Resumen
At present, it is widely recognized that personal and professional development is one of the most decisive motivations in job performance. From this perspective, the employees could be lead to competently respond to a different work environment. But since this is focused not so much on the acquisition of knowledge as on the development of abilities and habits, learning is principally practical and affective, rather than intellectual and theoretical. Consequently, it is best attained on-the-job rather than in the classroom. In this context, the management of RRHH in the business enterprise has a manifest education dimension

Resumen
Objective: Iidentify the factors that allowed a product of the objectives of Tianguistengo and Xochicoatlán, of the state of Hidalgo to pass from self-consumption to the link with the market as a result of the support of the Strategic Food Security Project (PESA). Methodology: The main instrument of analysis was a survey, which is shown among 61 producers. Based on the theoretical approach to local development, five analysis variables were established: the availability of natural resources, the adoption of new production practices, teamwork among producers, the origin of capital with the start of their projects and actions of the local government. Results: results show that the work among producers, the availability of natural resources in the area and the adoption of new production practices allowed producers to increase their production and place it in local markets. Limitation: The long distance between each locality complicated the field visits. Conclusions: the results showed that the producers changed the destination of their production due to the joint action of different factors.

Resumen
Objective: The focus of this investigation is to study the motivations of people who participate as volunteers in the community dining rooms of the State of Mexico, and based on solidary actions and cooperation, how social relationships between people involved in community dining rooms are built, as volunteers or dinners is analyzed. Methodology: The study takes place in several community dining rooms in the State of Mexico. Voluntary participation in community dining rooms was studied from the social constructionism perspective. This was considering the categories of volunteer motivation and using qualitative tools such as semi-structured interviews and a questionnaire with open-ended questions with the objective of ascertaining what motivates people who participate voluntarily and as well as the relationships of social solidarity for social construction and reconstruction, from an actor centered perspective. Results: The present work clearly identifies a proactive and pro-social voluntary participation of people who need to feed their family, but, at the same time, this is an act of solidarity and generosity because of the interest in social welfare and feeding of people who need it. Limitations: Motivations compete with the alimentary needs that families have to face and the difficulties of participation without pay in community dining rooms may promote their dependence and increase their vulnerability. Conclusions: An actor-oriented perspective indicates the need to understand the motives of voluntary participation in community dining rooms and how volunteering becomes a part of everyday life of the people involved. Furthermore, this perspective allows analysis of social practice and discourse carried out and interpreted by social actors, therefore enabling the consideration of small-scale social interaction scenarios as a pool of resources and relationship networks.

Resumen
Objective: To make a diagnosis about the semi-urban municipality of Ixtepec city, Oaxaca, and to determine if the Ixtepec city municipal government is a promoter of local development. Methodology: The methodology used is a qualitative exploratory type. The interview methods are used as data collection methods, based on the program and methodology "Agenda From the local", as well as a questionnaire given to citizens. Results: Indicate that there is no positive relationship between the various local actors, public, private or the various levels of government; therefore, they do not articulate the local development process. The absence of an administrative unit whose attributions are the promotion of local development is shown. Limitations: We can say that it is considered a single quadrant of "Sustainable Economic Development", of the four proposed by the program "Agenda from the local" and that only the case of the Ixtepec city council has been considered, a generalization of the results will depend on the political characteristics, institutional and cultural activities of municipalities of other federal entities. Conclusions: For the municipality to carry out the local development process it requires management modernization instruments and an administrative structure with the purpose of better exercising economic competences: that can design, implement and disseminate public development policies, likewise, it is necessary to highlight the importance of the mobilization and participation of local actors.

Resumen
Objective: Analyze, from a socioterritorial perspective, the economic and cultural transformations that have occurred in some rural municipalities of the Tehuacán Valley since the arrival of the maquila de confección. Methodology: Case study as an articulating axis and use various qualitatives techniques such as interview and observation, we seek to understand the changes in these territories from the point of view of its inhabitants. Results: One of the contributions of this article is to emphasize the importance of understanding the rural as a complex socioterritorial system, constituted by a material dimension but also by symbolic elements. We focus especially on the modifications of cultural and economic patterns which directly affect the social dynamics of these territories, but at the same time generate certain resistance to this type of transformation, for example the rescue of the original languages. Limitations: Consists in the insufficient representativeness of the case analysis. Conclusions: These changes are made within the framework of a new productive and labor restructuring, which continues to affect these territories and their inhabitants.

Resumen
Objective: To describe and analyze traditional knowledge used in the production of handmade chocolate in Tabasco, Mexico. Methodology: The research method was qualitative and analytical. The data was gathered through participatory workshops, direct observation and in-depth interviews with small rural producers of chocolate. Results: Handmade chocolate is part of the current diet of the inhabitants of the Chontalpa region, and it incorporates local knowledge passed orally for generations. They produce for self-consumption and in some cases, they sell the surplus in the market. Limitations: Future research on the subject should address the structure of production costs and consumer preferences for the attributes related to local ingredients and craft process. Conclusions: There is a potential niche market with local and regional consumers who have lost knowledge in the production of chocolate and who do not have time to make their own products and a market of nostalgia that is located in cities of Tabasco.

Resumen
Objective: This research investigates the perspective of returning migrants about climate change. The main purpose is to collect data on their knowledge and perception of climate change; and their available resources to cope with it. Methodology: A survey was applied in six communities within Puebla. These areas will suffer different climate challenges by 2020. Results: The main discovery, after statistical analysis, is that the returning migrants heard about climate change in USA, and they only had a basic knowledge on the subject. Also, they were willing to participate in collective programs to mitigate the impact of drastic temperature changes in their hometown. In addition, the main determinants in the knowledge and readiness are: schooling years and English proficiency. Limitations: Although, this is a regional case, its main feature is that the sample is formed by returning migrants, who are an increasing population in Mexico. Conclusions: it must be noted that the migrating experience was relevant in the knowledge of this phenomenon and the amount of resources they had to cope with this environmental issue. Nevertheless, schooling years is the most explanatory variable, and most of them attend school only in Mexico. So this is a very good reason to incorpórate them like promoters for a sustainable regional development.

Resumen
Objective: Develop a model of the decision making process for the sustainable construction of public works. Methodology. Methodology: Procedure consisted in the application of interviews to decision makers, selected through a sample of experts. Next, the variables or codes were identified, which were incorporated into a qualitative data analysis system to obtain the weights of the variables in order to develop a sustainable decision model and generate scenarios with different alternatives. Results: The decision-making model obtained was integrated from the transformation of the qualitative data coded through a scale to establish the corresponding quantitative values. The general matrix of vectors was obtained, from which the alternative is selected according to the criteria of sustainability and decision making with sustainable rationality. Limitations: During the investigation, logistical difficulties arose in the choice of decision makers that led to the modification of the sample. Conclusions: The conclusions of the research is that, with the application of the model of sustainable rationality of the decision-making process for the construction of public works, it will be feasible to change the limited rationality or rational expectations by selecting an alternative from several, to a sustainable rationality that allow to support in the definition of public policies.
