanos continúa ocurriendo. De hecho, en el año 2000, Estados Unidos promulgó la Ley de protección a las víctimas de trata y violencia, la cual prohíbe tanto el tráfico sexual como el tráfico laboral. A pesar de los esfuerzos concertados para combatir la trata de personas, el comercio de personas continúa creciendo y, si bien la Ley de protección contra la trata y la violencia es una mejora con respecto a las políticas anteriores, solo una fracción de las víctimas estimadas recibe asistencia a sus necesidades. Este artículo explorará el problema de la trata de personas en los Estados Unidos y cómo las políticas de inmigración existentes permiten que la trata persista en los Estados Unidos.

Human trafficking is arguably one of the most profitable transnational crimes today. Although slavery was abolished in the United States with the passage of the Thirteenth Amendment in 1865, the practice of selling and exploiting the will of humans continues to occur. In fact, in 2000, the United States enacted legislation, the law Victims of Trafficking and Violence Protection Act of 2000, which prohibits both sex trafficking and labor trafficking. Despite concerted efforts to combat human trafficking, the trade in person continue to grow and although the Trafficking and Violence Protection Act is an improvement over past policies, only a fraction of the estimated victims are being reached and assisted with the purpose provide services that would address their needs. This article will explore the world’s trafficking problem addressing the human trafficking in the United States and how the existing immigration policies allow trafficking to persist in the Unites States. 

This article develops an innovative perspective related to the administrative responsibility for governance and citing Haldenwang C., the concept of Governance points out: "The concept of Governance is a basic idea shared by most international organizations. This approach covers the presence of democratic and legitimate political institutions, a public administration, efficient and responsible, the rule of law, respect for fundamental rights and effective public regulation of markets ". The author points out that this term has surpassed the concepts of Government and Governance and despite its study, for our reality, it is in relation to Governance and the new approach applicable to the theory of responsibility.

El feedback correctivo escrito (FCE) ha demostrado ser efectivo para el tratamiento de ciertas estructuras gramaticales (Ferris & Roberts, 2001); sin embargo, persisten factores que dificultan realizar conclusiones categóricas al respecto. Algunos de estos corresponden al tipo de las formas que se benefician de un tratamiento como este, a los distintos contextos de aprendizaje investigados, a los diversos niveles de competencia lingüística de los participantes, entre otros  (Hyland & Hyland, 2006; Guenette; 2007).  La presente investigación estudia dos estrategias de FCE indirecto; a saber, indirecto con indicación y localización e indirecto con indicación, localización y explicación metalingüística, en el tratamiento de la forma comparativa de adjetivos en inglés a nivel escolar. Los objetivos son examinar la efectividad del FCE y robustecer la evidencia empírica en contextos de aprendizaje que han sido insuficientemente indagados. Este primer acercamiento constituye una aproximación inédita que contribuye al fortalecimiento y al aumento de la evidencia empírica existente en el ámbito del FCE. La muestra del estudio correspondió a 24 estudiantes de 8° año de enseñanza primaria con un nivel básico de competencia lingüística en el idioma inglés como lengua extranjera. Los resultados muestran que ambos tipos de feeback promueven el uso preciso de la forma estudiada pero el FCE indirecto con indicación y localización del error es el que consigue mayores logros que se mantienen en el tiempo. Estos antecedentes sugieren una acción facilitadora del FCE en el tratamiento de la forma gramatical apuntada. 

En este artículo se analiza la construcción de los cuerpos de los personajes protagónicos femeninos de las novelas Impuesto a la carne (2010) y Fuerzas especiales (2013) de Diamela Eltit. Se sostiene que estos cuerpos son cyborgs que se generan gracias a articulaciones inmanentes con las tecnologías biomédicas, informáticas, escriturales, lo humano y el biopoder. El artículo se centra en la descripción de las estrategias de resistencia germinales desarrolladas por estos cuerpos cyborgs, las que se sustentan en las promesas de creación y regeneración de espacios virtuales alternativos a los predispuestos por los poderes hegemónicos. En Impuesto a la carne (2010) este espacio virtual se materializa a través de la escritura de una Crónica alternativa a la Historia oficial chilena y, en Fuerzas especiales (2013), con la creación del primer videojuego de la escena nacional. Desde esta perspectiva, estos cuerpos disruptivos y en constante reformación, son agentes biopolíticos que ensayan formas distintas de existencia dentro de un sistema dominado por poderes normalizadores.
