Resumen
The health emergency caused by SARS-CoV-2 modified the community’s lifestyle, causing an increase in morbidity and mortality worldwide, which would eventually negatively impact the socioeconomic level. In this context, the necessary vaccination programs were implemented to reduce the impact of the pandemic. This narrative review analyzes vaccination programs by international guidelines. As result, six countries from three different regions were analyzed, where all countries complied with international regulations and only two achieved an approximate 50 percent vaccination rate in their population. The stratification by priority groups and the staggered development of the programs was an ideal strategy to avoid the impact of the pandemic. On the other hand, the new health challenges increase the need to train health professionals to enable the execution of comprehensive operational actions for the creation of policies and programs.

Resumen
In recent years, ecotourism has gained relevance as an option to recreate culture, preserve traditions and conserve the environment, and it is also considered an economic development strategy to combat poverty and inequality in rural communities in the state of Oaxaca. Therefore, the objective of this article is to analyze communal property as a key element to promote the successful development of ecotourism enterprises. To this end, a qualitative type of research with a hermeneutic method was used and an analysis of the current legal framework of communal property and the system of uses and customs was carried out. The results show that the advantages of communal property are: it has legal personality, it is unseizable, inalienable and imprescriptible; characteristics that make it a viable alternative for the success of these enterprises. Among the disadvantages are the privatization of plots of land, the transfer of land under pseudo-legal schemes, the dispossession of plots of land through leasing for decades and individualized support.
In conclusion, it is necessary to work in the areas of opportunity to give greater legal certainty to the community ecotourism undertaking, taking into account that community ownership is a key element to promote the successful development of ecotourism companies.

Resumen
This article analyzes the theoretical and practical relevance of complex thinking to guide the process of modeling and computational simulation of a complex problem in order to foster reflexivity and decision-making. The argument unfolds in four moments. First, we problematize the link between complex thinking and complex systems simulation and its relevance to organizational analysis. Second, some theoretical and practical strategies are analyzed to operationalize complex thinking in organizational research. We introduce a platform for modeling and simulation social organizations, the SocLab framework. Third, we use SocLab to model and simulate the formation process of a Cluster of fine fruit producers in Argentine Patagonia, and we systematize the lessons learned from the analysis developed. Fourth, we conclude that complex thinking allows using the simulation model as a meta point of view that allows social actors to reflect on the epistemic, ethical, and practical aspects of their strategies.

Resumen
The goal of this paper is to analyze the excessive public finance given to political parties in Mexico in relation to citizen representation in electoral journeys. A documentary and quantitative analysis around Mexican Political Parties budget (state financed) was used; a comparative study between Mexico, Argentina and Brazil on the same topic is included. We establish that the cost of public finance of Mexican Political Parties is disproportionate if compared to citizens representation. Mexico is the country in Latin America that provides the most finance (money) to these institutions. The lack of equilibrium between representation and parties spending requires to implement strategies that will bring this relationship up to harmony. Comparing this situation with other Latin American countries allow us to see the problematic character existing in Mexico regarding excessive public finance to Political Parties. In conclusion, the irresponsible attitude of Mexican Political Parties seeks more public finance for themselves and advances a crisis in citizen representativity.

Resumen
This article analyzes the urbanization of the Querétaro city in the 20th century, this city is located in the center of the country approximately 200 km northwest of Mexico City and is part of the Bajío region. For this it was necessary to carry out a historical analysis based on the hemerographic and bibliographic review of Querétaro city, as well as the consultation of data in official sources. The foregoing was complemented with the information obtained from what was observed in the field and the cartographic analysis that contributed to explain what was stated in the text. The contribution of the research lies in highlighting how the national and regional historical context is related to economic processes and international policy and this in turn has its consequences at the local level, taking as an example the Querétaro city, a medium-sized Latin American city that shares its history and urbanization process with many others on the continent and in which its space has been made available to capital.

Resumen
This article addresses the presence of the figure of the doppelgäenger or the double as a theme and technique in Ricardo Piglia’s narrative. After making an account of the poetic techniques and perspectives of the Argentinian writer, based on multiple studies of his work, a type of reading is proposed founded on the double that would come to suggest an internal correlation between his novelistic work and the publication of Los diarios de Emilio Renzi. To make a better explanation of the above, some aspects of the figure of the double are retaken within the literary tradition and modern thought, from the perspective of the German romantics, through psychoanalysis, until reaching the formal and structural theories of the literature. In this way, it is suggested that by evoking passages from his novels in the narrated world of Los diarios… an effect of estrangement (ostranenie) is generated, which is key to the narrator’s critical and aesthetic works.

Resumen
The goal is to analyze the coffee production in San Luis Potosi on a national context from 1989 to 2019. We have worked with coffee production databases, at a national and Huasteca potosina levels, in order to conduct a coffee production correlation with environmental, societal and economic events in the area. Moreover, we have conducted 15 semi structured interviews with local coffee producers. Concluding that the statistical data allow a pertinent approach to the analysis of the territory, but a multidimensional look is proposed that visualizes the territory as a set of social, economic, political and cultural relations.

Resumen
In companies, the socially responsible company badge endorses corporate social responsibility practices; however, it is interesting to see the perspective of its most important asset with another equally recognized model. Thus, the objective of this research is to assess the practices of social responsibility in a multinational with the socially responsible company label from the perception of its human resources considering the ISO 26000 standard. This research adopts a quantitative, cross-sectional approach with an explanatory scope. The results evidenced the dimensions with which the company fulfills its role of being socially responsible, being the sample its main limitation. The originality/value lies in the fact that it allows knowing the existing alignment between the corporate social responsibility practices of the employer and the perception of its human resources. As conclusions, there is coincidence between both models to qualify a socially responsible behavior.

Resumen
This paper studies the vicissitudes of food production and consumption to which indigenous communities and low-income social sectors in Mexico have been subjected over the last five hundred years. The origin of the ideological and power relations that influence agricultural conceptions, whose tendency tends to favor food consumption patterns specific to the power groups, while favoring commercial crops to the detriment of basic crops for the population in general, is schematically addressed. Reference is made to a “food ideology”, which from Europe had generated a confrontation between carnivores and vegetarians, and which in itself contradicts the “salvation theory”, implicit in most historiographical studies. The problem of the introduction of livestock and the tendency to import corn and beans is analyzed. Thus, the concepts of “food security” and “food sovereignty” are tangentially alluded to, in order to contrast the homogenizing agenda of the first case, with the interest of the second case, because each region produces what it has secularly produced according to its natural and cultural conditions.
In the framework of a more or less broad discussion, which questions decisions such as importing corn, ignoring the fact that Mexico is a millennial producer of this cereal, the book Agriculture and food in Mexico. Evolution, performance and perspectives, by Cassio Luiselli Fernández, is taken as an example of the general analysis. Luiselli Fernández’s study serves to illustrate the continuity of Westernized and Eurocentric perspectives with which the food problem in Mexico continues to be addressed predominantly.

Resumen
This article tries to understand the identity and actions of a part of the organized civil society of Monterrey, Nuevo León, in the 90s of the 20th century. It has a qualitative design based on two case studies, using as a strategy the narratives of participants in organizations in a shared context. As a result it identifies lines of action and community, civic, political and personal impact, even though there is an intentional sample selection may limit the range of inferences. It’s elevant given the lack of analysis of the topic. Refers to unexplored case studies and a conceptual precision with relevant and sufficient critical apparatus.
