Resumen
Bioinformatics is an interdisciplinary area that has been developing quite a bit over the last few years. It is essentially used to carry out research, however it has enormous potential for use as an applied tool teaching, especially on topics related to molecular biology. However, for that its use in high school classrooms is possible, training is necessary of teachers, so that they have security regarding the correct use of the software and interpretation of generated results. In this sense, the course “Bioinformatics for basic education" aimed to train teachers who work in high school, as well as those who are taking degrees in the areas of Natural Sciences, regarding the use and insertion of software and biological databases in their practices pedagogical. With a duration of three months and 120 registered participants, people from different regions of the country, the course provided contact with bioinformatics and suggestions for their application in the classroom.

Resumen
This article presents an overview of Lesson Study (LS) productions in the continuing education of teachers who teach mathematics, to identify and understand what is being developed and researched in Brazilian context. Eleven articles that compose the corpus of analysis indicate that LS is conceived, mainly, as a methodology in the context of courses with teachers from the early years, focusing on learning problems related to Number. They investigate aspects related to the contributions or limitations of the LS and analyze the professional development of the participating teachers, with a tendency to report experiences to suggest studies on the national scene. The results reaffirm and expand previous studies. We conclude that the LS in continuing education is recent and quite punctual in Brazil, but it consents education from the perspective of professional development, in which collaboration between participants is highlighted, thus breaking with models that are still in force.

Resumen
One of the largest large-scale evaluations in the world, the National High School Exam (ENEM) was created to be a tool for evaluating Basic Education. Over the years, among other things, he acquired functions such as serving as a selection test for Higher Education. It is desired that the exam is able to serve its purposes fairly, because it has great potential to influence the lives of its participants. In psychometrics it is said that the tests should present evidence of reliability and validity. The present study shows the results of an analysis of the psychometric quality of chemistry issues of the tests from 2009 to 2019. The ENEM Microdata were examined and, as a synthesis, the items were classified as good, doubtful and bad. As a result, it was found that 84.52% of the chemistry questions were considered as not adequate to measure what is proposed to be measured. Future investigations are recommended to replicate these results and qualitatively evaluate these items

Resumen
In the context of the Covid-19 pandemic, the dissemination of fake news highlighted the importance of approaching Biology content within the in Brazilian educational system. This work presents a mapping of scientific productions on the teaching of the immune system in Basic Education. For that, a bibliographic survey was carried out, in the form of a state of the art, which designed a categorization analysis throughout formal and content aspects. It was observed a surprisingly small number of works dealing with the subject, with an increase in 2018 and 2019, most of these (69%) developed within the Southeast region. The small number of publications reinforce the need for further research regarding this subject and its implications to society. It is expected that this work represents a contribution to research in biology teaching, stimulating scientific production and improving the approach of the contents related to immunology in Basic Education.

Resumen
We present the results of an investigation that aimed to know and understand the research panorama, developed at national level concerning Interdisciplinarity in Mathematics Education identified in CAPES Catalog and in the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations collection (BDTD) between 2015 and 2020. We identified a set of 34 works, 13 from Capes database (11 dissertations and 2 theses) and 21 from BDTD (16 dissertations and 5 theses). Data showed that the studies developed at Master’s level [27; 79.4%] were mostly published in 2017 [11; 32.35%] and they mainly focused on Basic Education [26; 76.5%], they were largely theoretical [14; 41.2%] and pragmatic [14; 41.2%] and with a plurality of themes, theories, methodologies, areas of knowledge and contents. We evidenced the small number of works focusing on Higher Education and no work was found focusing on Early Childhood Education, indicating a fertile ground for future investigations.

Resumen
Socio-environmental problems is an emerging topic that needs to be discussed in the classroom. In a tourist city, where environmental problems are little discussed, we propose to bring an analysis of the argumentation process, aimed at the development of students' critical thinking, instigated by the discussion of environmental problems perceived by them in their city. In this context, an analysis of the arguments presented by the students was carried out during the presentation of the solution proposals for the socio-environmental problems. The methodology used was Problem-Based Learning to instigate the emergence of the argumentative process, so that the students presented their point of view and proposed solutions to the problems identified. As a result of the process, we noticed the remodeling of ideas, resulting from the organization of scientifically grounded arguments and built collaboratively among the students, which leads us to evidence of the development of critical thinking.

Resumen
The present research deals with Science Teaching for students from the Youth and Adult Education (YAE) based on the narratives of undergraduate students from the extreme North of Brazil. The purpose was to analyze the learnship for teaching Science in YAE. This study is composed of narrative research. As a theoretical assumption was discussed teachers' formation for science teaching and learning on AYE. The narratives indicate possibilities of development of educators focused on speeches from their enhancing experiences and an investigation of their practice. Even as it was identified premises for the Science teaching for Youth and Adults Education on a perspective from a scientific alphabetization which assumes the adults' trajectory and daily needs as a starting point to explore contents and scientific concepts for individuals formation of YAE.

Resumen
Inspired by the concept of bricolage brought by Seymour Papert to education, this work articulated a theoretical and methodological set composed by Constructionism, Inquiry-based Science Teaching and Augmented Reality, aiming to achieve Scientific Literacy indicators. This articulation was concretized in a biology didactic planning, experienced in the second year of high school in a public school. The search for scientific literacy indicators was carried out by means of Textual Discourse Analysis. The results show that the theoretical-methodological set led the students to construct several indicators proposed in the literature of the area. We conclude that constructionist approaches via inquiry teaching are a viable path to scientific literacy and suggest that bricolage should be a strategy encouraged in basic education teacher training or improvement courses.

Resumen
This text presents the results of a research on Teachers' Continuing Education. The objective is to investigate how Continuing Education is being carried out in the Public Education Network in the State of Rio Grande do Sul (RS). The study was through some questionnaires that were sent to the Regional Education Coordination’s (CREs). By the method of Bardin's content analysis, the following categories emerged: Nature of the Continuing Education; Themes developed during the Continuing Training and Continuing Training for the Nature Sciences area. It was concluded that it is important for teachers and their Coordinators to discuss and reflect on the practices carried out in the teaching process, as well as to identify potentialities and propose innovative practices in their training, with the efforts of the coordinators in offering continuing education programs to their teachers

Resumen
We aim with this article to know the main contributions of Critical Environmental Education in understanding the so-called environmental crisis. In addition, we seek to understand the factors that influenced the formation and consolidation of this crisis. From the reading of the renowned work of Carson (2013) and contemporary authors such as Loureiro (2012), Tozoni-Reis (2004), Layrargues (2009), Saviani (2020; 2012; 2008; 1991), Dias (2004), Duarte (2012), among others, we seek to understand how this self-destructive movement of Humanity has been configuring itself in a crisis of civilization. Presented from the relationship Man, Nature and Society, this essay was based on qualitative research, which included an exploratory study and bibliographic survey. The current environmental crisis, especially arising from a society fostered by the capitalist production model, has been marked by the denial of science and the relationship between Man and Nature, which will have real consequences in the medium and long term
